I called the restaurant, and they kindly replied, "Sorry, I'll mention it to the chef..." LOL. Not to mention the tension between the person taking the order and the pizza maker—great atmosphere...

27/07/2026: Very poor value for money! Very expensive for what's offered! And very little consideration given to feedback (or even total ignoring); sometimes a simple "I'm sorry" or "I apologize" is enough to feel heard.

06/07/2026: This is my second time posting this review after my previous one was removed following a report. I’m reposting it because I believe customers deserve to know about the experience I personally witnessed at this location. A few years ago, on December 30, 2021, my family and I visited this Pizza Hut late at night. We were seated by a window with a clear view of the kitchen. While we were waiting for our food, I saw one employee open a can of olives. As soon as she smelled them, she made a disgusted face and even gagged. Another employee was washing dishes nearby. The first employee handed the olives to her, and while she was still at the sink, she smelled them several times and also looked disgusted. She then rinsed the olives in the same sink she had been using before they were sliced and placed on a pizza that was served to another table. I cannot say with certainty that the olives were spoiled because I never inspected them myself. However, the employees’ reactions made it seem as though something was seriously wrong with them. Watching them continue to prepare and serve the olives after reacting that way completely undermined my confidence in the food safety at this location. To be fair, the pizza we ordered was good. We were understandably nervous after what we had witnessed, but our pepperoni pizza tasted fine, and we didn’t have any issues with our own meal. I’m also very glad we didn’t order olives. I also want to mention that the customer service at the front counter was excellent. The employee who greeted us was kind, welcoming, and treated us very well, so I have no complaints about the service itself. However, based on what I personally witnessed, I genuinely believe this location should be inspected to ensure that proper food safety and hygiene standards are being followed. I’m not trying to accuse anyone of anything beyond what I personally saw, but the experience left me deeply concerned and I believe other customers deserve to be aware of it. The fact that my previous review was removed has only strengthened my determination to share what I personally witnessed. I believe customers have the right to know about experiences like mine and decide for themselves.

17/10/2026: Please inform your scooter delivery drivers that riding without a helmet and while holding a phone is prohibited.

10/10/2026: One of your delivery drivers was weaving erratically on the sidewalk with his scooter, phone in hand, nearly hitting pedestrians. Clearly more interested in his phone conversation than the lives of the people unfortunate enough to be in his way, he also ran red lights and used crosswalks. I don't give much for the pizza that was supposed to be in the trunk. I give him a month, tops, before he does something irreparable. And when I see the other reviews about delivery delays, I don't know how he manages to be late despite that. An exceptional case. I called the pizzeria to report it. The receptionist clearly doesn't speak French. Needless to say, without even having eaten here yet, I know what to expect.

28/07/2026: Outrageous! It's a shame zero stars don't exist. I ordered a pizza with a different base, specifying it. When I got home, the pizza had the wrong base because I'm allergic. I called back to exchange it, which meant another 20-minute trip each way—four round trips, a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes of driving—just to exchange a pizza they'd ordered wrong. When I arrived, they didn't even say hello; they were all on their phone. The least they could have done was offer some kind of compensation, a minimum, since it's their fault. I find it truly unacceptable. They took the pizza back and gave it to me with the correct base this time, not even a goodbye, nothing at all. Absolutely outrageous!

15/07/2026: Very poor service and very expensive for what we paid. Two medium pizzas cost €46. One Coca-Cola per person. The delivery driver was excellent, no complaints.

05/04/2026: Outrageous experience. The bartender who served me greeted me with an Asian accent, clearly mocking me. It's not only disrespectful, but frankly shameful. His attitude was arrogant from beginning to end, as if he looked down on the customers. It's a far cry from the professionalism expected in this type of establishment. If this is what "service" is, he'd be better off finding another line of work. Avoid at all costs.

05/04/2026: The bartender mocked my wife by imitating an Asian accent. This was disrespectful and racist behavior, accompanied by an unpleasant attitude.

09/10/2026: The anchovy pizza was really bad...it sat heavy in my stomach until evening with reflux and a really bad aftertaste 🤮...it's the first time I haven't liked a Neapolitan pizza... Go buy your anchovies somewhere else 🤮

16/05/2026: Okay. Could be better. Better anchovies would be welcome.

03/10/2025: This place is currently closed due to a fire burning down the building on the 26th September. I don't forsee this reopening soon

19/09/2025: Food mediocre, not quite warm. "Mistake" at the checkout: paid 20 euros too much. Didn't get a receipt. Got the money back after asking.

06/09/2026: Fantastic experience! The pizzas are excellent. The team is top-notch, very welcoming, and the service is incredibly fast. The dining area is spotless with a great, relaxed atmosphere. A sure bet!

25/06/2026: We bought three mini pizzas, but the dough was dry and there were very few toppings. The pizzas weren't good and they were very expensive (€44 for three pizzas). Furthermore, the young brunette woman didn't smile at all and wasn't customer-oriented. Avoid this pizzeria!

28/08/2026: I ordered a goat cheese and honey pizza. My pizza ended up with pork, and as a Muslim, I find this extremely disrespectful, especially considering the price and the two-hour wait. It's also disrespectful to a customer, especially since it was clearly stated that the order was unsuitable. In short, I believe that when you order any kind of pizza, the order should be respected. And the service was very poor.

26/08/2026: I've never eaten such a bad pizza. It looked so unappetizing, and the taste... 🤦‍♀️ Well, there wasn't any, since it's made with frozen ingredients. The result? It tasted like water. And the service... we were verbally attacked by a woman because we moved a table. "Girl, we just left you with almost 100 euros worth of pizza!" 🍕 In short, I advise you against eating there unless you want to eat absolute garbage.

21/10/2026: We came for an afternoon snack: one waffle, one crepe, and one hot chocolate... The service was incredibly slow, even though it wasn't very busy and there were staff. The hot chocolate was barely warm... We definitely won't be back.

19/10/2026: Hot dishes are served cold, staff are unpleasant...

25/09/2026: I ordered pizzas to take away. The phone reception was very warm, as was the service in person. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the pizzas: they were cold when I arrived and, more importantly, much smaller than what I'm used to. It's a shame, because the service itself was really pleasant. I hope it was just a one-off, because everything else was very enjoyable.

08/08/2026: Very friendly manager, the dishes are generous and the prices are reasonable, the children's menus are great.

07/09/2026: Definitely avoid this place. The rating absolutely does not reflect the quality of the food or the restaurant.

28/08/2026: I order regularly and I'm never disappointed! Special mention for the carbonara pasta, it's truly excellent. Generous portions, creamy texture, and always a good serving. I highly recommend it!
