18/12/2024: Establishment very well located in an activity zone 3 minutes from the motorway exit. Very clean room, very nice bedding. Very warm welcome. Advantages very good buffet for breakfast and evening catering on site To do again when we return to the region

14/12/2024: Place in a commercial activity area less than 10 minutes from the city center and its Christmas market, Clean, quiet hotel, access to rooms via exterior passageways. Pleasant and friendly welcome, Good value for money. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant.

16/01/2025: Superb welcome, kindness, smile and joviality, we had not reserved but we were found a table after a mess of reservations. Warm setting and great decor (I loved the school map of France for growing fruit and vegetables and the nod to drops..). 2 menus of the day: Burgundian beef cheek, that’s a good thing we come from this region 😂 Excellent and hearty dish, super tender meat accompanied by a pot of seasonal vegetables, the Brussels sprouts are killer. Following a slight misunderstanding, we are proud to have saved a pinpin from the rissoto of the starter which seemed succulent, no regrets the dish being copious, the vanilla ice cream accompanied by pears was a source of good digestion. Washing it down with a good beer, we spread out with our stomachs full and more than satisfied. THANKS

13/09/2024: Excellent hotel at a very good price. The in house restaurant was very good, and breakfast was amazing. Also an excellent bar (serving Afligem on draught no less!), and very helpful staff too. This is a hidden gem but as noted by other reviews, a shame that it's a pit stop for British pensioners going south, as Arras is also a fantastic city. We will definitely be back to stay again, but for a whole weekend in Arras. N.B. this hotel feels more like a Hilton rather than a cheap Mercure, so very comfortable.

31/10/2023: Nous avons séjourné 2 fois dans cet hôtel, 1 nuit à chaque fois. Le lieu est un peu reculé mais de l'extérieur, le château est très beau. La première fois l'accueil a plutôt été froid. Nous avons appris sur place, que le restaurant n' était pas ouvert le lundi. Les chambres offrent un confort acceptable, même si les salles de bain sont sommaires. La seconde fois l'accueil a été plus chaleureux, surtout le personnel du restaurant. Le restaurant, d'ailleurs, qui offre une cuisine plus que correcte. L'ensemble est mitigé, parfait pour un transit d'une nuit, mais difficile de voir un séjour plus long. Dommage, l'hôtel pourrait être magnifique.

30/11/2024: Première expérience et c'est une réussite ! Cadre et ambiance chaleureuse, personnel sélect et non guindé, soucieux de satisfaire le client. Les plats sont extrèmement goûteux et la présentation des plus originales ( ex : turbot présenté avec la tête du poisson séchée, les St Jacques avec une coquille contenant un bouillon iodé... Nous avons été très satisfaits et recommandons fortement.

11/08/2024: 2 days ago I went there with my partner, we were delighted. The staff is very polite, smiling, the food is very good, the kebabs are very very good, the meat is very tender, it has enough sauce, the fries are crispy, we were pleasantly surprised, we enjoyed it, it It was great, very clean, also, we will come back with great pleasure!
