20/09/2024: Pizza arrives cold the visual doesn't make you want it at all the sausage doesn't even cut the minced meat it looks like crap really the dough is 7.90 on the flyer they made me pay 14th even though it's not even worth 7th it's is abused

31/08/2024: The hotel was most probably a remarkable venue a couple of years ago. However, the owners have failed to invest to maintain their reputation. It is old and needs to be refreshed - both the common areas and the room. In particular, with respect to the room, the carpet appears very old and not that clean, the walls need to be cleaned and painted, the linens needs to be replaced (stains, sign of wear, uncomfortable), the mattress is very hard and of cheap quality. Let alone the fact that the room looks old, it is also not cleaned properly... For the price we paid, this is very far from what we expected and really does not compare well with other accommodation where we stayed at in the area. This affected our vacation and I am sorry we stayed at this hotel.

17/08/2024: The fries are normal, nothing exceptional, it's the first time we haven't finished the big escape🤷🏻‍♂️ the staff is friendly, the Friterie is clean.

12/08/2024: Attracted by the good reviews we booked for 2 people on a Sunday evening. Pleasant terrace in the sun. The aperitif arrives: a glass of champagne and a cocktail served without the slightest amuse-bouche. Then gratinated oysters to taste: good but too strong a smell of cheese for our taste The crab seafood platter arrives. Nothing to say about the quality. The platter would benefit from being presented with some special breads, here pieces of baguette. No butter...no big deal but it's after taking 2 pieces of bread that you realize that 2 sticks of butter are underneath. Finally Irish coffee to finish. Correct but poorly mixed...the waitress apologizes Let's talk about the service: I understand that they had a lot of people at lunchtime but a weariness tinged with jmanfouism on the part of the owners and by extension the waitress (except with regulars of the place) We had to get up to get napkins, handed out with disdain In short, we may not have come at the right time but overall we were disappointed by this evening.

15/06/2024: Informed by Google, not far from where we found a cozy little place to take our minds off things, we were amazed! It's really delicious, from the specialty Welsh, to the dessert, the crème brûlée... a killer... We can only advise you to stop there 🥰. There is a large parking lot in front and even if the village is very small or at least looks like it, the restaurant, the welcome, the smiles of the ladies and the meal, the fries 😁 as a good Belgian 🤣 everything was perfect 👍 Above all, don't deprive yourself. thanks to the whole team Best wishes Beatrice and Vincent

19/03/2024: Parking opposite. Friendly and efficient welcome and service. Small card guaranteeing home cooking. Very good value for money. Draft beers. Welsh, potjevleech, tartare, piece of beef, floating island, crème brulée, gourmet coffee,... Everything is well cooked and very good! For sure, we will come back.

05/09/2024: The two of us came to celebrate my birthday. What a disappointment! A plate of antipasti at 9 euros for a slice of chorizo, a slice of rosette, a slice of mortadella and 4 thin slices of cheese, the whole thing is industrial, I think. Presented like a school canteen A coke for 4€50?!?! Is the margin good??? As a main course, a decent pizza and a not good risotto which is not a good one (a dish of rice in sauce, not creamy or smooth) In short, I regret my choice of Italian restaurant, there are so much better elsewhere!!! never again

21/09/2024: The good reviews led us to this restaurant and we were very disappointed. A tagine with “vegetables” for one, another with candied lemons, tasteless. The vegetables were reduced to a few slices of carrot and onion puree. We did, however, obtain, it must be admitted, a bowl of couscous vegetables. This is also the first time that semolina was served to us with the tagines. A discovery... In short, an honest family affair, nothing more, and expensive for the service.

13/09/2024: I loved this restaurant, now it will no longer be on my list of choices. We went there on September 12, 2024 at lunchtime with friends for my birthday and being pregnant, I of course had a non-alcoholic cocktail. Trusting the waitress, I start to drink and realize there is rum in it!!!!!!! The waitress apologizes but the worst part of it all is that the man who was there (another waiter) dared to say "you have to start young" SHAMEFUL!!!! No commercial gesture, I felt bad until the end of the meal because I clearly did not feel respected. Response from the owner: “Good evening, 1 star for a cocktail mistake? 🧐 There were 3 mojitos on your table, including 1 without alcohol... indeed there is a mistake but banning us from there is still an exaggeration... I would also like to point out that you stayed at least two hours in our establishment, you were ultimately not that bad with us 😉 I am still sorry for this inconvenience and wish you a happy end to your pregnancy 😉" Thank you for your response, I expected nothing less from you. Keep looking down on people, it shows what I went through. I couldn't choose to leave because I was accompanied. Plus there weren't many people, such a mistake shouldn't have happened! The least we could do was apologize PERIOD!

10/09/2024: I traveled from Paris to specially taste the dishes. It was just delicious. The service was top notch. Small downside for the atmosphere which was noisy. Thank you for this dinner, we will come back.

06/08/2024: The best fries in the year we have been in Pas de Calais. Go for it with your eyes closed! Super friendly manager, it's a pleasure. (Thanks for the suggestion of the sauces which are to die for, the yellow one is crazy if you like curry).

01/08/2024: We feasted. Fresh produce, fries cooked in beef fat, and vegetarian burger (omelette, chives, provencal sauces and lots of cheese :D) very, very good Excellent value for money (12€ for 2) The manager is very pleasant We will return with pleasure!
