The doors were already physically open, but I was refused access to the restrooms because I needed to use them urgently, on the pretext that there were 3 minutes left before the official opening time. Right after that, I returned a box full of luggage. The employee refused to refund me, claiming there was a scanning problem or that the return had already been processed. I left with only €2.10, which was far from the amount due. I usually appreciate the friendly service of your store, but this lack of flexibility and this refund issue have greatly disappointed me. How can we resolve the problem of this incorrectly scanned luggage? Thank you in advance for your reply. Sincerely, Update: The manager contacted me by email to refuse any refund for my physical till, hiding behind account statistics. She didn't even apologize for her employee's appalling behavior and, worse, condoned it. Deplorable business practices, avoid them at all costs.

23/06/2026: Amazing food truck for my birthday! 🤗 I booked for about 70 guests and everything went perfectly. Nadège and Christophe are lovely, super professional, and completely self-sufficient with the setup. The logistics were incredibly easy for me; they were very accommodating and attentive. The food was a real treat: we ordered the Paris burger and the Venice burger, both excellent, as well as vegetarian wraps which were a big hit, and the fries were perfect! And to finish on a sweet note, a delicious tiramisu and panna cotta. The service was really quick and efficient; no one had to wait long! All my guests gave me rave reviews. I highly recommend them for a private event, a birthday, or any other occasion! ☺️

Right next door is France's third-largest state-owned forest. A typically French restaurant, reasonably priced for lunch, but a bit more expensive in the evening. 23/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful discovery at Galway! We had a fantastic time, both with the delicious food and the warm welcome. I started with a shrimp appetizer, bursting with flavor. Then, a flank steak with a truly excellent pepper sauce, served with wonderful homemade fries just the way we like them: generous, flavorful, and perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the meal. 😋 And to finish on a sweet note, the banana dessert with ice cream was simply delicious. A real treat from beginning to end! But what really makes the difference is the service. Our server was exceptionally pleasant, smiling, and professional. She took great care of us and truly contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. A place where you eat well, receive a warm welcome, and leave with a smile. I highly recommend Galway and we will gladly return! 🍽️😊
