29/04/2026: This is the second time we've eaten there (a group of 7 to 9). The quick wait slightly improves the rating, but the quality of the food isn't great, and above all, the welcome and service are quite deplorable. A waitress who sighs, doesn't want to talk, and prefers to point at things on the menu rather than answer us; her nonchalance makes us feel like we're intruding in the restaurant. It's a shame because we certainly won't be back. I think that if you don't enjoy customer interaction, the best thing to do is change jobs!

18/04/2026: Excellent experience, excellent food. Special mention to the brunette waitress with a braid and glasses: very smiley, pleasant, and impeccably polite. She truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Service like that makes all the difference! You feel welcome and it makes you want to come back without hesitation. 😊

04/11/2025: Facing the sea at Pointe Rouge, accessible by bus from the Old Port, this is a very pleasant place. The daily menu is under 20 euros and is simple but hearty (good flank steak and fries). A warm welcome and good service.

22/01/2026: A loyal customer of this restaurant for two years, I hadn't been back for several months. What a huge disappointment!! I always ordered the same two dishes, which I know by heart: Szechuan eggplant and crispy chicken with house sauce, served with stir-fried noodles or fried rice. The eggplant dish was removed from the menu following a change of chef, who apparently tweaked it a bit. As for the crispy chicken, it was a disaster! The crispy chicken recipe has either changed or is poorly executed; its excellent house sauce has turned into a sickeningly oily mess. The stir-fried noodles, besides being bland, were loaded with oil and sugar. It's the first time I've ever left any on my plate. In short, let's just say that my favorite restaurant is going to have to find a new one. It's a real shame about the change of ownership or chef.

06/11/2025: The open wood-fired oven provided both ambiance and welcome warmth on a stormy autumn evening. The head of the family enjoyed a lively chat, and the daughter was attentive to the welcome and service. The atmosphere was good. The pizzas were less than stellar. They were well-baked but lacked spice, and the Emmental made them heavier than necessary.

The pizza was absolutely delicious: perfectly cooked crust, generous toppings, and a perfect balance of flavors. You can really taste the care that goes into the preparation and presentation. What impressed me most was the freshness of the ingredients. The cheese was rich and melted, the toppings were high quality, and the texture was impeccable. The delivery was fast, and the pizza arrived hot and in perfect condition. Excellent taste, impeccable service, and consistent quality: this is without a doubt one of my best Domino's experiences. I highly recommend it to anyone who's craving a tasty and generous pizza!

The atmosphere is warm and friendly; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The team is welcoming, energetic, and attentive, and I especially want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the waitress, who is always smiling and attentive, truly making the experience even more enjoyable. 04/03/2026: As a regular customer, I've seen the quality decline year after year, and now I'm done with them. I won't be ordering pizza there again. My last delivery order: you order a large pizza and you get a medium one; you ask for a "duo" and you get a single pizza where they've mixed all the ingredients together. The pizza arrives cold, and the tiramisu, which is anything but homemade, arrives lukewarm 🤡.

07/02/2026: I ordered four pizzas for delivery two nights in a row. The delivery was perfect, and the driver was very friendly. The pizzas arrived piping hot. They were really delicious and generously topped. Plus, they have a loyalty program with a free pizza for every ten orders. You have a new customer!

22/04/2026: I've been to this pizzeria several times with friends, and everything had always gone well, but our last experience was truly unacceptable. We ordered a takeaway pizza with honey and goat cheese. There was probably a mix-up: my friend said "miel" (honey) and I said "honey." When we got home and opened the box, we discovered a completely different pizza, with meat and hot sauce (which is particularly problematic since my friend is vegetarian). We calmly returned to the restaurant to explain the situation, even apologizing for the possible confusion. Despite this, the pizza maker's reaction was completely disproportionate: he became angry, raised his voice, and insisted that the mistake was entirely ours. He made no attempt to find a solution. The most disappointing aspect was the manager's attitude, who witnessed the scene without intervening, allowing his employee to continue speaking to us aggressively. When we asked if we should pay for the new pizza, the pizza maker started yelling again, blaming us for the mistake, even though it was obvious we would never have ordered a meat pizza, especially since one of us is vegetarian. The experience was so unpleasant that we decided never to return. Mistakes happen, but how customers are treated makes all the difference—and here, it was very poor.

22/04/2026: We were regular customers of this establishment for a while, but after what happened, we won't be going back. One day, we ordered a "honey" pizza, but the pizza maker thought we had "Haníbal" (meat). Being vegetarian, when we received the pizza and realized the mistake, we tried to return it calmly and respectfully. Instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or at least handling the situation professionally, the pizza maker reacted very rudely. He spoke to us disrespectfully, refused any solution, and blamed us, showing no interest whatsoever in resolving the problem or treating regular customers properly. I can understand that mistakes happen, especially with language, but what is unacceptable is the lack of respect and the attitude towards customers. Making mistakes is human; mistreating customers is not. I do not recommend this place.

The decor immerses you in a tropical atmosphere and a cozy ambiance. We greatly enjoyed the dishes served, from the classics to the pizzas, whose delicious crust we savored. Our dog, Vikie, is often pampered when she joins us, as evidenced by this pizza she happily devoured. We recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful dining experience.

We received a very warm welcome, the organization was seamless, and above all, the service from the staff was fantastic. A huge thank you to Marie, who treated us like royalty, with great kindness, patience, and professionalism, despite a large group and a tight schedule.
