31/05/2026: I stayed at this hotel on May 30, 2026, a day of extreme heat. It was impossible to lower the air conditioning in the room below 30°C because the system is outdated, with three click-button zones and a manual thermostat that isn't even electronic. Furthermore, there was only one bottle of water, and it wasn't cold, for two people on a sweltering day, for a room costing €124. I find this very stingy. I reported these two issues to the staff, who told us, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." A better response would perhaps be appropriate, given the price and the standard that a Mercure hotel should normally offer, from a national perspective. This establishment tarnishes, and does nothing to improve, the reputation of the Mercure group.

16/03/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered takeout from this supposedly very reputable sushi restaurant, and the quality was disappointing. The €6.90 nuggets looked exactly like fast-food nuggets with just mayonnaise. The bao was truly awful, the worst I've ever had. The maki were okay, but I've had much better elsewhere. Given the restaurant's reputation, I really expected much better.

On several occasions, the staff abruptly and curtly interrupted our conversations, giving the impression that we weren't being listened to or respected. More professional and courteous communication would have been appreciated. It's a shame, as it significantly detracts from the quality of the welcome and service.

The only downside is that this restaurant isn't very budget-friendly, but despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed myself! I sincerely recommend it.

04/08/2026: So happy to be able to eat Indian food in Chantilly. The Indian dishes were very tasty; the chicken tikka and chicken tikka masala were delicious at lunchtime. The white linen tablecloths were always spotless, which is rare these days! See you soon!
