Everything was there: the taste, the flavors, the originality, exceptional dishes, and so much more. The waitresses were attentive and attentive. Absolutely flawless. 10/03/2026: My wife and I had dinner at the Auberge de Monceaux on a Thursday evening. The atmosphere is very cozy, the service efficient and pleasant while remaining discreet. The cuisine is based on local produce (from the restaurant's own garden and regional producers), with superb creativity that elevates basic ingredients (cabbage, Jerusalem artichokes, beets). Unbeatable value for money and a sure bet for a family meal or a romantic dinner. The Auberge de Monceaux is a restaurant that leaves a lasting impression on anyone who dares to visit it.

I was looking for brunch in the Oise region and this one is perfect 👌 A selection with plenty of sweet and savory options 😁 Special mention for the focaccia and the chocolate mousse!! 😍 I'm quite picky and I found a good number of vegetarian options 😉 There's something for everyone, young and old 😃 I can't wait to go back with family or friends! 🤩

09/03/2026: The room was well-equipped and pleasant. The restaurant was very good. However, the spa was very limited in terms of facilities. The water temperature was just barely adequate. We received a questionnaire a week before our stay asking for our arrival time and if we needed any information regarding transportation or local attractions; we are still waiting for this information.

07/03/2026: A fantastic experience at Clos des Vignes. The setting is magnificent and very relaxing, especially with the pond and the animals around. The welcome was excellent and the staff very pleasant. The meal was truly delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will gladly return!

Refined cuisine with high-quality flavor. The wine list is decent and reasonably priced. This level of service is becoming rare these days. We left satisfied with this establishment, which I highly recommend.

Friendly, smiling, and attentive staff; generous portions from appetizer to dessert; the food was delicious. The decor was magnificent; in short, everything was perfect!!! I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!!!

16/01/2026: Excellent Bò bún! Saigon Vietnamese beer. And decaf. Fresh, home-style cooking. A small, long restaurant tucked away under the arcades. You have to look for it, but you'll find it.

12/01/2026: A tiny Vietnamese restaurant located in Compiègne. The pho is authentic and very good (served in the southern style), and besides this classic and the bun bo, the restaurant offers other dishes that change depending on the day of the week. The service is discreet but pleasant, and the chef is very friendly (we chatted a bit about Vietnam, a country I've had the pleasure of visiting several times). For those interested, they serve Vietnamese beer (only Saigon, though).
