The dishwashing area is good for recycling, but you have to be able to even empty the trays because they're so full, and you have to get close to them because they're soaked, dirty, and covered in food.
27/06/2026: It's simple... Just an appalling, incompetent staff who ignore you. No problem, luckily there are McDonald's everywhere... So this message is a universal warning to all future former customers: As almost all the reviews of this McDonald's demonstrate, go elsewhere. There are other places with people who will serve you and respect you like a real customer. Here, they don't deserve your time... Their motto is to be utterly incompetent.

06/12/2025: I live in Vernon, and the longer I wait, the more the quality of the food deteriorates...
Once I got home, I discovered the fries were undercooked, soggy, and cold, even though it was only a 4-minute drive away... I threw them in the trash; it was impossible to eat; they were raw.
The wait was long, even though there weren't many people at the drive-thru...
It's a shame.
06/12/2025: I ordered a Golden 280 meal with ice cream on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I never received the ice cream, the 280 didn't contain tomatoes or onions, and the ground beef tasted grilled and was indeed grilled, with no flavor whatsoever.

The staff doesn't say hello.

Avoid it, go to Quick, it's better.

10/06/2026: I would never go down to a bar and leave a review, I'm not like that, but this is too much. The bar is superb, the clientele, the decor, well... I came in one day, I'd forgotten my bank card, I remember, I had a winning sports bet. I ran into a guy I know, I always invite him to my drinks corner. I told him, "Go on, give me two drinks, I'll pay you back tomorrow." He grumbled, so the owner asked how I was paying. Well, I explained it simply: I went to the smoking room and the bouncer was called to tell me the evening was over because of two drinks that he had to throw away or resell. But I have to tell you, at the bar, I spent a lot at one point, I went out every day, bought bottles every day. Anyway, zero respect. I'm not going to insult or denigrate it any more than that, but it really disgusts me.

10/06/2026: Wow, what a delicious steak we ate here! The wine recommendation was good and paired well with the dish. So we are completely satisfied.
There was only one waiter, and he did a very good job. Constantly keeping an eye on the guests, taking menus, and serving. Perhaps that is why the drinks arrived a bit sooner after the meal. Respect for how he managed all of this, while fast-walking while serving everyone all evening. Well done!
In terms of ambiance, we sat on somewhat hard chairs inside; it would be advisable to replace these with softer ones. Also, the door remained open, causing several guests to remain seated with their coats on.
But as far as we are concerned, it is highly recommended.

01/06/2026: I went to the drive-thru quite early (11:15 am). There was no one there, either in the parking lot or at the drive-thru.
I was asked to wait. No problem.
She was having trouble taking the order. I had to point out several times that she had made some typing errors.
We paid.
And then... After a 25-minute wait, she asked us to wait to the side. Since the car behind couldn't maneuver, I had to park in front, near the handicapped parking spaces.
I got out of my car to go inside and get my order.
I saw the employee preparing the fries for our order.
She put them in her pocket and went back to the register.
I approached her and asked for the order. She told me she had signaled to my daughter to come get it. My nine-year-old daughter!
Anyway, normally when you're parked, they come out to give you the order.
I was standing right in front of her. She still won't give it to me! She turns around and ignores me.
So I go back outside and walk to the drive-thru lane!
I ask her for an explanation about the wait. Especially since we have three best-of compilations. So nothing too crazy!
She tells me she's all alone and that it's not her problem.
In an extremely unpleasant tone. She really made me lose it! First the endless wait. Then the complete ignoring! Anyway.
With her false eyelashes about to fall off and into the fries... Truly pathetic!

Regarding pricing, I've noticed that the prices seem disproportionate to the service offered. Paying €1.80 for what I consider a very basic coffee, when the historic center offers lower prices (often €1.60), seems unjustified. I urge everyone to carefully check their receipts, as I've observed discrepancies between the items ordered and the prices charged. I myself have been overcharged on numerous occasions without any prior notice! I only discovered this by chance one day, and they didn't even have the decency to apologize or explain it! I recommend that customers of this establishment pay close attention to their bills when paying.
Efficiency and Quality of Service
The service is exceptionally slow, so if you're in a hurry, especially during peak hours when everyone is trying to get served quickly to get back to work or other activities, beware! One of the two waitresses is particularly slow and seems completely unconcerned about your schedule. Sighs and constant complaints will be your constant companions if you dine at this establishment, as if to make you feel like you're in the way, that you're asking too much, and that you're being a nuisance by asking her to do her job!
It seems the managers don't really understand business etiquette, and the lack of professionalism is unfortunately obvious!
A Heavy and Politicized Atmosphere
The service is disastrous. I found it unpleasant to see that conversations sometimes veer into political opinions that are imposed upon you, which seems inappropriate in a business setting where neutrality and calm are paramount. I was personally invited and encouraged to vote for a particular candidate (whose name I won't mention out of respect for everyone's opinions) in the last municipal elections, which surprised and shocked me! The manager explicitly tried to steer me toward her preferred candidate!
For a place where people come to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, I found this approach particularly intrusive and completely inappropriate in a commercial setting. Using a public establishment for electoral propaganda and proselytizing is yet another sign of managers who are ignorant of the most basic rules of business etiquette and interpersonal relations.
A lack of human ethics that offended me.
What struck me most, and what motivates this writing, is the attitude observed toward the most vulnerable people. I witnessed scenes that I considered degrading to human dignity, particularly toward people in precarious situations or with disabilities. This blatant lack of empathy is, according to my values, incompatible with the spirit of a neighborhood business where people and residents should be respected and feel comfortable and welcome.
Indeed, I personally witnessed one of the managers mocking and humiliating a homeless man with a mental disability. She told him, in front of her friends and customers, to "get out" and "go to work"—"WORK," emphasizing each syllable—and she repeatedly stressed these three syllables multiple times. She did this with utter disrespect because he is a foreigner and doesn't understand French well, humiliating him while laughing loudly at him with her friends seated on the terrace.
In conclusion, my visit to this establishment was more stressful than relaxing. For those who value courtesy and kindness, I can only advise you to observe for yourself whether this management style suits you before settling in.

27/08/2024: Chicken with maroilles not cooked, staff unpleasant and slow. I don't recommend going there at lunchtime at all if you are limited on time.
We also came there in the evening for a drink with colleagues and were disappointed with the service, the waiter didn't pay attention to what we asked, my drink didn't match.

16/11/2024: We discovered this creperie thanks to the rather positive reviews and were not disappointed: sausage pancake and extra complete pancake are basic but totally won us over: perfect cooking and quality ingredients. Add to that a smiling and dynamic service and everything is in place for a good time.
The chocolate almond crepe is generous and delicious.
The prices are very reasonable: go there with your eyes closed.
12/11/2024: Excellent creperie. Delicious pancakes, very warm welcome and very friendly waitress. We went there 3 times during our stay in the area. We tried the galette of the day with prawns, wheat risotto and yousou ice cream which was delicious. Maybe à la carte if it’s successful according to the boss.

12/12/2024: There are times when we overlook mistakes, or when we don't take the time to leave a review, because to err is human, but tonight, you really did well.
Please note that order 9A00 22 dated Tuesday December 10, 2024 was a total fiasco.
I order in click and ready in the parking lot, being in a wheelchair, it was my friend who went to collect our orders. It has already happened SEVERAL TIMES that we have had to go to the counter because something is missing.
And this evening, as usual, there were (again) missing items. So tonight it was a bag of tomatoes, one of apples, a drink and a toy. All this for a happy meal, which means that I only had the sandwich.
My friend, realizing the error, friendly went to the counter to ask for the missing dues.
The employee at the counter received it by questioning her word, maintaining that he was sure he had put everything in the bag and insinuating that she had removed the missing food from the bag!
At this moment, my friend goes to pick up the orders received in the car to show her good faith (and that she is not A THIEF! We are talking about tomatoes, pieces of apple and a fruit juice + a toy)
To justify that the “error” came from her (LOL) he says that she moved the things in the bags (there was just one toy that had changed bags). Normal, because if you did your job well, we wouldn't need to move the items in the bag to check them.
My friend then explains to her that she just moved the toy and invites her to come and see in her car that she is not lying! The employee replies that that’s not all he has to do. And ended up giving him the apples and tomatoes. I point out that she must have insisted on having the toy and I didn't get my drink. (Unbelievable, but true)
So, I will let you congratulate this employee (blonde hair, worn long with a red tie), because thanks to him, we will never set foot in your home again.
And above all, don't come and tell me to call your number that I already tried to reach that same evening, because it is impossible to leave a message there.
After the manager's response, I expected nothing less than a blunt response, which once again proves the total lack of consideration of this company towards its customers.
10/12/2024: I came to eat there, potato nuggets, hamburgers…. Everything was cold, the waiter was in a bad mood I guess because he violently put the tray on the table, said “enjoy your appetite” and left straight away.
The people in the kitchen were chatting among themselves... while another rather well-looking gentleman was doing nothing apart from being on his phone opening Pokémon boosters, it would be a question of getting to work, McDonald's is above all a job not fun.
When I eat at McDonald's I mainly come here, I wouldn't go anymore if it's to see young people talking and having fun, just go to another fast food chain that won't serve cold or with missing food!!
