03/07/2026: First time but certainly not the last! A wonderful discovery with the magnificent Il Fiore pizza! Very tasty, beautiful thin crust and delicious toppings!!
I dare say that this Italian restaurant ranks among the best in Angers.
03/07/2026: The dough is made with yeast and isn't matured, which ruins the whole pizza. It's like eating cardboard.
That's the basics of pizza making.
The ingredients are very high quality.
It's a real shame to sacrifice the dough. There's no crust or edge; it looks like dough that's been through a rolling pin.
Sorry for this comment, but you need to get things back on track. ✋

07/06/2026: We had a very pleasant and delicious family birthday lunch (15 people). The chef accommodating my specific requests was excellent. The sommelier offered superb advice, and the mixologist concocted a delightful Armagnac/Yuzu cocktail to accompany the refreshing and flavorful dessert, "Strawberry Plural." Everyone was thrilled. A big thank you to the entire team at Le Bosquet.

14/06/2026: The restaurant is very good, but the quantity is a little small for the price. I find 3 fajitas with small pieces of shredded chicken for €14.50. They should either add another fajita or complete the plate in another way to make it a little more substantial.

11/06/2026: This is where my friends organized a bachelorette party (cocktail workshop + tapas dinner), and I couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect moment. The setting is simply amazing, but it's the team that makes all the difference: they are incredibly kind, attentive, and exceptionally caring. As for the food, it was pure bliss: everything we drank and ate was outstanding (the cocktail workshop is a must!). Thank you for making this weekend so magical and for giving me an unforgettable evening!

The food was amazing - I highly recommend trying the cooked dishes - I had the Oyakodon and it was absolutely delicious!
The service is amazing, fast, caring and very accommodating, they went above and beyond to be helpful.
