03/11/2024: As regular customers of your establishment, we were particularly disappointed with our last visit. Usually satisfied, this time several aspects of our experience fell short of our expectations. First, we noticed that the meat served was frozen, the fries were excessively greasy, and the dishes arrived cold. Additionally, it took us over 25 minutes to wait before the table was cleared, although other customers who arrived after us were served more quickly. Given these inconveniences, we decided to leave without my son even being able to finish his meal, because his ice cream was never served. This visit, which should have been a pleasant moment, was marked by a series of regrettable inconveniences. I wanted to share this experience with you, hoping that you can make improvements so that your customers can regain the level of service.

22/02/2026: A very good burger restaurant with some mountain-style burgers. They offer several set menus and a children's menu (nuggets and fries), as well as a variety of drinks. The burgers are very good and a decent size. You can eat in, but not inside; there are a few tables outside with a parasol for shelter from bad weather.

The delivery time was a little long, but I had plenty of time, and it was such a pleasure to have it delivered: thank you so much! Super convenient! Friendly exchange on the phone too 💫

20/02/2026: I ordered a Savoyard pizza, but I found a large blond hair stuck in the dough. It disgusted me; I couldn't finish my pizza. So please use a hairnet for hygiene reasons. Thank you.

22/12/2025: Yesterday, I was very disappointed. I wanted to order a mermaid pizza, but the woman told me they were out of salmon, so I decided to order a Reine instead. When I got there, she told me they were out of ham. This is the first time I've been so disappointed.

16/11/2025: The opening hours on the website are not up to date; when ordering delivery to Avignon, the pizzeria is closed. However, the website indicates that the pizzeria is open.

11/11/2025: A pizzeria I'm going to miss a lot; it was a staple during many evenings spent studying, then during training, and later during the first years of my professional career. That evening I thought, "Hey, I think I'll order a pizza from them, it's been a while!" and I discovered that the place is apparently closed. I hope everything is alright for the staff, and thank you again for all those evenings when I couldn't be bothered to cook! :)

14/03/2026: A superb experience! The waiter (perhaps the owner) had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, and everyone found something they enjoyed. We were there for a birthday celebration, and we were treated to a birthday candle and music 👍 Highly recommended!

10/03/2026: Bad experience at Santa Maria or La Pagaille, we don't know their real name… Very few options for vegetarians to begin with. For starters, they were out of burrata, so we ordered a Caesar salad without bacon (and therefore without mushrooms or other accompaniments). There were no croutons, tomatoes, eggs, or onions in it (even though it was listed on the menu). When we pointed this out (only about the egg), we waited ten minutes for a tiny egg cut in half – if that isn't a rip-off… The salad consisted solely of a huge amount of crème fraîche, a few mushrooms and potatoes, and lettuce, all for €16… The waiter who took our payment didn't even ask if we were satisfied with our meal, so of course we mentioned it, and they gave us the salad for free anyway. How I miss the old Santa Maria, light years away from this restaurant. I won't be back.

13/09/2025: Both suffered from indigestion shortly after the meal. The other people in our group, who did not eat meat, had no problems. I therefore advise against this restaurant and urge the managers to pay particular attention to the safety of their food and the preservation of their products.

27/08/2025: Nickel reservation, super well served, very friendly staff, very kind, total change of scenery without being on vacation, generous plates, super good dessert, very good products and very clean restaurant, very reasonable prices, I recommend it as every year, never disappointed

19/02/2026: I had the honor of dining at this restaurant for Valentine's Day. Frankly, the service was impeccable, and it had been years since I had eaten food of such high quality.

14/02/2026: The service was far too slow! I understand it was Valentine's Day, but in these situations, you need to be more organized to avoid making customers wait an hour for simple drinks. Plus, it was cold in the dining room, which didn't make the wait any more pleasant. It's a shame, because the food is good and the servers are friendly.

21/08/2025: I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The prices are really high and the value for money is not there. The wait to be served was particularly long, which made the experience even more frustrating. The meat had a rather strange color, which did not inspire confidence, and the general atmosphere was not pleasant. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant.
