31/01/2026: A truly excellent experience! The service was impeccable, the food superb, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. If I had to recommend just one restaurant in Gien, it would be this one! Congratulations!

17/12/2025: In every city in France, wherever you go, south or north, east or west, there's always that one place that stands out, a spot where you feel good, where you're comfortably seated, where the atmosphere is friendly, and where the food is excellent. Well, in Gien, that's L'Antre Amis. Local produce, well-known and perfectly executed recipes, and efficient, well-organized service capable of effortlessly serving thirty people at a company lunch without any delays or cold dishes—a true delight. And all this without forgetting the warm welcome, smiles, and kindness of Alice and Arthur, who are as busy managing the establishment as they are serving in the dining room, just like their staff. Anyway, you can do as you please, but if I were you, I'd go check it out, just so you don't miss out 😉

22/01/2026: Delicious! Generous portions, served quickly, excellent homemade tea. Complimentary chips and pasta, chef came by to check if everything was alright, turned on the sound system so we could sing along, and the waiter was pleasant. Highly recommended!

28/11/2025: Good evening, We enjoyed our meal very much. It arrived very quickly. The staff was welcoming. We didn't appreciate being asked to move to a larger table in the middle of our meal. That was a bit much, considering we had a reservation. It's still a good place to eat. We won't be returning to this restaurant. The quality/price ratio is acceptable.

21/01/2026: It's good; you can clearly tell that the local produce is prepared and cooked with care. There's passion in the service. However, calling the establishment "gastronomic" seems a bit of an exaggeration. I would describe it more as semi-gastronomic: well-executed local cuisine with good intentions, but lacking sophistication and a willingness to take risks. It's encouraging, promising, and makes you want to see them push their boundaries even further. On the other hand, the price is, frankly, a bit high considering the quality of the ingredients, which are, after all, market-fresh. I'll be back next year with curiosity and anticipation.

10/12/2025: The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious! Since I was with a tour group last time, I'd definitely come back if I ever travel to Orleans again! The staff were also incredibly friendly. My parents are vegetarians, and the restaurant also offers some really delicious vegetarian dishes! So grateful ❤️ What impressed me most was the chicken. Although it looked simple, the sauce and the tenderness of the meat were perfectly controlled! 🤤

29/08/2025: A beer menu that changes regularly, with consistently relevant choices. If choosing is difficult, no problem! A tasting menu is available, and the servers' advice is always sound. They know their products well, and chatting with them is always a pleasure. A very pleasant place to drink, but the raclette evening is also worth a visit. A menu offering excellent value for money and service.
