13/02/2026: We were the first ones at the restaurant and received a fantastic welcome. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable and kept up even though the restaurant was full when we left. I highly recommend it if you're spending a weekend in Camiers.

25/01/2026: I would have loved to try this simple and promising cuisine, but despite a completely empty dining room (out of season, in January), the owner politely turned us away, claiming he had no more seats. It was clear he didn't want too many customers that day.

28/02/2026: Discovered this restaurant for a birthday celebration. Everything was perfect and excellent. We were treated like royalty. The beef fillet was outstanding and its sauce unforgettable. We will gladly return to this restaurant. The service was impeccable. I recommend it 100%.

05/02/2026: We went back this Thursday at lunchtime. Longtime regulars, we even knew the previous owners and were delighted to learn that the new ones had already taken over a year ago: the food is still just as good. With our drinks, we were served appetizers – a lovely touch. We chose a Welsh rarebit (a regional specialty) with delicious fries: generous and flavorful. For dessert, a vacherin ice cream sundae was a real treat. The owners are very friendly, and it's clear that the clientele is mostly regulars, a sign of a great reputation. I highly recommend this restaurant – quality, a warm welcome, and dishes that make you want to come back.

02/02/2026: My partner and I went for lunch at "La Terrasse" on February 1st and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and beautifully presented dishes at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in Hardelot.

04/02/2026: As regulars at the brasserie for several years now, we have our ritual: reserving a table (7), even if we sometimes end up seated elsewhere despite our best efforts. We eat quickly, given our work schedules. The dishes are varied and delicious. The staff is pleasant, despite the recent turnover of some long-standing members who were very much a part of the establishment and always satisfied customers. A special shout-out to the new cook who prepared this magnificent and beautifully presented kebab for us. Best of luck to everyone! 😉

16/01/2026: We had lunch at noon; the drinks service was very quick. However, the wait for our food order was too long. Once we ordered, the food was served fairly quickly. The Welsh rarebit was good, but the fries were too ordinary, which was a shame. The price was very reasonable.

Everything is perfectly balanced: the dishes are good, homemade and well served; the team is attentive, authentic and without fuss (a special thank you for your good vibes with the children!) and of course, the wines are excellent. In addition, thanks to the sommeliers' explanations, we appreciate their history as much as their flavor. A real pleasure when you like to know what you are tasting! So, even if there are too many fennel seeds for my taste (yeah, I think that if you're not team coriander, you're not team fennel either! 😆), I'm not far from saying that Dame Jeanne is one of my favorite places in Arras, to do as a couple, with friends or family! Go take a look, you won't be disappointed! In any case, we will be back soon! 😁

16/11/2025: Haven't rated the food as we didn't eat here. The restaurant was busy and when we walked in not one staff member attended to us, we had to literally stop a member of staff to ask for a table for 2. They just shrugged and pointed to a table of 6 nearby. We then had to get more attention to get menus. Then again to order to be told there was no steak left in a rude way. So we just left. There was a noisy atmosphere and a bit pub like at the bar area which didn't make it feel like a restaurant. It is a big place with 2 floors, but they need to have enough staff to cope with the size they can cater for and train their staff better. Whilst we were waiting I noticed others also struggling to get attention and quite a lot of food left on plates, which is bever a good sign.

12/03/2026: A 30-minute wait for click & collect, only to have our order forgotten. Made fresh to order, it was cold. And some items were missing. A hamburger without a patty… How original! Appalling. And as an apology for the wait, just a small ice cream for an order for three people. We shared it, as usual…

12/03/2026: Our order took over 30 minutes to arrive via click and collect, but it was "forgotten" and served piecemeal, so everything was cold. The sandwich arrived without a hamburger patty! A disgrace for a fast food restaurant. The staff really need to improve their politeness, respect, and work ethic. Avoid this place; you'd be better off going somewhere else.

17/02/2026: A very warm welcome for my daughter and me. We were in a hurry and it was late for lunch. We ate very well, the setting is bright, white with a few vibrant pops of color. A very pleasant experience, we will be back.

Vincent in the dining room and Stéphane in the kitchen go above and beyond to offer quality products at very reasonable prices, along with attentive and meticulous service.
