03/09/2026: I came to order a goat cheese and honey pizza and, due to a mistake, I received a vegetarian one. These kinds of situations can happen, especially in a business where you have to manage a lot of orders and the pace can be hectic. I especially want to emphasize the professionalism of the team. As soon as the error was pointed out, the chef reacted immediately. He was extremely friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Not only did he remake my pizza on the spot without any fuss, but he also let me keep the other pizza. Honorable mention to the chef for his excellent service, kindness, and exemplary attitude. It's thanks to people like him that we want to come back. A big thank you to him for his responsiveness and good humor. See you soon!

27/08/2026: Wandering through the charming town of Tours, we found ourselves on the "ethnic" street, drawn to a solitary patio perched on a charming little square framed by a floral and tree display. The patio and the delicious aroma wafting from the beautiful wood-fired oven captivated us, or rather, hypnotized us. The pizza menu, full of eye-catching details, underscored the establishment's distinct Italian character, to the point that we were drawn to a classic Margherita. The pizza was overall decent, with plenty of oregano, a good mozzarella-like cheese, and a slightly acidic tomato sauce. Digestion proved to be quite difficult the following night.

19/03/2026: Very friendly staff, very affordable prices, excellent pizza, I highly recommend it. We placed a fairly large order for a company at noon and the pizzas were ready, hot, and sliced. Thank you to the owner.

06/08/2026: The service was disastrous; the servers lacked professionalism: arguing in front of customers, showing stress and general irritation, and were unwelcoming from beginning to end. The food was okay; the pizzas weren't bad, but really quite ordinary, nothing special. (And that's not even mentioning that they had to take our order twice because they forgot it—which happens, but still, that was the icing on the cake.)

23/07/2026: Very disappointed! There were two of us, we were seated at a table and then nothing, radio silence!!! I called several times the gentleman who had seated us (apparently the owner), he completely ignored us. After waiting 20 minutes, we left and ended up going to Papou's, where we received a very warm welcome and had a good meal. In the end, this "mishap" turned out to be a blessing in disguise; it allowed us to discover a very good restaurant that knows how to welcome its customers with a smile.

22/06/2026: Hello First of all, a huge THANK YOU to Bruno and his team for contributing to our wonderful christening and our daughter Valentina's 2nd birthday. They gave us excellent advice on the venue, ensuring we stayed as cool as possible despite the heat on June 21st. Furthermore, the meal was delicious, from the petit fours to the cheese course; almost everything was homemade, and you could taste the difference. The suckling pig was cooked to perfection. Finally, all my guests loved the meal, but also the warm welcome and service, which were lovely and professional despite the 35°C heat. The staff were very friendly, pleasant, and competent. Don't change a thing, you're the best!

25/08/2026: I can't rate the food, the atmosphere, or the service; however, the welcome was definitely not warm. We waited outside for over ten minutes even though there were plenty of empty tables, no one was in front of us, and the staff saw us without doing anything.

25/08/2026: Our pizza was delicious, the fries were fantastic. The food arrived fast. Although we ordered soft drinks we were served also the traditional in the region bottle of ice cold water. The prices were resonable. We found this place to be worthy for a lunch while visiting Annecy. We warmly recommend!

12/08/2026: A very warm welcome from the owner, an excellent bartender, eager to ensure his customers have a pleasant time. The pizza was original, generous, and a real treat. Just like the burger! The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended! We'll be back. Live music on Friday evenings.

28/06/2026: Tsaretta became our local for the week we spent in Les Allues. Remy, the bar manager, was so welcoming, full of advice of things to do, we spent time over drinks sharing stories. We stumbled upon it while coming from Brittany, and frankly, it's nothing like a traditional pizzeria! The prices are very reasonable! A very warm welcome; the owner loves her work and goes to great lengths to satisfy her customers. She makes practically everything herself with passion. Fast service! Don't hesitate to support her; she deserves it! Everything is delicious and generous: thin-crust pizzas, excellent composed salads...
