15/05/2026: The dessert was expired with traces of mold, and the pizza, which was supposed to have artichoke (as listed on the menu), ended up with no artichoke. Not great... The manager is very friendly, but that's where the positives end.

16/05/2026: The staff were very welcoming, warm, and friendly, and even pointed out the mistake so I wouldn't have to pay extra next time. However, I'm still very disappointed that they no longer offer curry sauce on the custom pizzas 🥲 Despite this minor detail, the pizzas were very good!

05/07/2026: It's unbelievable. You place an order, you ask for a chicken and steak sandwich, they only give you steak, and you pay. The price of two meats for one meat, and then they tell you next time, dessert is free. It's a joke. I'm never going back there. It's not the first time they've done this.

22/06/2026: Order placed on June 22, 2026 at 1:15 PM during the restaurant's opening hours, but still not delivered (it's 2:30 PM as I write this review). They guarantee delivery within 60 minutes maximum, but as soon as a certain time passes, they decide to ignore online orders, and on top of that, no one bothers to call to let us know. I find it simply unacceptable to see this in 2026 when contacting them is so easy. I'm sure the delivery will arrive this evening, and I hope they'll offer some kind of compensation because we already pay for delivery on a €36 order, so if there's nothing else to it, I really don't understand their mentality.

23/07/2026: I ordered 10 pizzas. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the lack of friendliness from the pizza shop manager. But what really prompted me to leave a review is their complete inability to show any consideration for their customers with a gesture of goodwill after a purchase of nearly €200 worth of pizzas. Not even a bottle of rosé or soda for the children. I had to ask if they offered loyalty cards. I was told they did, but they didn't give them out automatically; I had to request one. Given that my purchase of 10 pizzas meant the loyalty card was maxed out in one go, and my family works in retail, I find it very sad that they have so little ability to offer any kind of gesture of goodwill. All of this will definitely discourage me from returning.

21/08/2026: One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. The food was terrible; we ordered a set menu and only the crepe was edible. It was incredibly noisy with pigeons flying right above us. Avoid at all costs.

21/08/2026: Oh dear… 😅 I had read the reviews before going, but I thought, why not give it a try? After all, mussels can't possibly be bad… Well, they were. 😂 I ordered the mussels with Roquefort cheese, but unfortunately, the sauce seemed pre-made. And several of the mussels were whitish, which is frankly not very appetizing… Besides, they weren't bouchot mussels, but probably Spanish ones. The service was also a bit shaky, with a lack of confidence that gave the impression of a service still finding its feet. That said, this can probably be explained by the team's youth. In short, a rather disappointing experience. The only truly flawless thing: the canned Coke was cold. Run, you fools!

08/08/2026: What can I say... We arrived at 9:25 PM, and there was no greeting! "We're closed," a rather unusual welcome. We returned two days later, thinking everyone deserves a second chance. Still no greeting from the same woman with the unpleasant demeanor, and this time, they didn't accept credit cards, nor did they say goodbye! So, we ordered Uber Eats! It's a shame, really, as we were staying at the campsite right across the street!

14/05/2026: Pizza JENNA Beaune Home Delivery Disaster! Over an hour instead of 30 minutes, plus they were missing my drink! I had to call twice to get it, and then waited another hour. The Mont Blanc Burger was very good. The Amigo Panini was missing kebab meat. Second attempt the next day. Unprofessional! I placed a takeaway order. When I got home, I realized one fry was missing? After complaining, I received my delivery 20 minutes later: a box of cold, barely edible fries.

28/07/2026: Overcooked pizza with very little topping, €17 paid for, with a delivery driver who couldn't find us even though he had the exact address, and our pizzas were lukewarm – a disaster, it's really outrageous

04/07/2026: The pizza was completely burnt by their vending machine, if you can even call it that. €14 for frozen food that was completely burnt because it was overcooked by their machine.

20/06/2026: Very disappointed, won't be back. The goat cheese and honey was undercooked; there was more honey than goat cheese. It was like eating a pizza with crème fraîche and honey.
