28/07/2026: During my five-day vacation in Bastia, I ate at several restaurants, but none could compare to this one. Because it was so hot, the owner set up a fan. When I sat down at a table, he even moved it so that the airflow reached me! The owner was always very friendly and, after I ordered, asked if I was from a German-speaking country. I confirmed that I was, and he complimented my French pronunciation. And that wasn't all: when the owner brought my food, he wished me "Guten Appetit" in German, and he also thanked me in German when I paid. Although I certainly don't expect the waitstaff to speak German with me in Corsica, I found this a wonderful gesture from the owner. As a guest, I can only express my gratitude for such service and congratulate the restaurant! This is how you win over customers for years to come! P.S.: The food was also excellent!

The pizzas were absolutely excellent, the ingredients were high-quality and generous, the service was top-notch, and the team was truly welcoming. Since we're new to Lauris, the owner even gave us a bottle of rosé, a gesture that was as generous as it was appreciated. It's wonderful to find places this good and with such a friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
