10/08/2026: Very disappointed. The restaurant was closed on Saturday for annual holidays, but when I made my Saturday night reservation, no one told us. The cocktails were already completely stale. And then the meal got even worse; we were told they were out of meat and desserts, except for ice cream. We had to settle for pizzas, which wasn't what we'd come for. And that's when you realize they're not good customers, because since they were out of desserts, they didn't offer us an alternative without charging extra. So, they're the ones at fault, and we're the ones who have to adapt. And when I mentioned it at the register, the waiter practically laughed at us. I used to go to this restaurant regularly, but I think that's it. I'll go to restaurants that are worth it.

08/08/2026: A very warm welcome, with superb kindness. Beautifully presented dishes and, above all, delicious food. However, the wait was far too long. On the other hand, thank you for celebrating my mother's birthday; we were very touched. Have a wonderful holiday, and see you soon!

13/09/2026: A very warm welcome. Four couscous dishes and one tagine, all delicious and very generous. The oriental pastries were a delight with the mint tea. Special mention for the semolina, which was incredibly fine. When I made the reservation by phone, you promised me a wonderful time for my birthday, and it was. We will be back for more fantastic moments. Thank you again. And congratulations to the two cooks.

28/01/2026: The bartender who was there this morning from 11am to 12pm was very helpful and efficient, and he even caught up with us in the parking lot to give us a charger we'd forgotten. Thank you to him.

18/01/2026: We had a lovely stay. The room was large, spacious, and very pretty. It had a magnificent view of the garden. We had dinner at La Causerie. Many thanks to Enzo for the delicious cocktails and his friendly manner.

21/08/2026: A quality all-you-can-eat restaurant. The food was very good. There was a wide selection of dishes, including appetizers, hot and cold items, and desserts. A wok grill was available (which I didn't try). The prices were very reasonable. The quality of the ingredients was quite good. This review is based on several visits to this restaurant over the past two years.

11/09/2026: While the drive-thru is supposed to close at 1 a.m., it's already closed at 11 p.m. on a Friday night because there's a one-hour wait! For a fast food place, kudos to the organization!

29/08/2026: The service was incredibly slow, and the "fast food" concept was far from being respected... Once the order arrived, the potatoes were overcooked, the sauce in the burger was practically nonexistent, the fruit was missing from the happy meal, and the drink was the wrong one...

28/08/2026: Tonight we're picking up our order for the first time in Meru. There's hardly anyone at the drive-thru, hardly anyone inside, but the loyalty card isn't working and there's no ticket available. And to top it all off, I ordered a double Chicago Bacon meal and ended up with a Chicago Classic. If we now have to open the packaging to check the sandwiches inside, it's getting ridiculous. We'll go to a McDonald's further away, but never again to this one…

16/09/2026: At 1:30 PM, the drive-thru was very quick, just one mistake: caramel sundae instead of chocolate. But I still ate well.

25/04/2026: The most horrible, disrespectful and arrogant staff I have ever met in my life. The place and rooms are lovely, but both the hotel manager and chef of reception….wow - can’t believe this is the level of service and lack of respect at such a hotel. Disgusting
