05/10/2026: Very good evening restaurant, it's a shame my waitress was so quick, it's unpleasant; she barely finished eating and then took away the plate.

04/10/2026: Birthday lunch. Excellent. Except for the fish!!! It was delicious and cooked to perfection, but... I hated it, both for its taste and as a diabetic, because it was swimming in a sugary sauce. The menu said "saffron sauce," but all I found was a sweet garnish that overpowered everything else! It's a real shame to confuse the fish...

Impeccable and very friendly service. Very attentive to the customer. Excellent value for money. Best restaurant in the Montargis area and surrounding region. Highly recommended, come without hesitation, but please save us a table :)

28/08/2026: It's spectacular. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It's also incredibly clean. The waitress speaks to you calmly in English so you can easily understand her. The food is prepared quickly, and when it arrives—and you get a generous portion—they bring chopsticks, sauces, and, if you pay a little extra, drinks. The staff is attentive, asking questions and explaining anything you don't understand. The ambiance is just like a Chinese restaurant, with pictures of food and perfect decorations. Everything fits together perfectly, and it all makes you feel right at home.

21/09/2026: I was here in May and absolutely loved this place. The lady at the bar spoke many languages, was so helpful with the menu, and very kind. Ordered a Margarite pizza and was so insanely good. I pray i get to come back here some day and share this place with my kids.

14/08/2026: La Sole Dorée on a little back street near the Hotel Mercure Centre, where I was staying, is a wonderful hidden gem. I was charmed by the atmosphere & service, & absolutely blown away by the food! My first meal there was lunch where I had the eponymous sole which the waitress beautifully prepared for me at the table. At first, that was an "amuse bouche" of the best gazpacho. I've had all summer. Also, a wonderful fish dip served with little toasts. When I went for dinner, the starter was grilled watermelon (on the menu, a play on words, "pas steak"), quite delicious, surprising, and refreshing. After that, a wonderful turbot with foie gras sauce(!) It was sublime. I actually had dessert. Twice (lunch & dinner.) Little "trompe l'œil" mushrooms (or cèpes) made out of two scoops of ice cream with meringue "caps", and chocolate sauce. And, after the dinner, baba au rhum, with the bottle placed on the table, just in case. Most highly recommended.

18/09/2026: Excellent experience from start to finish! High-quality, perfectly seasoned ingredients. The speculoos cheesecake with red berry coulis was particularly indulgent yet light. A warm welcome from the owners and impeccable service. A great place to share!

22/08/2026: A lovely restaurant that seemed to be run by a young couple, where the food was really exceptionally good. A generous buffet, a choice of andouillette or an enormous bavette steak for the main course with a great gratin dauphinois, and pudding at a very good price on the menu of the day. There was quite a wait to be seated, but it was well worth it.

16/06/2026: Passing through by bike A must-visit! Everything is excellent, of very high quality, and very well prepared. For a lunch menu, it's truly fantastic. The staff, always on the go, are very helpful, efficient, and extremely friendly. Make a detour from the Loire riverbank or anywhere else.
