The summer burger was excellent, served with salad and sautéed potatoes.
After a successful first experience with a salad made with good ingredients, I'll be back.
The advantage of this place, even if you don't eat raclette or fondue, is that the products are high quality and the service is top-notch.
Not to mention the soundtrack (era or blues 😉). A place worth trying.

06/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome on Sunday lunchtime and thoroughly enjoyed our burgers (one beef, one veggie) and fries with their homemade sauces. The great background music added to the already pleasant experience; I highly recommend it!
03/09/2026: I was very surprised to find the quality of the burgers had declined when I returned after a few months. I don't know if the suppliers have changed, but I'm disappointed because it used to be the best burger place in Angers for me. I'll come back and check again in a few weeks, as it might have just been an off day.

We were greeted with a smile and had a wonderful time.
We hadn't booked in advance, but it's recommended to reserve as the place is often full.
Everything is homemade, and we ate very well.

10/08/2026: I had the Egg, Ham, and Cheese Galette, and I liked the crispy exterior and chewy texture. The cheese and ham paired well with the egg, making it delicious. It is a dish perfect for a light brunch or lunch. The server also welcomed me kindly, allowing me to enjoy my meal comfortably. I had absolutely no trouble communicating in English. If you are visiting the area, be sure to stop by.

The combination of flavors, like the verbena-infused eggplant or the oven-baked and then finished sweet potato purée, was truly special. The bread is homemade. It would take too long to describe... Come and taste for yourself. We highly recommend it.

In the middle of your meal, you're invited to explore the troglodyte village surrounding the restaurant. Be aware that the set menu might be surprising, but it's what makes the concept so original and authentic.
