04/08/2026: I was refused service. Yesterday, on our way to our vacation destination, I decided to stop at 11:30 am with my 4-year-old daughter and my 10-year-old dog for lunch. I was thinking of something simple and pleasant, a childhood memory: Flunch. We left at 6:00 am, hungry and very hot. It was already 35°C (95°F). When we arrived, one of the employees refused us entry because of the dog. She suggested I leave him in the car, or that someone wait outside with him. This was impossible due to the obvious heat and the fact that I was alone with my daughter. My child was refused service because she has a dog. She cried as she left the restaurant because she was hungry. We were forced to use the drive-thru at McDonald's, eat outside in 35°C (95°F) heat, and on top of that, she wasn't even allowed to go to the playground. This ban, besides being ridiculous because restaurants accept dogs these days, is a disgrace. Denying access means depriving people of a balanced, hot meal at a table in a well-ventilated dining room, and also denying them access to the restrooms. For my child's emotional well-being, I remained calm, but rest assured, I was this close to losing it in the shop. Whatever the reason for this ban, it's invalid. For the simple reason that everyone is responsible for their children as well as their pets. And covered by liability insurance in case of an accident. Furthermore, we arrived at 11:30 a.m., well before the rush, when our colleagues were finishing their meals. We could easily have eaten and left without anyone noticing. On the road to vacation, a tired and hungry single mom. Vacation's off to a great start. Thanks, Flunch.

01/08/2026: The tray was unclean, the cutlery was the same, and the glasses were even worse. You had to hunt for salt and pepper, and the food needs a lot of improvement (thanks for the digestive problems I had last time). Avoid this place if you don't want to get sick. I do not recommend it. 👎👎

07/08/2026: The four IZIVIA Fast charging stations are very convenient, and McDonald's is well-located with quick service, although they didn't have cutlery for the salad -> no big deal, mistakes happen 😉. I'll definitely be back 👌

05/08/2026: Ordered two McFlurries and a coffee and a chocolate hazelnut Pop. It arrived with the wrong Pop. After pointing it out, I was told it was the right one, but a photo and taste confirmed it wasn't. There were no spoons to eat the McFlurry with. I pointed it out again and was told they gave me this one because they didn't have the other! Really? They don't ask the customer first?? (The McDonald's in Feurs had the courtesy to come and let me know and choose a different flavor.) They asked me if I wanted another flavor afterward, I said chocolate, we came back, and they told me they didn't have that either and that there was nothing more they could do for me 🧐 Five minutes later, they came back with two McFlurries because they had prepared our order twice… a bit confused 😞 The hygiene is questionable.

01/01/2026: I've lived in Le Coteau for three years. I sometimes order pizzas. At Domino's Pizza, everything is perfect, from the initial phone call to the delivery. The pizzas are generous and arrive hot. The whole team is fantastic. Don't hesitate!

20/11/2025: Sharp opinion… Arriving at noon with friends to get pizzas, we saw a menu on the TV advertised at €6.99 called "Mydominos Box," so we decided to order two. After paying, we realized we had paid €8.99. We asked a member of staff at the register why we hadn't paid the price shown on the TV. The staff member replied, "It's an old poster." We explained that we work in retail and that this person legally owed us €2. Embarrassed, they reiterated that it was an old poster and left. Later, another person gave us our boxes. We explained our situation to him as well, and like the first person, he told us it was an old poster. We suggested he simply turn off the TV. He replied, "I don't have the remote." So we asked him in turn if it would be possible to get €2 or a can of soda as compensation. He explained again that it was just an old poster, nothing more… We weren't worried about €2, but the gesture itself wasn't very professional… According to Article L.211-1 of the French Consumer Code, "in the event of a difference between the price displayed and the price at the till, the customer may demand to pay the lower price displayed, unless there is a clear error." So, for a real €7, we highly recommend the chip shop and their "box" (a type of snack bar), which are reasonably priced, good, and at least you leave with a nice smile.

05/08/2026: I would like to thank Linda for her warm welcome. She is a very friendly, smiling, and highly professional person. She was attentive, pleasant, and took the time to serve me well. It's truly appreciated to be greeted with such kindness. Thank you to her for her excellent service!

01/08/2026: I wanted to eat quickly with my kids. I ordered two meals and two Happy Meals, plus a Big Mac and a cheeseburger to go through the drive-thru. I waited 5-6 minutes in front of the video intercom, but no one answered… so I decided to go inside to tell them that no one was working outside. They took my order after that. The service was very quick, which I thought was great. When I got home, I unpacked the bags for the kids. The two Happy Meals were missing (only the drinks were included). I'm not even surprised by McDonald's ratings! If you can't recruit good employees, seriously, change careers.

25/01/2026: Excellent snack bar, nothing to complain about, the fries are very crispy, the tacos are well-filled, and the service is excellent.

14/07/2026: They're currently short-staffed, which explains why the display is rather sparse mid-morning. It's a shame because their products are good.

20/06/2026: Today I came in for two three-cheese pizzas, and they told me they didn't have any. I politely asked if they could make them for me; it was 10:40 am... the cashier and the person in the kitchen refused, and the woman also refused. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and the poor service. Anyway, I left... I went to the one in La Varicelle, where I was greeted by a young man and a young woman... a very pleasant welcome, and I got my two three-cheese pizzas, carefully cut and prepared. After talking with some other customers, where I explained my situation, another customer told me that the downtown location has a recurring problem with the service and lack of empathy. My family and I will never go back. We'll go to La Varicelle, where they are much more welcoming, pleasant, and very kind. The customer is truly king there, unlike at your place. The manager needs to look into this.

15/05/2026: They never answer the phone, it's impossible to know if they're open (you absolutely must check because we've already found ourselves facing a closed door), and the website is never updated.

25/02/2026: Great experience, I highly recommend it. Superb welcome and several dishes to choose from to suit everyone's tastes 😉

17/07/2026: I ordered a veggie wrap for takeout, but when I opened the bag I saw three McDonald's croquettes and a double cheeseburger with bacon. Since I don't eat pork, this is very disturbing.

12/07/2026: Let's just say it was average. My fries were cold, unsalted, and there were no napkins. The cheddar wasn't good, and the yogurt was just milk... the ice cream, on the other hand, was very good. Something to think about.

23/07/2026: I bought a sandwich with two ground beef patties and cheese, but I was served three slices of crustless white bread with tasteless, sickeningly sweet meat and cheese that wasn't even melted. It looked nothing like the picture of the sandwich I'd seen on the menu. I couldn't even finish it. Don't go there; it's a waste of money and you risk getting food poisoning.

10/06/2026: Honestly, I've never seen anything so disgusting and inedible. A wrap isn't that complicated to make. How is it possible to keep a snack bar open with such poor quality? I found pieces of wood in the sandwich, the kebab meat was full of grease, the fries were bad, and even the raw vegetables were inedible. The dough was thick, hard, and dry. On top of that, I had to wait 45 minutes even though there was only one other customer. Frankly, I understand better now why there's nobody here and why the prices are so low. First and last time for me. Don't trust the reviews at all!!!!

16/06/2026: Excellent pizzas, very tasty and generously topped. I highly recommend Pizza à 2. We will be back soon with my husband and son. A little something for the children, like some games or coloring pages to keep them occupied while the pizzas are being prepared, would be a real bonus!

17/08/2026: I went to the McDonald's in La Ricamarie, the service was appalling, the restaurant was in a terrible state… Where's the manager?! Definitely not here…

16/08/2026: This fast-food place is a disgrace! There's nothing fast about it. A 25-minute wait for a takeaway order inside when there's nobody there. They give it to you without a bag, along with your drink. I ask for a bag and a holder. Oh, they give it to me, but you have to pack your own drink. It's like you have to make your own burger.
