28/09/2025: It's not the best restaurant at all, it's true, but it's in a nice neighborhood, facing the pond, and the clientele is really friendly. It's a rather family-oriented and pleasant place. Regarding the food, the pizzas are average, the salads are pretty but swimming in sauce, the mussels are a little overcooked... There's room for improvement, but we still go there quite often for the place, and the owner is very friendly.

21/09/2025: The restaurant is well-located, facing the Port du Ponant. Mussels and fries for €13 on a Sunday are a good option for a quick lunch break.

17/11/2025: We've been coming to this pizzeria for several years now, and we've always appreciated the quality of the pizzas. However, we've noticed a decline over the past few months. It used to be packed, but now, even on weekends, the place is empty. The menu has shrunk considerably, whereas it used to offer a wide selection that satisfied everyone. There aren't even any waiters anymore. We don't know what's going on, but it makes us feel really uneasy as customers. It's truly sad, because we still love the pizzas. That's our feeling, it's a shame.

19/10/2025: Please update the opening hours. We arrived at the restaurant on Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. (it said it was open online), and it was closed. It was a real pain to find a restaurant open near Le Vivier sur Mer on a Sunday evening.

11/01/2026: Indeed, I hesitated to post after buying a galette des rois (king cake). When I asked, "Is it homemade?" No answer... just a timid, embarrassed "yes" from someone who had just entered the room and seemed to be at home (the owner?). The result: a bland, tasteless galette... 🤷‍♂️ What a shame, especially during this time of year for traditions, like everything else, it was reheated. So, we confirm the previous posts with a well-earned star... but it's not a Michelin star!!! 😀 I imagine the tourists will do the rest for the revenue...

29/01/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for eight years, I always order, I always go there, I always get their famous Genova or their pasta carbonara, and unfortunately, the prices have become exorbitant. It's not like they're charging €15 to €25, which is a real shame. Yet the staff is great, everyone is friendly. The restaurant's atmosphere is just okay, the prices are high, but the ingredients are good quality, and I should point out that I ordered a Genova through Uber Eats that arrived without the meat. I'm very disappointed with this Uber Eats experience, but otherwise, everything is perfect in person, from the food to the staff. I've been going there for years and it remains a favorite.

To offer a butcher's cut for €33 and then serve offal without any explanation is simply false advertising. This practice is outrageous; it's nothing short of theft! 21/02/2026: Great setting and warm welcome. The terrace is slightly sheltered, perfect for escaping the snow. Nice spot for mulled wine. The food was okay. The tartiflette was disappointing, full of water/oil and with potatoes cut into large chunks, not up to the standard of other restaurants. Great welcome.

08/02/2026: A very nice Italian restaurant; the pizzas are made with Roman-style dough. Impeccable service. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, as usual.

20/02/2026: Not bad, the plating was quite quick. The lasagna didn't have béchamel sauce but mozzarella on top. The owner was nice (at least at that moment, judging by the other reviews... 😉). There are restrooms downstairs.
