01/08/2026: If you have a lunch break to respect, run away! We had to wait TWO HOURS for our food. For lunchtime service, that's simply outrageous and disrespectful. The kitchen is incredibly slow and completely overwhelmed. There was only one waiter in the dining room: the poor man spent his time apologizing endlessly, totally out of his depth. And to top it all off: after two interminable hours of waiting, the sushi portions turned out to be extremely small. Waiting that long only to leave still hungry is a complete lack of respect. Catastrophic management, lack of organization, and deplorable value for money. Avoid this place!

01/08/2026: We'd barely arrived when they pounced on us, wanting to know what we wanted to order. We asked for the ice cream menu and ordered immediately. A waiter and two waitresses were milling around, clearly unsure what to do. I asked them to change the ashtray, which was full when we arrived. They did change it, but judging by the young woman's expression, she wasn't happy. So, we waited for our ice cream. The waiters continued milling around on the terrace. Disgruntled customers left because they still hadn't been served. After a twenty-minute wait, we did the same. I won't be going back anytime soon.

We all left delighted with the experience; the food was excellent, and there was a wide selection. I highly recommend it. Thank you to the entire team.

18/08/2026: The manager is awful, stay away!!! Edit following the reply: My 12-month-old twins were crawling on the beach right next to the restaurant. I was right next to it (of course!). The restaurant was empty because it wasn't open yet. No risk to anyone. I've rarely seen such an unfriendly person. You mention safety measures; if they had been explained, I could have understood, but all that was said was simply "leave." If you remember this so long afterward, you must have something to feel guilty about. The least you could do is admit that you overreacted. I've advised all my friends in La Baule not to go to his establishment. Karma will take care of the rest, for sure.

10/07/2026: Truly delightful treats served with immense kindness. The hardest part is resisting the temptation to buy them every time you walk by! We always return with great pleasure, never having been disappointed by the quality and variety of their canelés. A must-try!

25/06/2026: We ordered canelés for our civil wedding reception and they were absolutely delicious. All our guests loved them! Communication was very smooth. We highly recommend them!

29/03/2026: I found it extremely expensive for what it was. The fries were burnt. The mayonnaise contained walnuts, but it wasn't mentioned, so what a surprise! The sausage was rock hard; I've never seen anything like it. It took several of us to cut it, and frankly, it was incredibly difficult. (It was still very good, though.) And the wait for our food orders was incredibly long! Charging almost €15 for a liter of punch when there was barely any rum... The fruit cocktail was very good, though. The music wasn't loud enough; we couldn't hear anything at all. The bartenders were very friendly, but not the man in the kitchen, who was aggressive and not at all friendly (and didn't even respond to polite greetings). Overall, I don't recommend it.

28/06/2026: I had booked three weeks in advance for a wedding anniversary and I must say I was quite disappointed, especially by the manager's welcome. The service was absolutely not what one expects in this type of establishment: no greeting upon arrival, no follow-up during the meal, a carafe of water requested twice, plates left uncleared even after desserts had been served, the same for the aperitif, and a complete lack of attention to detail. We generally enjoyed the dishes, with one exception: the sea bass tartare, which, although tasty, was far from satisfying our appetite (and it cost €24 for the dish). What a shame... Our experience was disappointing, and this restaurant did not live up to the standard I expected for a fine dining establishment.
