30/08/2024: The restaurant is very nice. The food is good and the staff pleasant. Located halfway between St Florent and Bastia, ideal stopover before taking the plane home. The setting is very nice too. The whole thing remains quite expensive

13/10/2024: There is no doubt that if you are looking for a place to please your taste buds, while being warmly welcomed, it is the Maison Rose in Cervione that you should go to. The owner is incredibly kind and the dishes are so tasty and delicious that we will ask for more indefinitely. I would come back, that’s for sure!

09/07/2024: I have ordered several times and I find that the pizzas are really good and that the prices are very reasonable compared to other pizzerias. I recommend. Just plan to order a little in advance on match day but otherwise great. Very nice delivery man too.

04/09/2024: Nice little restaurant with a creperie. The restaurant is in the town center with a large parking lot directly opposite. The seating inside is a bit cramped and sometimes very warm due to the many guests. Nice decoration, with lots and lots of owls. There is a large menu, with many different crepes, galettes and other dishes such as pizza. Dishes are very tasty, but could be visually presented a little nicer. Staff friendly.

26/09/2024: Ai déjeuné dans cette pizzeria avec un ami après 2 ou 3 ans sans y venir . les PIZZAS sont toujours aussi bonnes et avons commandé un pichet de rosé de 50cl et sommes laissés guidés par le serveur sec fruité? Avons choisi rosé corse sans carte sous les yeux faisant confiance comme autrefois Addition : Le pichet de 50 cl est facturé 18€ !!!!!!Soit 27€ les 75 cl!!!! Aussi cher que dans un gastro Adieu RIALTO

28/08/2024: Used to restaurants, especially in Alsace Lorraine, I had never tried this one before. ALAS... First and last time at the same time. We came as a family, 3 adults and a 3 year old child. I will classify it into three categories. ATMOSPHERE : It's nice from the outside, the wood on the inside too, but that's where it ends. We found that it really lacked a "CANADA" atmosphere, maybe a bit of music or TV showing hockey, or I don't know what... it was cold. GASTRONOMY: For my daughter we took a children's menu, for a child up to around 10 years old, I would say it is very good because there are plenty of fries and hamburgers. The only fault I would have to say is the cooking of the meat. A rare steak for a child can be dangerous... So it's just worth revisiting in the kitchen. My campaign took the cordon bleu, it was good no worries above just the size honestly it's the smallest I've seen at the moment, about the size of a child's hand.. concerning both remaining dish we took the caramelized pork ribs with maple syrup (being a big fan of both). What a disappointment... The ribs were pink... It's pork for your information... caramelized? No way. And maple? No taste. So either the kitchen forgot the syrup and missed the cooking, or I don't understand... So more than half were thrown away because it was impossible to detach the meat from the bone. Knowing that one of us was a career cook, so my opinion is reliable regarding cooking. For dessert: ice cream with chocolate and banana "chips".. crisps are simply slices of uncooked banana.. hence the name chips..? And the other dessert was a sort of milkshake with whiskey ice cream and milk caramel on top... the caramel was completely absent, an oversight perhaps, but in the end it was a lot of "forgetfulness" When I read the comment from the manager who said that the photos on the tablet were contractual, that was completely false from the beginning to the end of the meal. PRICE QUALITY: 4 picon, 1 coke, 3 main course, 2 dessert and 1 children's menu = 120 euros. Honestly except for the children's menu, for the rest it's way too expensive for the quality received. Leaving a restaurant and making a sandwich on the way back is definitely the first time... In conclusion, I do not recommend.
