Food fantastic, reasonably priced in the best sense of the word.

14/09/2024: Les galettes sont très bonnes. Il y a pas mal de choix, mais pas beaucoup de galettes végétariennes (mais on trouve quand même notre bonheur). Les crêpes sont très bonnes également, avec des assortiments très sympas. Le lieu est mignon. Je recommande donc cette crêperie sur la Place d'armes !
03/09/2024: The Calais creperie. I recommend with your eyes closed. Lots of choice of pancakes and quality products. Little extra for the really nice Breton cola.

26/08/2024: We have just been to this restaurant. It is much bigger inside than you think. It has a covered garden and the food is great. I had a salad, but my husband and son had burgers. The waitress was delightful, friendly and so helpful, even though our French is terrible! The chips were the best we have had in France. Tasted like they were cooked in beef dripping. Service was great and the food was perfectly cooked, thanks to the chef. In an area where there isn't much selection of restaurants you'd have thought the prices would be higher. Great place many thanks for my cold milk with my tea !!

14/09/2024: Unpretentious and friendly bistro vibe, tasty food and an organic wine list. We had the skate wing which was delicious and then figs in cassis which were also good. Lots of locals so a good buzz even though it was low season.

30/09/2024: Good food, very cheerful and helpful service. Bright atmosphere as the restaurant was busy and talkative with locals obviously aware of the high standards. A menu problem we had “lost in translation” when ordering was very quickly solved on the initiative of the staff. Would recommend the Maharajah to anyone, especially British visitors who love their “Indian” meal experience.

Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure de la réservation.Nous avons attendu 01 HEURE entre l'heure d'arrivée et l'heure où on nous a servi les entrées. Attention , nous n'avons pas pris d'apéro. Du jamais vu, sauf dans l'émission "cauchemar en cuisine" 😆
Le serveur était non challant, pas professionnel du tout. Bref..
Et pour couronner le tout, la salle était très très bruyante. Pire qu'une cantine scolaire, avec des clients qui se croyaient dans leur salon et qui recevaient leur famille ! C'était exceptionnel ou pas ??
Et concernant les plats, c'était bon mais sans plus, sans grande surprise.

16/09/2024: We went for dinner and the owner took care of us with grace and passion. From the wines and aperitif, to the appetizers maine meal and dessert we were pleased eith each of our meals. The presentation and taste were 5 stars! I am gluten free and dairy free and there was no hesitation, and my meal was made just for me. Perfect!!

Provençal mussels too much sauce, sauce compacted and too spicy.
In the cases, we could not taste the Mussels, very disappointed

19/09/2024: Nous recommandons vivement cette crêperie. Le personnel est hyper sympa . Les crêpes sont délicieuses et copieuses et grand plus on peut y manger jusqu'en fin d'après-midi ce qui n'est pas le cas dans les autres restos. Adresse à retenir.
