02/10/2026: 2.5-hour wait Ordered 3 pizzas We asked for a Reine without oregano because we're allergic, but we got a Reine with oregano. My mother couldn't eat her pizza. After such a long wait, no apology, and the pizzas weren't even cut. And they forced the delivery driver into the building. It's a shame because your pizzas aren't bad.

17/07/2026: We ordered two pizzas last night and were quite disappointed. The dough was really hard: it was difficult to chew and even to cut or remove from the pizza. Unfortunately, that was the main negative point. As for my pizza, I found it rather bland and lacking in flavor. I had to add herbs and garlic to give it a bit more taste. It's a shame, because we were expecting a better experience. I hope this feedback will be helpful in improving the quality of the pizzas.

12/10/2026: We ordered two pizzas; the dough wasn't great, and the cheese (Reblochon) was tasteless. I don't recommend them for pizzas.

21/09/2026: What can I say... I've been several times. The chef is good, friendly, and the food is quite good, even very good (the fish and coffee dishes were excellent, the red meats were great, I didn't try the duck), except for the pasta Milanese and the roast veal, which were nothing special in my personal opinion. And the vegetable side dish was a bit sparse (see photo) for the meat, but oh well, not a big deal. Otherwise, it was very good, so you won't be disappointed. However, The problem: The waitress has a tendency to have temperamental outbursts, making remarks to customers (not just our table) with a veneer of folksy humor, but when you finally give her a piece of your mind, she gets as offended as a spoiled oyster. Secondly: we order aperitifs, and we receive them, but we don't have time to drink them before the main courses arrive immediately. Not even 10 minutes to drink an aperitif! In short, my only regret concerns the service, and if I could offer one piece of advice, it would be to avoid making disparaging remarks to elderly customers who don't know what to order (at 90 years old, one deserves a little respect!). Elderly people and their families shouldn't have to put up with temperamental mood swings or impatience. Avoid value judgments that clash with good food. As a result, living nearby and having visited several times, we no longer have the desire to return.

24/09/2026: Don't hesitate to stop by, you won't be disappointed! As for me, I had an INCREDIBLE sauerkraut!!!! Good, home-style cooking, but with your feet up, a warm welcome, and a more than reasonable price!!!!

14/10/2026: I've known this place for almost 15 years and I always enjoy coming back whenever I'm in the area, every two or three years. The establishment has recently transformed itself into a takeaway pizza place, with a really lovely little terrace perfect for enjoying the sunny days. For pizza lovers, this is a fantastic spot! The ingredients are good, the pizzas are well-made, and both the owners are wonderful, always so welcoming and friendly. A pizza may seem simple, but when it's done well, there's real skill behind it. And here, you can taste it! A place I highly recommend. 🍕

06/08/2026: Simply superb. The sommelier was amazing with the wines. Riesling was fresh and exciting. Plus the rum was to die for. Food was incredible and overall a beautiful experience for my wife and me.

27/07/2026: A moment suspended in time, refined cuisine, exceptional ingredients! We first discovered Chef Shinichi Sato at Passage 53, a restaurant that had already made a lasting impression. At Blanc, the setting is magnificent, elegant, and serene; each dish showcases exceptional ingredients with precision and finesse. We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairings: a discovery of signature dishes, with a particular favorite being the caviar with oyster ice cream and the beef, and a wonderful discovery of some truly excellent wines. The desserts are exquisitely crafted and provide a perfect ending to the meal. Truly top-notch cuisine! In short, a truly wonderful experience that we highly recommend. A huge thank you to the chef and his entire team, whom we had the pleasure of meeting!

27/09/2026: We came as a family to celebrate a last-minute birthday. We received a warm welcome and the portions were very generous; we ate very well. But I'd like to highlight the kindness of our waitress. She put a candle on the dessert, but she also came to my rescue. Since I had expressed breast milk, she kindly agreed to store it in one of their refrigerators. The entire team remained professional; we saw nothing but smiles, and the restaurant was quite full for a weeknight. Thank you to the whole team. We will be back.
