Noisy air conditioning.
Very average quality bedding.
Smell of tobacco in the establishment.

10/08/2024: The hotel is well located, the exterior is being finished. The staff is very welcoming and available, this is the strong point of the hotel! Two things to review: when using the air conditioning in the summer, a musty smell sets in, so I preferred to turn it off. And the breakfasts that you cannot have before 7:30 a.m. on weekends are clearly not suitable for visitors with professional needs. Quite disappointed to have paid 12€ to finally have tea in my room…
Keep your employees, they are the ones who will bring people back thanks to their smile and their welcome!

25/08/2024: The sale is very poorly organized, depending on whether you want sandwiches or bread the wait goes from single to double...The staff takes no initiative there is 1 customer or a queue of 15 people ... They remain at their tasks of unpacking the packages or realigning the products in the windows! The customer will wait, even wait until they have finished chatting among themselves before cashing you... When you have 30 minutes to eat something, it's a bit... Annoying!

25/09/2024: Wanting to skate with friends, having taken the initiative to anticipate schedules, we were disappointed to have to cancel our activity because the ice rink closes at 5 p.m. However, it was specified that it closes at 6:30 p.m.... it would be a question of updating the schedules
23/09/2024: The ice rink bar is a huge disappointment. The prices are totally exaggerated: €3 for a small 33 cl can of Coke and €4 for a flavorless waffle. When we asked for explanations, the manager simply replied "these are the prices", without any valid justification.
But the worst thing was the quality of the products. We ordered a tub of fries and when we were about to eat them we discovered that they were barely cooked. This shows how neglected the service is.
To top it all off, product offerings are becoming more and more limited, while prices continue to rise. This is unacceptable and I do not recommend this place.

There is nothing “new” here! The duck is a neighbor of the terrible McDonald's! We smell their smell...
The only thing that's hairsprayed is my hair so it doesn't fall out in the face of a wave of horror.
Previously we said "quack quack quack" 🦆🦆🦆 now we say "Are you there for duck? Are you at the restaurant? Peking duck?"
In the end the Peking duck was eaten and only the ugly ones remained...

06/07/2024: I order maxi tacos and I get a mini kebab and when I go to ask them that you cheated, the lady starts speaking Chinese I'm really disappointed and it's expensive I paid €9.50 for a mini kebab and it's not good disgusting 😒😒

17/07/2024: Visit this lunchtime, quite appetizing menu of the day.
The problem was that the plates weren't there at all.
Products obviously vacuum-packed only reheated, it is not at all worth the twenty euros charged per menu, we even canceled the desserts because we were disgusted by what we had just eaten.
Extremely disappointed, we will not return and do not recommend this place at all.
11/07/2024: Today we ate and spent a very long afternoon. We were a group of over forty people.
We had a pleasant welcome.
The meal could rival a gourmet one.
The staff are smiling, fast and attentive. The atmosphere and decor, great!!!
