30/07/2026: Tried to visit for lunch. Aparently the kitchen closes at 15:30 (we arrived at 15) and we were told to hurry if we wanted anything to eat. This is written no-where on the webside and sine we where traveling with 3 kids we went elsewhere.

13/07/2026: We had lunch on the terrace last week with our dog, having made a reservation for noon as requested by the establishment. The setting is undeniably the highlight: the terrace is shaded, very pleasant, and located in a superb spot, the Bay of Authie. However, the experience was marred by a surprising lack of attention to pet handling. Although the terrace is accessible from inside the restaurant, which wasn't a problem for us, the way our dog's needs were managed was very frustrating. Despite the intense heat, we were refused a bowl of water and told to get it ourselves from a bowl located at the entrance. This forced us to walk through the entire establishment with the dog, potentially disturbing the customers seated inside. It's regrettable that three out of seven tables on the terrace were occupied by customers with dogs, without any simple solution (such as providing a dog bowl outside) being offered. If dogs are allowed, the service should adapt accordingly. As for the food, the dishes were good and well-presented. However, given the reception and the lack of consideration for the well-being of our four-legged companions, we left disappointed with our experience.

13/08/2026: As a long-time customer, on Saturday, August 8th, I contacted La Boîte à Pizza, much to my regret, to find that they had taken the liberty of not answering the phone in order to fulfill their orders. Very disappointed, I went elsewhere. They have lost a long-time customer. For me, that's it for La Boîte à Pizza; I will go elsewhere.

28/06/2026: I was very disappointed yesterday with my pizza purchase; they were very sparsely topped compared to usual. Be careful if there's new staff; they need to be trained with the usual recipes!

19/06/2026: This pizzeria in Béthune is clearly underrated and deserves to be known throughout the region! The ingredients are fresh, the dough is homemade, the portions are generous, and the flavor is exceptional. Industrial products have no place at Patzza; here, quality ingredients are prioritized, and it's always a pleasure to eat there. My family has been a customer since 2001, and the quality has always been consistently excellent. Long live your business—it truly deserves it!

25/07/2026: We requested a table for two at 8:15 pm on a Saturday night. The waiter replied, "That's going to be difficult, I don't have much left to serve you." 😀... This establishment is doomed to close down...

18/07/2026: A friendly restaurant for a meal with friends or colleagues. The fish dish... was very good. I recommend it.

05/08/2026: My wife went through the drive-thru today. We sat down to eat, The sandwich from the menu was missing. We tried calling repeatedly, but there was no answer. SHAMEFUL! SHAMEFUL! Working in Calais, I will come to your restaurant tomorrow to get the sandwich I paid for but didn't receive. I also hope for some kind of compensation, the least you could do. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. Florent Bogaert

05/08/2026: Today, we waited an hour for our order (thankfully several people decided to cancel theirs). We ordered at 8:50 PM and were served at our table at 9:50 PM... However, Uber Eats and drive-thru orders were given priority and received no wait. People who arrived much later received their orders before us—a major organizational problem. Furthermore, the free gift included with the children's meal didn't even match the Paw Patrol ad; we were told we hadn't received it. Our table wasn't cleaned. The manager was nowhere to be seen, and there was no attempt at compensation. Avoid at all costs!
