09/07/2026: I wanted to share my experience after ordering a Crousty pizza from Domino’s. A few hours after eating it, I started feeling very unwell: severe abdominal pain, dizziness, and a fever of 40°C (104°F). My condition required a visit to the emergency room, where I underwent several tests. The tests revealed a Campylobacter infection. This also caused me to lose 5 kg (11 lbs) in just 24 hours. I then called the pizzeria to report the situation and ask to speak to a manager. I was simply told to call back later because they were busy. I find this reaction very disappointing. When a customer calls to report such a serious health problem, the least they could do is take the time to listen, take their contact information, and offer to call back. None of this was done: I was simply asked to call back myself, which I will not do. I cannot definitively state the source of this contamination, but Campylobacter is a bacterium that can be linked to contaminated food or poor hygiene during food preparation. I sincerely hope this pizzeria will review its hygiene and food handling procedures to prevent other customers from having a similar experience. Beyond the food issue, I am particularly disappointed by the lack of consideration and seriousness in the handling of my complaint. A customer service department that doesn't take the time to listen to a customer facing such a serious health problem is clearly inadequate.

20/06/2026: Excellent find! A truly charming, family-run restaurant where you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The waitresses and owners are welcoming, friendly, and attentive to their customers. The prices are very reasonable, and the dishes are generous, delicious, and well-prepared. I highly recommend this establishment, which, from the outside, doesn't look like much. Located on the road to Plan de Campagne, it holds a very pleasant surprise for those who step inside. A place to discover without hesitation!

28/06/2026: Finally, a good restaurant—or rather, a very good Italian restaurant—in Lons-le-Saunier. During the week, they have a very affordable daily menu, and it's not just pizza. The desserts are delicious, the pizzas are top-notch—I adore homemade Italian pizza, just like in Italy—all served in an air-conditioned dining room. You'll be absolutely delighted; everything is homemade. The staff and the manager are very professional and friendly. The decor is great, and the comfort—from the chairs and banquettes to the large tables—makes this restaurant truly the best of the best in Lons-le-Saunier.

Not only did they accept our dog (in their air-conditioned dining room, no less!), but they were also kind enough to offer him a drink and be extremely accommodating! The pizzas are excellent, so we ended our vacation with a wonderful meal! A big thank you to MelYssa and the entire team who served us that evening, and best of luck to everyone!

20/08/2026: Order placed at 7:30 PM for 5 XL pizzas 🍕 by phone, service was simple, quick, and efficient. I was asked to pick up the pizzas starting at 8:30 PM. I arrived on time, the parking lot was easily accessible, and parking was no problem. I went to the counter and received a warm welcome. The pizzas were fresh out of the oven and ready. I paid on-site by credit card (€58, which is very reasonable for the pizzas I chose). At home with the family, what a pleasant surprise! The XL pizzas are for those who enjoy good food; they are delicious, and the quality/price ratio is excellent! I recommend this establishment without hesitation and will definitely order again. 09/07/2026: A very warm welcome, the five-cheese pizza was excellent. The crust was thin and the cheese topping was generous. My son had a kebab that was equally excellent and well-filled. I highly recommend this place; I will definitely be back. A big thank you to you both, especially considering the 44-degree heat in the kitchen that day!
