The food was mediocre; I ordered a simple, runny omelet with chorizo, which arrived well-cooked but without any chorizo... The Kir as an aperitif was undrinkable. The bill was unclear, with no itemized items and no gesture of goodwill. I won't be back.

20/01/2025: I had a veggie burger... No other vegetarian options. Gross I couldn't finish it! Industrial made with meat flavor substitutes.... The burger bun is not good. The dessert on the other hand, crème brûlée, is delicious. The correct service and the smiling lady. My friend had a fish which he enjoyed. I won't come back, I like to have a choice like offering an omelette for example and not frozen!

18/03/2026: My sister and I stopped for an aperitif (a perfectly balanced Americano) and received a very warm welcome, which is a real pleasure these days and is becoming rare. Thank you for this lovely time!

The service is quick, attentive, and always with a smile. The restaurant is impeccably clean, both in the dining room and the restrooms; everything is perfectly maintained. As for the food, the dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the attention to detail and the passion. And to top it all off, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality offered. Excellent value for money! I highly recommend it. A must-visit in Compiègne!

04/03/2026: I came to eat. I was seated very quickly. Then they rushed me to choose all my dishes. No explanation was given. The starter was passable, the main course completely cold. I pointed this out to the waitress, but she didn't take the time to listen because the entire dish was cold. Only the meat had been partially reheated. It seemed like they were under pressure. Anyway, I won't be back. Oh yes, one more thing: when you ask for the exact ingredients of the crepe batter, they tell you they'll check the box.

25/02/2026: They refused to seat us on the terrace to eat, which was a real shame given the lovely weather. We lost a table for four as a result.

23/03/2026: Quick order and service. I ate quite well despite a bad drink and a bad main course at our table. No Irish coffee because "they didn't have the machine." They charged us at the table even though we hadn't finished our desserts.

16/03/2026: So what can I say... The waitresses were smiling, but they forgot three of our four orders. The waitress swept the floor next to us, and to top it all off, there was no one there when we left. It's a shame, I used to like Leon de Bruxelles.

We spent an excellent, memorable, and delightful evening in an exquisite atmosphere where everything is designed to please the senses and the heart.
