13/05/2026: I ordered a meal on April 28, 2026: everything was cold and there was a very long wait because the first delivery driver didn't come to pick up the order. It was finally delivered by a second driver. I placed another order (same as the previous one) yesterday, May 12, 2026, and this will be my last, because the food was still cold and the Royal Bacon was terrible. I think McDonald's really isn't good when it comes to delivery!

12/05/2026: Very long wait even though there was nobody there

03/03/2026: The administration is a disaster: grades are given out in March, there's no consideration for students, and deadlines are completely ignored, which is a major obstacle for Master's applications. The teaching assistants in tutorials are neither engaged nor respectful (humiliating students during oral exams, using inappropriate language). It's impossible to get explanations at the end of tutorials, even in the first year when you need them most. Furthermore, blockades happen quite often, making it impossible to get to the campus or even the library. I absolutely do not recommend this university.

13/12/2025: There is absolutely no supervision in this institution. Students are being robbed by unscrupulous individuals, and some lectures are interrupted by students dressed like Black Bloc members, acting like thugs with hoods, face masks, and scarves to conceal their identities. It's utter chaos. There is no security, no supervision, and virtually no security cameras, especially not in the lecture halls where the thefts occur. Do not come to this institution unless you want to live a waking nightmare. This environment is absolutely not conducive to studying. Security and supervision staff are absolutely necessary in the lecture halls, both during classes and breaks, to prevent the disruptive interruptions by malicious individuals and to stop the far too frequent and unacceptable thefts of equipment.

15/03/2026: Two years ago, my partner already left a review about the fries. Today we saw that nothing has changed, so the reviews shouldn't be taken into account... Just like two years ago, we ordered the maxi best-of order hoping to get a large fry, but no, we had to settle for a medium fry at the price of a large.

24/02/2026: It's still a McDonald's. Explain to customers that the click and collect parking spaces are not for parking.

02/05/2026: I received the opposite of what I ordered, and it's not the first time.

02/05/2026: The play area was closed, no more toys...in short, two disappointed children. Hats off to McDonald's!

28/12/2025: Well located, and drawn in by the attractive presentation of the dishes, we went in. Although we knew the dishes were fake, we wanted to order some. Alas, it was all for show. None of the dishes were actually prepared. False advertising! The rest of the food was subpar, lacking freshness, and reheated. Not to mention the "freshness" of the restrooms.

03/12/2025: Avoid at all costs! I ordered caramel pork with fried rice, and there were tons of tiny black bits in the pork. I pointed this out, and they told me they were pieces of well-cooked garlic—basically, bits of garlic charcoal! They told me I just had to pick them off the side of my plate, without any further apology! Appalling!

26/04/2026: Hello, Nice place, pleasant atmosphere, the staff is great, only downside is the dance floor is too small, there's constant coming and going because to get a seat you have to go through the dance floor and dancing with a drink in your hand becomes very awkward, splashes guaranteed.

10/05/2026: Several mistakes on an otherwise simple order: one burger ordered as veggie arrived with a steak, and one sundae had neither topping nor peanuts. The service is deplorable, yet prices keep going up while the quality remains very poor. Avoid this place if you don't want to be disappointed.

09/05/2026: Fast service, I come here often, the team is very pleasant and the products are of the expected quality.

18/02/2026: It's edible but the pastry is burnt and there are few toppings.

10/05/2026: The person taking orders at the drive-thru was extremely unpleasant. Not friendly at all. Whereas usually there are always a few nice people. Also, please, please stop with your tiny drive-thru lanes!! Not everyone comes in a Twingo!!! You need to widen the access lane!

08/05/2026: The coffee wasn't good and we had to pay for hot water with no smile whatsoever. I definitely don't recommend it.

17/05/2026: The food is standard, like other McDonald's, so that's fine. However, on a Saturday at lunchtime, only 2 out of 8 self-service kiosks were available. The restrooms were in a terrible state.

14/04/2026: Honestly, this restaurant is a disaster. I ordered takeout on Uber Eats and they told me my order was ready. Once I arrived at the restaurant, they told me I still had to wait. And then, when I got home, I saw the dish and there was only a small piece of meat and the rest was just bones. I paid €18 for a dish and got nothing but bones! You could have kept them for yourselves. It's unacceptable to serve that to your customers. I will never go back.

10/05/2026: Disappointed once again. I ordered a 280 veggie burger through Uber Eats, but I received the meat version, which I don't eat. The burger and preparation are, as always, sloppy.

08/05/2026: When you pay for sauces and realize they've forgotten to include them for the 9th time, yes, it's annoying, thank you for paying attention...

08/05/2026: Honestly, this McDonald's is a disgrace. There were only three orders in the entire restaurant, and even then, they managed to mess up ours. Instead of my fish burger, I got a steak burger, and they completely forgot my sundae. Luckily, we checked before leaving, otherwise we would have paid for an incomplete and incorrect order. When we pointed out the mistake, the woman passed the burger to her colleague, but he literally glared at us, as if it was our fault when he had simply done his job poorly. And for our second order (which was separate), the woman calling out the numbers was incredibly unpleasant, aggressive, and rude, even though I was right in front of her. This McDonald's is always getting orders wrong; it's the same thing every time we come. We have to double-check everything. Honestly, shame on you.

25/04/2026: Dirty toilets, and no toilet paper. The soap smells of industrial disinfectants, very pleasant for a place where you eat with your fingers. The self-service kiosks are greasy. Glass doors and handles covered in fingerprints. The tables and chairs are not cleaned as well inside as outside. Avoid this place unless you're experiencing hypoglycemia. Only the tree-lined parking lot redeems the experience.

19/04/2026: A disastrous experience at this McDonald's. Over an hour's wait to be served. And as if that weren't enough, the staff is incredibly rude: no sense of customer service whatsoever, and even worse, they laugh in customers' faces when we dare to ask about our order. I understand it can be busy, but a little respect and organization would be appreciated. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
