06/09/2026: Delicious ice cream! We were craving ice cream and chose La Fraiseraie on a whim. I don't usually like strawberry ice cream at all, but since this shop seemed to be of good quality, I decided to try the Italian-style "Vanilla-Strawberry" ice cream anyway... It was absolutely delicious! I've never had such good strawberry ice cream. If we ever come back to Clisson, we'll definitely be back to enjoy it at your place again!

25/01/2026: The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the dessert! They have a very good pastry chef! We were quite disappointed by the rest. Overall, the entire meal lacked flavor, from the amuse-bouche to the main course! The price of the set menu didn't seem justified for what was on the plate. The "perfect egg" was advertised with Colonnata lard, but there wasn't any... and the pulled pork dish with coleslaw was far from what we had imagined this restaurant would be like, a place we were looking forward to visiting. It lacked refinement. The wine prices were definitely on the high end! The restaurant's decor is very nice, but that's clearly not everything... and it's not very intimate; with large tables, it gets very noisy!

17/10/2026: Quality food, impeccable service! We had a burger 🍔 & a souvlaki and the meat was excellent! We also tried 2 of their desserts, which were also nice. The atmosphere was warm and you felt like you had gone to a place that the locals have as a hangout.

22/09/2026: Some waitresses are ungrateful; if you ask for a sandwich, you get the impression it bothers them. If that's the case, just say no, and if you don't like it, you should change jobs at some point. Otherwise, the rest of the staff are pleasant and smiling.

14/09/2026: It's been a while, and while the quality and quantity have decreased, the price hasn't. Two takeaway pizzas for €37, a super thin crust, and on the Périgord pizza, a tiny piece of foie gras...

01/10/2026: Overall, a very nice place with truly excellent products. The pastries, cakes, trompe-l'œil, and chocolates are of high quality, the hot chocolate is delicious, and the place is very clean. On that front, no complaints, well done! However, a few things, in my opinion, deserve to be reviewed, especially considering the establishment's positioning. I ordered an orange juice for €4.50 and was quite surprised by the quantity served: a very small glass, equivalent to about two and a half oranges. At that price, one would expect a more generous portion, or at least a large glass. The quantity/price ratio is really disappointing, especially since the quality of the products deserves better. Another minor issue concerns the service. We had indicated that we were going to sit down and probably order other things later, and the saleswoman replied, "Oh, because you plan to stay?" Even if it wasn't said with bad intentions, the remark was rather clumsy and didn't exactly create a sense of welcome. A slightly warmer, more friendly greeting would really make a difference. It's all the more unfortunate because the place and the products have many qualities. With a few adjustments to the service and some portion sizes, the experience could truly be excellent from start to finish.

26/05/2026: I ordered a dish with sauce and was asked for vegetables or fries. I chose the fries, which unfortunately were swimming in sauce. In short, really not great.

17/03/2026: A very warm welcome. The setting is lovely and well-decorated, and the atmosphere is friendly. A good selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. Coffee is included in the menu. Excellent value for money. Thank you to the team at Le Charles! We'll be back!

09/08/2026: I'm disappointed. The food is good, but the toasts served with the foie gras were cold and in small quantities. The appetizers at €3.40 per person are not what you'd expect from a restaurant with a €38.50 menu.

02/09/2026: I often visit this place because I live in Nantes. The last few months I adore their plate with falafels, they are magic, they are airy and delicious 😋. I adore their baklava which is harmoniously finishes my dinner with the tea with cardamom. The food is always fresh and tasty. The owner is cool also, I like to eat here.

02/09/2026: I've been coming back for 10 years. It's my little personal treat. Everything is delicious, well-balanced, and expertly prepared. Never too salty, too sweet, or too spicy. A perfect balance. From a quick sandwich to go when I'm short on time, to a full meal, I always enjoy it. The service is equally attentive, kind, and courteous. Special mention goes to the falafel and the tabbouleh.
