31/05/2026: I stayed at this hotel on May 30, 2026, a day of extreme heat. It was impossible to lower the air conditioning in the room below 30°C because the system is outdated, with three click-button zones and a manual thermostat that isn't even electronic. Furthermore, there was only one bottle of water, and it wasn't cold, for two people on a sweltering day, for a room costing €124. I find this very stingy. I reported these two issues to the staff, who told us, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." A better response would perhaps be appropriate, given the price and the standard that a Mercure hotel should normally offer, from a national perspective. This establishment tarnishes, and does nothing to improve, the reputation of the Mercure group.

17/05/2026: On May 17, 2026, at 7:54:30 PM, we ordered four meals with drinks. Upon returning home, we were shocked to find: a piece of paper in one of our Cokes; small pieces of fabric in another; hair in a third; and finally, crumbs of some unknown food in the last. As a former McDonald's crew member, I find it appalling that we were asked to make the trip back and forth simply to exchange the four cups (the bare minimum) without even being offered a gesture of goodwill, and that they ignored us when we complained. And that's not even mentioning how cold the rest of the meals were (cold fries and a barely lukewarm sandwich). If I had done this while I was still under contract, I would have received a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt very quickly. Sincerely,

23/07/2026: Visited at 12:30 PM, restaurant was clean, fries were hot, and the sandwich was hot. The order arrived quickly, and the staff was friendly. It's important to highlight good experiences because I'm often disappointed by McDonald's.

19/07/2026: Arriving at 11 PM, we found five people in the restaurant, including three employees seated at tables eating. We ordered two set menus and waited about 25 minutes to be served. We passed two employees in the restroom who didn't even look up to say hello. Despite everything, we returned a week later. We ordered two ice creams from the drive-thru. The ice creams were ready on the counter, and after 10 minutes, we still hadn't been served. We knocked on the window, and someone finally served us the ice creams while apologizing for the wait. We will never set foot in that restaurant again.

05/07/2026: We hired this caterer for our son's communion at home. The entertainment for our guests was fantastic, and the paella served on plates was delicious and very generous. I highly recommend them.

26/04/2026: Stradivarius at the InterContinental Chantilly is a wonderful spot. The dining room is warm and elegant, and the food is simply outstanding. Service is professional and friendly, though the pacing felt a touch rushed. A few more minutes between courses would make for a perfect experience. Highly recommend!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

15/07/2026: Beautiful Indian Pakistani restaurant. Right from the time we entered to the time we moved out from service , to food and ambience everything was over the top. It’s not just the aesthetic of the decor and music but the food which is just made perfect and served perfect. My recommendations are Samosa Legumes , Dal, Palak paneer, Biryani and Raita. It’s s must try 🫡

18/07/2026: We thank the owner of this establishment for turning us away for a stag do due to discrimination, I quote: "caps or jogging pants prohibited." What a lovely mentality!

18/07/2026: This establishment has only one goal: to maximize profits at any cost. It's considered a restaurant but regularly operates like a nightclub, causing significant noise pollution for residents within a 500-meter radius. This is especially true in the summer, as it's incredibly difficult to keep the windows closed due to the heat, making it impossible to sleep before 2:00 AM at the earliest, and sometimes even later than 3:00 AM during music festivals. It's also extremely disruptive during football matches because, as usual, the sound is so loud that you feel like you're right there, even though, as the crow flies, we're only about 400 to 500 meters away. From my house, the sound level is measured at between 70 and 80 decibels, which is frankly inappropriate for sleeping and for a restaurant in the city center. Nightclub or restaurant, you have to choose... P.S.: I read in an article in Le Parisien that this establishment had already been closed for 10 days for the same reason. It seems the owner still hasn't learned his lesson...

19/07/2026: Before visiting the castle, we had lunch here on the very pleasant terrace under the trees. The fish and chips were beautifully presented and excellent. The service was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

13/05/2026: I frequent this bar regularly and have always been warmly welcomed, with pleasant service and a friendly atmosphere, thanks in particular to the gentleman behind the counter who is always smiling and professional. However, on my last visit, there was a woman behind the counter, and the welcome was very disappointing. Her manner of speaking clearly lacked any sense of customer service and made me so uncomfortable that I lost my appetite and left.

05/07/2026: It was probably very good, but we gave up after a 45-minute wait. We're talking about crepes here... (There were several of us in the same situation.) Message to the management of this establishment: When you don't have a cook, as was the case today on a Sunday, close the kitchen. You're putting your completely overwhelmed waitstaff in a difficult position, with the server relegated to the kitchen unable to meet the demand. (And that's perfectly understandable.)

26/07/2026: I've been a customer for years and I'm usually satisfied. Unfortunately, this time it wasn't the team I'm used to seeing, and the quality was really lacking. Nearly 30% of my pizza was just dough, with no toppings. Frankly, that's taking advantage of the customers. I'm very disappointed with this experience and I don't know if I'll ever come back.

03/06/2026: The pastry was far too thin, almost nonexistent. The potatoes weren't cooked enough, and the whole thing was really bland. It was quite tasteless, and given the price, it was clearly not good value for money. Disappointed with the experience.

19/07/2026: A very good experience at Stromboli! A lovely, quiet setting in a little corner in the city center. A fairly limited menu (which is a very good sign!) and good quality ingredients. We each ordered a focaccia, which was delicious (and generously sized). Good value for money. I will definitely return and I recommend this restaurant!
