03/10/2026: It would be nice to serve fizzy drinks with real gas. Right now, it smells like drinks prepared hours in advance, and we're being ripped off. It's a recurring problem; come on, be serious, there are people paying for this. If we come back and it hasn't changed, we'll report it to higher up. I'll change my rating if there's any improvement.

02/10/2026: I just placed an order including a Happy Meal, a sundae, a small sundae, and a glass of water, and unfortunately, almost nothing went right. ❌ The small fries in the Happy Meal were missing. ❌ The drink in the Happy Meal wasn't the one I ordered. ❌ The peanuts in the sundae were simply missing. ❌ And to top it all off: €2.95 for 50 cl of water! Yes, you read that right: €2.95 for water. Considering the price paid and the number of errors in such a simple order, it's frankly unacceptable. We have the right to expect the order to be complete and correct, especially when we pay for each item individually. Regarding the water, I find the price particularly outrageous. In France, access to drinking water is normally free in restaurants, especially when it's requested as tap water. In short, an extremely disappointing experience. That's it for me; this will be the last time I go to McDonald's. I absolutely do not recommend this experience.

06/07/2026: Sunday morning, July 5, 2026, around 9:30 a.m., I had a coffee on a terrace. A young redhead waitress served me. Gorgeous, voluptuous, sexy. For a few moments, I fell in love with this stunning woman... My day was made all the better for it.

06/06/2026: Upon arrival, the place wasn't very clean. The tables on the terrace hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and there were marks on them. I ordered an espresso and a Coca-Cola. The coffee was served in a cup that had already been used. I went to ask them about the dirty glass, and the waitress replied that it wasn't my fault if I'd been partying too much. When they reserved my coffee, there was no apology or anything. As for the Coke, the guy put the ice cubes in with his bare hands, and the glass had stains on it! It hadn't been washed either. I don't recommend it, especially the service.

17/09/2026: The staff were very pleasant! The waiting time was far too long due to understaffing; they need more people, please recruit some young students!

15/09/2026: Hello, the restaurant is dirty and has no respect for the customer. I waited 10 minutes in front of the till before they gave me my ice cream. I do not recommend it.

11/08/2026: Very welcoming. The owner is friendly. The pizzas were good. Thin crust and generously topped.

07/08/2026: First time here and I'll be back. The pizzas are excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly.

02/08/2026: The quality of the bread has declined. Compared to other Marie Blachère bakeries in town, the bread is hard, with more crust than crumb. A real shame.

14/07/2026: They're currently short-staffed, which explains why the display is rather sparse mid-morning. It's a shame because their products are good.

20/06/2026: Today I came in for two three-cheese pizzas, and they told me they didn't have any. I politely asked if they could make them for me; it was 10:40 am... the cashier and the person in the kitchen refused, and the woman also refused. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and the poor service. Anyway, I left... I went to the one in La Varicelle, where I was greeted by a young man and a young woman... a very pleasant welcome, and I got my two three-cheese pizzas, carefully cut and prepared. After talking with some other customers, where I explained my situation, another customer told me that the downtown location has a recurring problem with the service and lack of empathy. My family and I will never go back. We'll go to La Varicelle, where they are much more welcoming, pleasant, and very kind. The customer is truly king there, unlike at your place. The manager needs to look into this.

08/10/2026: Avoid this drive-thru at all costs. Orders are incomplete. Something is always missing... and even if you check on-site, by the time they prepare what's missing, everything is already cold. If you order extra ice cream, it's barely ready, as it's prepared first in the order. Isn't the drive-thru supposed to save time? Waiting 45 minutes for a simple order is a real waste of time. Definitely avoid it...

05/10/2026: I've ordered Uber Eats twice now at 10:50 AM for my son. The order arrived at 12:50 PM, and on top of that, the toy from the kids' meal was missing, as well as a wrap I ordered for almost €10 on Uber Eats. I understand the lunchtime rush, but an hour and a half for a kids' meal is clearly unacceptable.

20/09/2026: Nobody deserves to come to this shitty nightclub. They refuse us entry because I'm wearing sandals. I see the problem, even though I'm well-dressed.

18/07/2026: I've never seen such a professional bouncer in my life, Bilal is top-notch, nothing to complain about!!

15/05/2026: They never answer the phone, it's impossible to know if they're open (you absolutely must check because we've already found ourselves facing a closed door), and the website is never updated.

13/10/2026: They take too long to prepare orders even though there's no rush. It's always the same; it's the only McDonald's that's this slow. It's like they're doing it on purpose.

13/08/2026: Well, this is the third time I've come, and the third time I've been received like I'm in a funeral home. I must have disturbed the lady who was on her phone in the back room. I wouldn't presume to comment if I couldn't, but I have a few years of sales experience in bakeries. Honestly, I hope it's not the owner because I was going to say that the saleswoman needed to be changed. But if it's the owner, she really needs to realize that you can't run a business with such rudeness. I can understand that everyone has tough times in their life, but under no circumstances should you become unpleasant to the customer. I really can't believe I'm avoiding so many places for the quality, the service, the prices—four euros for an éclair! We're not in Paris, and even in Paris, they don't often charge more than four euros. What customers are looking for when they go to a bakery, even a hot food shop, is a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to go there, not a saleswoman who drives you away!
