17/05/2026: Three cyclists passing through Chevrey-Chambertin one evening stumbled upon this pizzeria. The manager is fantastic, the pizzas are great, and the price is excellent. I highly recommend it.

We arrived at 7 pm and were served at 8:20 pm (for only two pizzas), and even then, only because we complained! And the comment, "Here are your 'requested' pizzas," was rather inappropriate! One thing is for sure: we will not be returning.

23/04/2026: A very bad experience at this pizzeria. There was an error in my order: one of the pizzas was the wrong one. I called to calmly report the problem, taking the time to repeat myself several times because communication was difficult. The person on the phone had trouble understanding and expressing themselves, which made the conversation difficult. Despite this, the tone was unpleasant and aggressive, even telling me not to shout when I was speaking normally. He offered to remake the pizza, but in an arrogant tone, as if the problem was my fault. I felt like I had to justify myself, almost like I was begging for a mistake that wasn't mine. I didn't even want to take the pizza back given the way I was spoken to. No apology, no sense of customer service. Very disappointing, I do not recommend it.

30/04/2026: I ordered a pizza from the vending machine… and honestly, I probably shouldn't have. It really tasted like a frozen supermarket pizza. Frankly disappointing. Sure, it's convenient to wait a few minutes for it, but it's definitely not worth it. On the other hand, I've never tried the pizzas made in-store, and judging from the photos, they look much better than the ones from the vending machine.

The couple who run the restaurant are wonderful, incredibly welcoming, you immediately feel right at home. And the food… everything is excellent, but the homemade fries are amazing. Once you taste them, you just want to go back again and again. I highly recommend it!

You can tell they have real expertise and are a dedicated team who work with passion and are attentive to their customers. Even for takeout, the quality remains consistently high: the pizzas are flavorful, well-balanced, and always delicious. The service is welcoming and consistent, which is much appreciated over time. This is a place we wholeheartedly recommend for a great meal and to enjoy some excellent pizzas.

20/05/2026: We often order from them. Tonight my husband ordered online, and as always, the drink that was supposed to be free on the app wasn't included in the order. We decided to call on the delivery drivers' advice, and the person who answered was dismissive and told us we wouldn't get the drink. So why offer it if it's not valid? Anyway, it's just one bottle, so it's not a big deal, but the person who answered the phone had a very rude tone. It's not normal to speak to a customer like that. In any case, we won't be ordering from them again. They need to rethink how they interact with customers!
