31/01/2026: A complete disgrace. I've never seen a McDonald's this dirty. The floor is sticky like walking through syrup, the tables are filthy, and there's absolutely no cleanliness. The staff is cold and rude, not even a hello. You feel like you're bothering them. Nonexistent hygiene, terrible service, and a rotten atmosphere. Honestly, close it down if you can't respect your customers. Avoid at all costs.

02/01/2026: On Sunday at 12:30 PM, the owner refused to serve three coffees, claiming the machine was being cleaned, even though he closes at 1:00 PM. As Sunday customers, we had no complaints about the waitresses; we deeply miss the previous owners. Thankfully, this isn't representative of the service from shopkeepers in downtown Blain. As a regular Google reviewer, this is the first time I've given only one star!

19/11/2025: Since the change of owner, it's been a disaster because this man is contemptuous, rude, and doesn't even say hello or goodbye. How can someone be a shopkeeper and be so obnoxious?

04/03/2026: Passing through Bouaye yesterday, I ordered a Big Mac with bacon, fries, and a Coke. There was no wait, the Big Mac was generously filled, and the fries were hot and crispy. The food was excellent, and the server was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my visit. A McDonald's I would recommend.

02/03/2026: I had a frozen cookie. It couldn't be simpler...

08/03/2026: Quick service and piping hot burgers. It's a shame the coffee machine wasn't working.

24/02/2026: After returning from our trip on a Tuesday evening, we decided to stop for a bite to eat before hitting the road again. There were very few customers. Our order took a long time to arrive for four people. One sandwich was missing, so we went to ask, and apparently they don't make them anymore after 9 pm. Okay, but we paid, why didn't anyone tell us? The waitress didn't say a word... In short, go somewhere else.

08/03/2026: Stopped at McDonald's for breakfast at 9:30 am... there were only three of us in the dining area. The wait for coffee/orange juice and a small snack was incredibly long... frozen, cold, hard, and inedible; the donuts were past their expiration date; the orange juice was tasteless and watered down. The service and atmosphere were lacking... but it was too early for them. They should close down if they can't handle it. It doesn't even deserve one star!

04/03/2026: The staff are clearly unmotivated, the toilets are disgusting! And the music leaves much to be desired…

18/03/2026: For the second time, I ordered a small salad and the container was half empty, that's not right! It wasn't like that before.

15/03/2026: Fast, clean, and complete order.

09/03/2026: We ordered two sips to get sparkling water, and my brother ordered a veggie wrap that ended up with bacon in it. Not great, to say the least.

26/03/2026: RUN RUN RUN RUN Passing through Nantes to discover this beautiful city, we stopped at this McDonald's for lunch, but what a disgrace!!! This fast-food restaurant is not a gourmet establishment, but the lack of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining areas and restrooms, the servers who constantly bark (to put it politely) at the young people eating and talking quite loudly... threatening to "kick them out"!!! The waitress speaks rudely to all the customers... The meals arrive barely hot because the waitresses mess up the orders, put them on a table while waiting to serve them.... Regarding hygiene as well, the waitress loudly says, "You're serving people, they're annoying me, I'm going to the bathroom!"!!! And then she comes out, pulling up her pants and without having washed her hands.... The health inspectors should come and check all of this.

25/03/2026: Catastrophic service. My menu arrived dirty and cold. There was a complete lack of communication. I had written number 000 on my table stand and was left waiting without any information. Finally, my menu was brought down, and the waitress told me I had to say it was mine. How was I supposed to know it was mine? Then they remade my menu, but the waitress prepared it for takeout, even though I wanted to eat in. I had to specify again that I wanted to eat there. Very disappointing.
