14/07/2026: We come every holiday and honestly, the pizzas are fantastic and very affordable. They are incredibly helpful and friendly. There's hardly any wait.

11/07/2026: The "large" pizza is the same size as the average, yet much more expensive... Ridiculous. The pizzas have WAY too much cheese, and to top it off, the edges are burnt... the new menu is very disappointing...

28/06/2026: The meat was undercooked and the service was worse since the new owner took over; it's truly disgusting now. I used to go there often, but that's it, I'll go across the street to the other place. Thanks and goodbye forever.

07/06/2026: We've come many times and have always been very satisfied. This is the second time we've had the wrong orders. And this time the pizzas had an aftertaste, very disappointing. The woman who served us seemed completely clueless about what she'd ordered; very disappointed 😔. When men are there, there are no problems.

13/08/2026: We visited this establishment on August 12th and received a very warm welcome. The pizzas were generously topped, and we got lots of information about things to see and do in Bourges! Thank you so much!

11/08/2026: The welcome was friendly and the pizza was decent, however, they are complete crooks, avoid them at all costs. I ordered at the kiosk, which didn't print a credit card receipt or order confirmation. As a result, the cashier assured me the credit card payment was cancelled and charged me a second time at the register. So now I'm stuck with a pizza I paid for twice, and Domino's isn't doing anything to rectify the situation... don't change a thing, you'll lose all your customers.

28/06/2026: Avoid at all costs! The owner is awful and mean. I've never seen anything like it. No hello, no goodbye. She's rude, and the pizzas have no taste.

27/01/2026: Whatever you do, don't make the mistake of eating there. After having a starter (quiche without even a single lettuce leaf) and a main course (steak and pasta shells, and when you ask for salad they say yes, but then there isn't any left—unfortunate for a so-called restaurant), without wine, cheese, dessert, or coffee, I was told €15.50 at the till. Since I hadn't ordered the set menu, I asked twice if the price was the same as the full menu. They replied yes, and if you're not happy, there's no point in coming back. That's unlikely, given the owner's friendly manner.

09/08/2026: No one comes, the phone rings, he answers, frankly, run away!

14/06/2026: Doesn't honor its own offers, yells at customers when they call, and hurls insults in Arabic. (I don't know how to add photos, but I have photographic evidence.)

30/06/2026: I've been eating here for almost 20 years, but it's changed a lot. The quality is declining, the service too, and strangely enough, the credit card machine has been breaking down very often lately, so you're forced to go withdraw cash from the ATM right next door... If it continues like this, I'll have to find another pizzeria.

16/06/2026: He made a mistake with our pizzas twice. He said I hadn't paid for the drinks even though I had my tic, and while eating the pizzas I found a piece of cartilage in my chicken.

14/07/2026: I ordered a pizza and I'm still waiting for it… Luckily I asked for cash on delivery. The worst part is that, given the wait, I called and the person told me, "My driver is leaving…" Did he have to go all the way through Paris to deliver it?

10/08/2026: Unfriendly welcome. The waiter was annoyed when I called him to clean our table. I found plastic in a mirror. I reported it, but received no apology or gesture of goodwill. Avoid at all costs.

12/06/2026: It was excellent. The 400g ribeye steak was perfect. The chocolate mousse was perfect and indulgent. The service was top-notch, and the shaded areas with a gentle breeze were very pleasant. Thank you, I highly recommend it.

08/08/2026: The person I spoke to on the phone (who happens to be the one who created the website—so I assume the owner) was very unpleasant. She raised her voice because we asked for a Margherita (tomato, mozzarella... nothing more), before telling us they didn't have anything like that, but "only tomato pizzas with mozzarella"... Go figure. To put it simply, we're half Italian, so we're quite particular about pizza. Besides, the pizzeria located in Lunel Nord, in the small residential area not far from the Jacques Brel nursery school, is a real pizzeria! The old Hut Pizza in the town center was also better. In short, the quality leaves much to be desired, which in no way justifies the attitude of the person we spoke to on the phone. Personally, I'd avoid it.

23/07/2026: A bizarre phone call for an order! I wanted to order a pizza for 9:15 PM, and the person who answered had a condescending attitude because, apparently, they wouldn't be there after 9:15 PM (if that's the case, change your posted hours instead of making a mockery of your customers). To top it all off, I got a "9:15 PM at the latest, otherwise you won't eat," and colleagues laughing in the background. So, the order was canceled, and I won't be going back, even though we've always ordered from there as a family. There's no way I'm giving money to people who don't want to work.

04/08/2026: Excellent pizzas and a very warm welcome with a smile. We ate very well. I recommend it.

30/07/2026: From a distance, it looks like a shopping mall. And yet, it's a very welcoming place, with excellent food in a nice family atmosphere...

12/08/2026: Great! We got some quiche and pizza trays. Their crust is different (a little bit flaky), and it was really delicious! Plus, they're very inexpensive in tray size 😃

12/08/2026: I've been going there for over 15 years, every time I'm in La Grande Motte. Always high quality, a unique and delicious pasta, and unbeatable prices. Don't let the 1-star reviews put you off; it's an institution.

18/06/2026: I ordered a kebab through Uber Eats from Pizza des Lys in Osny and was extremely disappointed. The "kebab" I received was nothing like a real kebab. The meat was of very poor quality, with an unappetizing texture and appearance. Frankly, it was disastrous. I regularly order kebabs and I've never received such a disappointing product. I couldn't even finish it. I do not recommend this establishment for this type of order.

25/04/2026: I ordered from Uber Eats and frankly, it was a bad experience: a huge delay (cold Greek food), small portions (especially the meat), and overall not very good. Hoping I don't get sick in the next few days.
