17/07/2026: I went to eat at this kebab restaurant with my family. We were tired because we had just arrived in Grenoble, and this kebab really cheered us up. I personally ordered the Mich Kebab, and it was a real treat. The meat was delicious; I've never eaten such a good kebab. The bread was crispy, and we were served in less than 7 minutes—everything was perfect. The gentleman was really kind, which was a pleasure. We spilled some Coke on the table, and he rushed to clean it up, whereas in other restaurants, you have to clean it up yourself with your napkins. Honestly, it's a shame this kebab shop isn't located near my home; otherwise, I would go there all the time. I highly recommend this restaurant for both its quality and its atmosphere! Thank you, Ô Syphax, for this superb meal!!

23/03/2026: Yeah, it was OK. It had 3 weird mc Donald's style screens to order food which seemed ridiculous in such a small place, just want to order at the bar from a human. Burgers a bit too rare for me and hella expensive, but I guess you're in the mountains, music banging like a rave when there's only 3 people in there. So... yeah... alright, not great.

04/07/2026: Nice setting and food, I think I'll be back! It's a shame that the haughty attitude of one of the bartenders spoiled the experience; he clearly thinks he works in the most exclusive cocktail bar in Paris. He should rethink how he speaks to customers and, above all, be a little more humble.

30/06/2026: What a pleasure it was to stay at the Auberge des Montauds! We received a warm, welcoming, and friendly reception that immediately made us feel at home. Located above Villard-de-Lans, the inn offers a peaceful setting in the heart of nature. If you're looking for tranquility, greenery, and a real breath of fresh air, you'll be delighted. It's also a little paradise for motorcyclists. Our room, while modest in size, was very comfortable and perfectly suited to our stay. We also greatly appreciated the shaded terrace, ideal for enjoying the excellent half-board meals, which were generous and carefully prepared. Breakfast was equally delicious, varied, and plentiful—the perfect way to start the day. A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and hospitality. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will gladly return to continue exploring this magnificent region. Brigitte & Serge

30/06/2026: What a great find! Passing through at the end of my motorcycle road trip, I truly enjoyed everything here. The location, quite secluded in Bois Barbu, is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. I love the layout of both the grounds and the inn itself. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The comfort is definitely appreciated. The half-board meals are home-cooked, prepared with quality ingredients. The dishes are appetizing and delicious. A garage is available for bicycles and motorcycles, which is a nice touch. A place to definitely remember in the area!

The decor is beautiful, with a pleasant and refined atmosphere that makes you want to come back. The crêpes were delicious, made with high-quality local ingredients. 10/05/2026: We had a great lunch here after a morning of moving house. They were friendly and welcoming even though it was nearly 2pm when we arrived it was not a problem for us to eat lunch. The burgers were excellent as was my plat du jour. Also the chips were delicious!! Service was very friendly and the proprietor is delightful. We will be going back!

19/04/2026: Back to "Le Mot Passant" and it was another wonderful experience. A warm and attentive welcome immediately puts you at ease. The atmosphere truly gives the impression of "leaving home," of escaping for the duration of a meal, which is particularly enjoyable in its unpretentious setting. As for the food, we opted for a Savoyard hamburger and an andouillette sausage: two generous, flavorful, and well-prepared dishes that reflect genuine expertise. In short, an address we wholeheartedly recommend for a pleasant time over a delicious meal.

17/07/2026: A cuisine with character, daily specials, a warm welcome, and service provided by the chef—we didn't expect to find a gourmet restaurant...a real gem. Almost impossible to get a table without a reservation; there were many regulars when we were there. Only local products are used.

14/07/2026: A wonderful romantic dinner on the terrace. The set menu features seven courses, which can be shared or enjoyed individually. The culinary standard is high, and the chef, who personally oversees the service, adds a personal touch that completes a rare and unexpected experience in the Chartreuse region.
