20/08/2024: A luxurious change of scenery for a night. The hotel is truly magnificent and the swimming pool heated just right. The night is quite expensive but it's worth it. A small downside regarding the noise of a machine on the forest view terrace, on the ground floor. I would have liked to have had a purse big enough to eat at the hotel restaurant which is apparently excellent. High standing hotel offering a real break from Parisian life!

13/10/2024: Rarely have I seen such cold traders, the woman at reception is as friendly as a prison door, she is familiar with customers in addition to being unpleasant to believe that we are bothering her, not even capable of questioning herself when she is wrong on the order. The quality of the dishes is really not great, in short, avoid this Japanese place.

I have never found the scallops and almost non-existent accompaniment: 4 ravioli, 5 strips of pepper and 2 small broccoli flowers, it's overkill. A rare steak served more than medium rare. 21/07/2024: The place is small for those who want to eat on site, to place an order not even a hello and for a simple request for a card that I had them for a free pizza not even able to give a date. Cannot write a first name correctly. Even the pizza and also to be reviewed because on a salmon pizza there is more pizza dough than salmon. Very disappointed.

23/08/2024: I go to this establishment regularly. I have never been disappointed, whether eating in or taking away. Good quality meat and products. Very friendly employees and always attentive. A place that I recommend for lunch because the service is fast. Very good value for money.

09/08/2024: So I'm a big party animal, I often get up between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and I really enjoy eating a good Greek or a taco when I come down/hangover and it's closed between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. even though I'm hungry during its hours, thank you not to say that it's open prck I often end up disappointed

25/09/2024: Good value for money hotel. Simple and clean room, good bedding. Calm. Excellent breakfast, very good coffee but also with real freshly squeezed orange juice!!! Even in 3 or 4 stars we don't get them often!!!. Very warm and smiling welcome. Our address when we come to Chantilly. Well done.

25/10/2024: Difficult to rate the performance. My husband, M.Montjoie and I chose the hotel for its proximity to Domaine de Brion (wedding reception) 3 months before the date. The owner cancels 3 weeks in advance by SMS without giving a reason and without canceling on booking (probably to avoid paying cancellation fees). We therefore had to ask that the owner take the steps on booking. If it is completely legal for the owner to cancel a reservation (we suspect that a person having chosen more than "one night" had their preference from a financial profitability point of view...), it Nevertheless, it is very unpleasant when you plan in advance to avoid finding accommodation 2 weeks before. So yes, in 3 weeks we have time to turn around, some would say. Except that when it comes to a wedding, you think that everything is sold out for miles around 3 weeks before... Very bad experience therefore. Are you having a wedding at Domaine de Brion? my opinion: Avoid this hotel at all costs where you risk having your reservation canceled! In any case this will be the case if you choose just one night.

28/09/2024: Beautiful place outside. On the other hand, everything inside leaves something to be desired. The place is not well maintained. The meeting rooms are basic. Carpet with large stains. Uncomfortable chairs. Insufficient tea and coffee. Large room but the heating did not work! When it’s 14 degrees and humid during the day because of the rain and less than 10 degrees at night, it’s very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Despite the complaint at reception, the unfriendly gentleman who was officiating told me that the heating was working! He ended up bringing me a mini auxiliary heater that was totally insufficient to heat the bedroom and the bathroom. Furthermore, the table is more than average… So, a very disappointing experience that I will not repeat.

26/09/2024: The castle itself is exceptional, as are the setting and the service. The restaurant has an inventive chef and top-notch service, thanks to Lennart. The hotel reception is welcoming and professional, the manager is passionate. We'll come back :)

25/08/2024: 1st opinion but this time, I had to.... Attention ⚠️, if you order by click and connect! Before the terminals were broken all the time, now they use geo-location. But it's useless. They prepare your order 20 minutes before while you are still at home (St Martin sector but detects you close to the McDonald's), and you have not entered your seat number. And what's more, the staff brings you your order, telling you that it's been ready for 20 minutes but that if it's cold, they can't do anything! Well done ! Not only do they not take geolocation into account, but they cannot keep an order warm. Afterwards, they don't care, you are obliged to accept the order since you started the preparation and you will be charged whatever happens! What a sense of commerce and professionalism! Or how to retain customers? Getting better and better! No more McDonald’s in Pont for me. And a word of advice, take your order inside, even if it means waiting 30 minutes for an unfortunate Mc Fleury! Result: an order for 40th for cold and hard fries! Sandwiches to reheat! No sauce!
