09/09/2026: I was just passing through and got a bit peckish around 4 pm, and they offered me a croque-monsieur... Well, it was fantastic! Homemade, with wholemeal bread... I devoured it! The dessert, on the other hand, was a bit like Wish, but it was okay. Thanks for the warm welcome, the waiter was great!

25/08/2026: We stopped for dinner. The menus were displayed outside on the terrace. The waiter informed us that service ended at 8:30 pm and that he could only offer us croque monsieur and snacks. We accepted, and ended up with a bill of €44.90 for two croque monsieur and two beers. Far too expensive! However, the waiter was excellent!

28/08/2026: Hello, I've been a customer for several months and have never been disappointed, but today was a disaster. I ordered two pizzas (ham and dauphinoise), and the dough wasn't cooked. We realized this as soon as we got home and called the kiosk. A very pleasant woman put me through to a very unpleasant man, and I mean it. Aside from saying "yes, yes," and completely ignoring what we said, he didn't say a word, didn't want to hear anything. This person is in no way customer-oriented. To be able to eat the two pizzas, we had to put them back in the oven. It's a shame because once cooked properly, the pizzas are good. But this uncooked dough and unpleasant man ruined everything.

08/08/2026: Cozy bar for a drink with a nice view of the bridge. However, food is no longer available. There is a delicious bakery across the street. Everyone gets their fresh rolls there and eats them at Le Corto.

12/07/2026: I ordered a hazelnut, but I was served a latte. When I asked for a replacement, the owner refused. The service was unpleasant and showed a complete lack of customer service. It's not enough for a customer to pay; they should also be treated with respect and served what they ordered. I want to clarify that this review has nothing to do with anyone's background. I am 🚨🚨🚨🤬🤬🤬🤬 speaking solely about my experience and the owner's attitude, which I found unacceptable. I do not recommend this establishment. If you are looking for a warm welcome and respectful service, look elsewhere.

28/09/2026: We're not asking for much: when an order includes four items and you've paid for four, you simply expect to receive all four. Once again, one item was missing—in this case, one of the four burgers ordered. And not even a word of apology! We felt like we were bothering them simply because we were asking for the burger we'd paid for but hadn't received. Unfortunately, it's the same story every time. Mistakes can happen, of course, but when they're this frequent and the service is so poor, it becomes truly irritating. This McDonald's is certainly one of the worst in the area when it comes to service.

29/08/2026: A very bad experience. Unfortunately, nothing went right: the welcome, the service, and the overall experience were very disappointing. The owner's behavior particularly stood out during our visit: we found her very unpleasant and unprofessional with customers. The waitress seemed constantly irritable and really gave the impression of not wanting to be there. Unfortunately, the general atmosphere and the staff's behavior completely ruined the meal. We left extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I strongly advise against this establishment.

29/08/2026: Disappointing, the staff were quite unpleasant. We felt like we were bothering them when we arrived. The owner and the waitress were unpleasant, especially the waitress who didn't smile at all. I understand that people can have bad days, however, I've been several times since the beginning of June and have never received a single smile. It's truly disappointing for a restaurant of this type. The owner doesn't even offer a greeting and sighs when we speak while waiting for our table. Quite disappointed by these experiences, I won't be returning.

01/08/2026: Received two Too Good To Go baskets today. What a disappointment! They contained seven packages (five milk chocolate and two white chocolate) with no information whatsoever (ingredients, best before date, no origin). They looked like mass-produced chocolates, probably from Christmas! A shame for this store, which is very popular with people from Orléans.

17/09/2026: The service was appalling, unless it's just a matter of personal preference. The woman was incredibly cold and unfriendly; we felt like we were bothering her. We ordered two different dishes, but strangely enough, they both had the same thick, super-salty soy sauce, with pieces of ginger in one to differentiate it... In the end, she didn't even offer us coffee or dessert before bringing us the bill! 😳 Even though we weren't planning on having any, it was clearly a "get out of here!" attitude. No worries, we won't be going back, and we'll be sure to spread the word! Don't even bother going; the food wasn't even that great...

15/08/2026: An excellent traditional Vietnamese restaurant. Everything is homemade and of high quality. The service is also outstanding. A discreet restaurant where quality is paramount.

26/01/2026: Very good pizza, excellent panna cotta, good welcome from the owner (better than in his early days, it's true), old-fashioned interior, but the important thing is to eat well with good products!

12/01/2026: Excellent homemade pizzas. The owner was very welcoming and offered suggestions to suit our tastes, even though we arrived at 1 p.m. on a Sunday without a reservation. I highly recommend it.
