11/11/2025: When you have a table reserved for 9 pm and they tell you "we're sorry, we have nothing more to offer" when you arrive... that's more than just mediocre! So I can't say if it's good or not.

08/12/2025: We had booked a table for two for a birthday, but the establishment doesn't serve alcohol. Anyway, we probably wouldn't have stayed; there was nobody in the restaurant, and every time we drive by, it's always empty. Not to mention the delivery motorcycles driving around even though the restaurant is closed. In short, bizarre.

26/11/2025: Having stayed here before, I didn't have bad memories of this hotel. But on my next visit, the service has deteriorated. Before, you could ask for a meal to be reheated, but now, under the pretext that the cook refuses, even if you book a room but don't eat in the restaurant, they refuse. I call that high-pressure sales tactics. Especially since this wasn't the case before. I don't think their strategy is sound; they'd rather lose a customer permanently than provide this service. Beyond the decline in housekeeping, I found hair (not mine) in the bathroom, as well as crumbs on the desk, and the bottom of the trash can (which wasn't linerd) was in a deplorable state of filth.

22/09/2025: I don't often post reviews, but I'm going to take the time for the "nice" short-haired blonde lady who greeted me with "she's going to come home with her bike." So no, that one wasn't going to come home with her bike, but before tying it up, she just wanted to know if it was possible to have a drink. Apparently, I was going to bother the many customers who were going to arrive on this rather cool September afternoon. I went across the street, and the famous customers never arrived....when you can't stand customers anymore, sometimes it's better to change jobs, Madam.

08/09/2025: Best restaurant in Vannes! I go there quite often. Even though the staff is small, the service is friendly and the food is excellent! I don't understand the bad reviews.

19/12/2025: We came during the week with friends. We were seated quickly and the service was efficient. However, the staff's friendliness needs improvement: very little interaction, no smiles, and when it came time to pay the bill, no amount was announced; we were simply asked to place the card on the terminal. This is a shame, as it detracts from the overall experience.

03/11/2025: The welcome was friendly, but the crepes were really not good. Furthermore, the ingredients are placed on top and therefore not cooked inside, which significantly alters the final taste. The portions could also be more generous.

25/10/2025: We used to come here a few years ago. The ratings didn't seem very good, but we went back anyway. We didn't regret it. The welcome was warm and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. We'll continue to go to the Epidor!

01/02/2026: Avoid this place if you value decent service. The establishment's trademark is having one mistake per order, but three mistakes and two omissions in a single order?! That's completely unacceptable. Having to beg for the correct order when you're already paying a premium for the set menus is ridiculous. Luckily, the person I assume to be the manager managed to stay calm and address the requests.

31/01/2026: Once again, very disappointed. They always spend a fortune on takeout. Tip: You absolutely must check your order before leaving because if you're in a hurry, half your order is missing. This Saturday, January 31st, the worst part was: we paid for two milkshakes and got nothing in our bag. We also paid for a double chicken and got nothing there too. It had been a long time since we'd been there, and in the end, we won't be going back. This McDonald's is getting worse and worse.

11/02/2026: Arrived at 9:30 PM, they clearly didn't want to do the dishes anymore and served us in disposable cardboard cups, same for the bag of fries. Three-quarters of the room had their chairs upside down on the tables. It felt like they were closing in 15 minutes. I ordered a sundae for €3.30 🥵 and the container was half empty. I asked if they could refill it and did, but they refused. They explained that they used to overfill and now it's the right amount, period. This explanation was given forcefully as they headed back to the kitchen, looking annoyed. Well, apparently, we have to put up with it or not come back...

19/01/2026: Very close to the train station and the city center, opposite the bus station. The single room is adequate, and the breakfast is standard Ibis fare. It's a shame there's no restaurant in the hotel, just a snack bar. The staff is very pleasant and professional.

15/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! The tobacconists are appalling (and I mean it). I even felt like I was bothering them just by asking to be served. It's a shame, the place looks nice, but the people behind the counter make it unwelcoming and unpleasant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…

03/01/2026: Avoid at all costs. Nobody there. And the atmosphere is awful. And on top of that, you buy a bottle and they kick you out at 2:55 AM. Choose your bouncers wisely.

15/12/2025: A nice place… but as for a warm welcome, forget it. Meryl Showcase evening: €20 online. The ticket asks you to arrive early, or you won't be allowed in. Obviously, this is mainly to give you time to buy drinks beforehand, since the €20 ticket, of course, didn't include any beverages. Result: from 11:50 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., we waited for the artist. A total performance, 20 minutes flat! I didn't even have time to enjoy it, because between the four e-cigarettes surrounding me—even though I hadn't purchased the "aquarium" option with my ticket—and the need to sometimes hold onto my neighbor to avoid falling, the experience was… complete. Well, next time… Oh no, there won't be one. Finally, for those who like to elbow their way through the crowd, sweat, and float in a cloud of steam, come drunk... the party will be all the wilder.
