20/02/2026: For any tourists trying to go here, this place is always closed and I spoke to the owner in their wine shop who said they are looking to sell the place. If like me you went to the tourist information centre who told you to go here, you might have some wasted journeys and effort like the recents reviews have stated.

The five stars can be debated but in a society where the Google review is authoritative, a compliment is not expensive... 21/04/2024: Réservation à St Malo par erreur via the Fork!!!! Accueil très chaleureux et au petit soin pour dresser une table au plus vite : chapeau les Toqués . Côté plats excellents et raffinés. Petit bémol table voisine bruyante ….. Une excellente soirée .

30/08/2024: We hadn't been here for a few years and we were very disappointed. We have visited the place many times, in small groups or for family reunions, and it has always been a taste pleasure. Forced to see that the quality is no longer there. We ordered two sirloin steaks which tasted nothing like a sirloin but rather a sinewy piece of grilling. Impossible to finish. We asked for a doggy bag, and they gave us the meat in a ball in cellophane. The wine list mainly contains wines that are very easily found in supermarkets. Really limited value for money. The origin of the meats is not indicated. I was a little doubtful when we had dinner (and not lunch) for barely more money the next day in Fontainebleau with a good portion of local products or products whose origin was at least indicated. While a cooking error was reported on the neighboring table and the service was clearly long for a lunch, a service person ended up responding very coldly to the customer who was just worried about the clock that was ticking for her. I also asked to change my wine glass which was chipped in two places. The feeling of annoying the waiter clearly. It's regrettable in a town like Malesherbes that "The" good address is evolving like this.

16/08/2024: Une salade de chèvre chaud exceptionnelle ; tout le personnel d une affabilite exemplaire et chose extraordinaire le patron qui nous emmène à la borne électrique et nous ramène dans sa voiture personnelle juste pour rendre service !! Du jamais vu !! Pour conclure le repas des coupes glacées aux boules gargantuesques pour un prix très raisonnable !! Une adresse à ne pas manquer
