You have every right to disagree, but calling a customer a liar and mocking their mental health doesn't make your pizza any better—it just shows your inability to accept criticism. I have nothing to gain by “inventing” a bad experience for a pizzeria. However, your public response speaks volumes: 👉 if you handle your reviews like this, it's easy to imagine how you handle criticism in the kitchen. Therefore, I stand by my opinion: heavy pizza, unpleasant taste, and an overall disappointing experience. And given your reaction, I'm actually even more comfortable with my comment. A professional tries to understand. You attack. The readers will judge. ————————— I come to Saint-Étienne to see my family once or twice a year, and for a long time, this pizzeria was a must for me. It used to be excellent: delicious pizzas, guaranteed enjoyment every time. In short, a sure thing. But now… total shock. New owner, and it's a complete turnaround. The pizza I ate was frankly disgusting, heavy, tasteless, nothing like what I've known here for years. The worst part: I found a black hair on a cream base. Needless to say, my appetite vanished completely. It really gives a bad impression of the care taken in the kitchen. And to top it all off, the owner clearly comes across as incredibly self-important, convinced he makes the best pizzas in the world… when the food itself is nowhere near as good. The discrepancy is quite jarring. It's truly sad to see a place that was fantastic turn into this after a change of ownership. I no longer recommend it at all, whereas before, I raved about it to everyone.

01/02/2026: Instant SMS ordering. They took the time into account and picked up piping hot, right to the minute! Fast and reliable service. I ordered a "large 4-cheese" pizza: Perfect and enough for 2 people. Very reasonable price of €16.90 and friendly service. Go for it!!!

12/02/2026: Dinner: a pizza and a burger. For the price, the pizza was okay, but the burger was absolutely terrible. The fries weren't homemade, and neither was the bread. Maybe we're asking for too much... Nevertheless, the servers were efficient and attentive.

09/02/2026: The delivery service is great, and they're very responsive when taking orders! It's just a shame there's no cheese sauce in the taco. An XL double meat taco + 1 drink cost me €17 for delivery.
