And on the plate side, it’s just excellent: dishes full of flavor, well prepared, with quality products. Nothing to complain about, everything was great from start to finish. A big thank you to the team, I will come back with pleasure!

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The dishes were delicious, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor, made with high-quality ingredients. The service was attentive and warm, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. You can feel the passion and care put into every detail.
I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
30/01/2026: Menus... So many choices! The staff is fantastic, especially Séverine (she's lovely). Competitive prices. Very good and inexpensive. Come one, come all, and spread the word! Enjoy your meal in good company.

It's as delicious as it is pleasant and comforting to sit down at a table here.

05/10/2025: Grandma's cooking in an authentic Valois atmosphere! Located at the crossroads of the two immense forests of Compiegne and Retz, the Auberge de la Vallée is a comforting stopover. I often walked past it until the day I finally tried it! And what a moment!! Fireplace, delicate service, tasty dishes... Everything is homemade! I enjoyed lingering, chatting with the other customers, then the owner, and finished lunch on the sunny terrace in the middle of October. An enchanting interlude!
