27/06/2026: I've been a customer for over 10 years. The pizzas are getting more and more expensive and smaller and smaller. But this time, the small ones became tiny, and 8 out of 10 pizzas weren't even what I ordered. I paid for the extras, but they weren't there. Next time, I'll go somewhere else.

23/07/2026: The person who served us was friendly. Afterwards, I'm sorry, but the pizzas weren't good. They had no flavor, were bland, and the crust was too thin and burnt.

12/07/2026: Over an hour and a half wait for pizzas with a crust thinner than buckwheat crepes. Burnt edges and a topping that left much to be desired. In short, very disappointed and no compensation from the manager. I do not recommend it.

06/07/2026: This is my second time posting this review after my previous one was removed following a report. I’m reposting it because I believe customers deserve to know about the experience I personally witnessed at this location. A few years ago, on December 30, 2021, my family and I visited this Pizza Hut late at night. We were seated by a window with a clear view of the kitchen. While we were waiting for our food, I saw one employee open a can of olives. As soon as she smelled them, she made a disgusted face and even gagged. Another employee was washing dishes nearby. The first employee handed the olives to her, and while she was still at the sink, she smelled them several times and also looked disgusted. She then rinsed the olives in the same sink she had been using before they were sliced and placed on a pizza that was served to another table. I cannot say with certainty that the olives were spoiled because I never inspected them myself. However, the employees’ reactions made it seem as though something was seriously wrong with them. Watching them continue to prepare and serve the olives after reacting that way completely undermined my confidence in the food safety at this location. To be fair, the pizza we ordered was good. We were understandably nervous after what we had witnessed, but our pepperoni pizza tasted fine, and we didn’t have any issues with our own meal. I’m also very glad we didn’t order olives. I also want to mention that the customer service at the front counter was excellent. The employee who greeted us was kind, welcoming, and treated us very well, so I have no complaints about the service itself. However, based on what I personally witnessed, I genuinely believe this location should be inspected to ensure that proper food safety and hygiene standards are being followed. I’m not trying to accuse anyone of anything beyond what I personally saw, but the experience left me deeply concerned and I believe other customers deserve to be aware of it. The fact that my previous review was removed has only strengthened my determination to share what I personally witnessed. I believe customers have the right to know about experiences like mine and decide for themselves.

29/05/2026: We ordered thin-crust pizzas, and honestly, this time they were way too thin 😭 They were so thin they were like sheets of paper, and therefore very dry to eat. The goat cheese and honey pizza was still good in terms of flavor, but overall, it wasn't very successful.

08/06/2026: I've lived in the village for five years and I'd never tried the pizzas, what a mistake! The oriental pizza I just had was absolutely delicious, perfect! You can tell the dough is homemade; I never usually eat the crust, but this time I ate it all! 🤭

19/02/2026: As a Turk, I know the taste of real Turkish tea well. Unfortunately, this one wasn't strong enough and clearly lacked intensity. It tasted salty, which completely ruined the character one expects from a good Turkish tea. Bad experience ❌ €1.50 for a tea 😂

19/08/2026: The staff is friendly and very responsive. The pizzas are very good. However, in our opinion, they aren't loaded with enough toppings.

11/07/2026: We bought fries for lunch today; they were very burnt, probably due to being cooked multiple times. They were also very small. Very disappointing.

08/08/2026: Nice terrace, lovely location, but the price is a bit high for a place that isn't very busy. Only one toilet, and it's out of order. The atmosphere is dreary. The service isn't very well organized.

His saleswoman sold me a PCS top-up with a card that I can't top up because it's the wrong one. The voucher is valid until October 2026, but despite his mistake, he refuses to reimburse me or even find a solution... This guy is truly unscrupulous and unbearable, just like his beer, lol... Well, I'll never go back there. I can just imagine the chaos in the kitchen... No wonder his employee makes mistakes. I'm going to report him. 30 euros lost plus 14 euros for the card, and the guy doesn't care 😂😂😂 It's clear I'm going to report him. He didn't even try to call the supplier to explain the problem...

14/07/2026: Sometimes they have wait times of over 5 minutes, and on top of that, delivery takes 40 minutes even though the orders aren't very large.

06/07/2026: The owner spoke to us with bitterness and even said nasty things in Tunisian Arabic. Next time, make sure we're not from the same background before you gossip about people. We understood everything. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The service was appalling.

01/01/2026: I've never eaten such a great burger! The homemade bun was amazing. I'll be ordering often. Thanks to Classico, the prices are very reasonable.
