For us, everything was perfect during our stay: a perfect room with very comfortable bedding, and a generous breakfast. We will definitely return.
20/04/2026: My stay was short, however I can confirm that all the staff are very professional, friendly, and attentive. The building has a lot of charm and is very well preserved and maintained. I highly recommend this establishment.

We've used their catering service twice for school events in St. Sebastien; the organization was excellent, and the feedback from participants was very positive (over 200 meals each time). Approved and recommended without hesitation!

This winter, the very friendly chef offered us discovery cooking evenings.

The restaurant is a must-visit in town.
You can no longer fill up your car here, but you can fill up on good times.
5 stars, and if I could have given more, I would have been delighted.

01/08/2026: I've known about Le Crabe Marteau for a long time and I've never been disappointed. I went there yesterday with my wife and two couples of friends who thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Everything is always so fresh. Go without hesitation, but it's best to book in advance. A truly excellent place.
