09/10/2025: Exceptional setting a few meters from the port and the beach. It's the only acceptable restaurant in the area and we were very disappointed. No water or bread at the table. The dishes offered on the menu do not exist. I told you "no paella, prawns, monkfish, fish..." said the waiter. The ham croquettes are mostly potato croquettes. The mussels with chorizo ​​are swimming in a pink creamy sauce and most are already detached from their shells. They do not contain chorizo. The waiters are tattooed thugs in shorts. We miss the service of yesteryear in restaurants and when will there be an acceptable restaurant in this corner of Hendaye?

29/06/2026: I ordered pizzas on the evening of June 29th. The first time I ordered, the pizzas weren't great due to the heat. They offered me some drinks when I got home. They really weren't amazing, but then I received a call directly from them apologizing and saying they would deliver my order again with delicious pizzas. The delivery driver was fantastic; he was truly wonderful, even though the delivery wasn't easy given where I live. I think he'll remember it. As someone who works in customer service as an insurance agent, I really appreciated the gesture, and it's worth mentioning because it's so rare. Hats off to you! Thank you again.

27/06/2026: A disappointing last order in April (late delivery, very late..., order not respected, lack of professionalism, paid twice...). We placed another order tonight... and what a surprise to find a dead fly and a piece of glass on my pizza... Domino's has definitely lost its way in terms of quality and customer service. Avoid at all costs!

30/06/2026: Absolutely shameful! We placed an order on Sunday evening (11 pizzas) for Monday evening. The person at the kiosk confirmed our order for Monday at 7:45 pm. Our guests came to our house, and when we went to pick up the pizzas, the kiosk was closed! It would have been nice to be professional and simply let us know.

12/03/2026: Disappointed... out of 3 pizzas, all 3 were disappointing. We ordered a Reine pizza with extra pepperoni, but we didn't get the pepperoni. We also ordered a Cannibal pizza without merguez sausage and with extra pepperoni, but they replaced the ground beef with pepperoni. The same thing happened with the other pizza. And sorry, but you're a bit stingy with the toppings compared to other Domino's locations...

07/09/2025: I used to come here during my childhood for the welcome and the friendliness. I went back on Saturday, September 6. I was very disappointed to run away. The owner yelled at her son for over 30 minutes. The gentleman was there with him, it should have been a relaxing moment, but I was more eager to leave. What a shame...

01/09/2025: Table reserved for 7 elderly people (aged 75 to 90). The welcome was not at all warm. We were confined between a partition and another table, even though there was no one else in the restaurant. It was impossible to move around. The wait for our food was very long, the rosé wine was not fresh and served in water glasses, and the mussels were reheated and dry. We complained to the owner, who felt attacked. This place should be avoided, which is exactly what we should have done!!! Deserves no stars.

29/08/2025: Second order in a row paid remotely for delivery within the town… Upon arrival, the drinks are missing again! Of course, the staff can't do anything 🙃… no credit, no refund!

19/03/2026: Writing I would like to share my very unpleasant experience from today, March 19, 2026, around 8:20 PM. The salesperson was particularly aggressive and disrespectful towards the delivery drivers present, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting. This type of behavior gives a very bad image of the establishment and creates a tense atmosphere for everyone. Delivery drivers, like customers, deserve to be treated with respect. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.
