22/03/2026: Definitely the best pizzeria in Marseille for me! I'm from Marseille, and yet I'd never been to Etienne's, which is practically a Marseille institution. Now I have, and I absolutely loved it. The waiters are warm and welcoming, a real treat. What can I say about the pizza? The choice is simple: anchovies or cheese, and the perfect combo: half and half. Pure simplicity, yet so incredibly delicious! I also succumbed to their must-try and delicious baby squid. My husband enjoyed their wood-fired sirloin steak: tender and flavorful. So yes, it's a bit noisy, but that's normal, we're in Marseille... people talk loudly, laugh, it's lively. A word of advice: remember to make a reservation because it's always packed.

21/03/2026: Don't even bother going there if you don't want to waste your time! They have no respect for their customers or children—it's shocking! We are a couple with a 2-year-old baby. We arrive and there are two groups ahead of us: one of three people and another couple. The couple goes straight in, which we understand given the limited number of places. That leaves the group of three and us. So far, so good... Then we see new people arriving and going straight in front of us. Knowing there are no reservations, these are people who get in simply because they know someone. Being from Marseille, we're familiar with this system, so we wait patiently outside in the cold with our little one for 20 minutes... 30 minutes... 45 minutes... not one, but at least three other groups go in front of us. Then it's the turn of the group in front of us... an hour's wait, but it's almost our turn. We hold our impatient baby for at least an hour and twenty minutes... the door opens, it's our turn, and then... we're told no, the young people over there go first because they've already been through. At 7 PM!! I seriously doubt it... this is the last straw! My baby, who's been patiently waiting for his pee for an hour and twenty minutes, doesn't belong there!! They don't deserve our time or money!! Keep walking! Even if they privatized it for us, I wouldn't set foot in there! Unacceptable.

09/03/2026: The best pizzas we've ever tasted! We come to this pizzeria regularly and are never disappointed. The staff is always pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. The place is superb: the decor is very stylish and the atmosphere is truly enjoyable. Everything is perfect, from the decor to the pizzas! Not to mention the beers and organic ice cream, offered in several flavors, which are delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through this street or visiting the town of Lavaur. 02/01/2026: I gave a 5-star rating in my last review, but this is the second time (today and a few months ago) that I've booked a table and been told the pizza oven wasn't working... Simply mentioning it when booking would avoid a wasted trip. It's a real shame because I've always enjoyed my meal there. If I'm ever unsure about ordering pizza, I'll go elsewhere now, sorry. I'll leave the food at 5 stars.

10/02/2026: First: a feast for the senses: the eyes and the palate. It was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Second: the setting on the terrace with its flower-covered pergola. Third: the kindness and smile of the waiter. We will be back. I have already recommended this pizzeria.

And saw a video of them trying to be "funny" where a worker drops a pizza and a guy trys to catch it with a ceramic plate Just to end in a shattered plate and glass covered pizza all on the floor. If you're going to be wasting food give free food to the needy or your regulars and offer discounted pizza for ever since food is so cheap you can throw it away right !

15/02/2026: After a 20-minute wait, the waitress took our order. We ordered appetizers and pizzas. After another 20 minutes, the pizzas arrived, but the appetizers never did. The waitress offered no apology. We were treated coldly.

29/01/2026: A small, but very good, neighborhood pizzeria with welcoming staff. The food is of perfect quality and not to be missed, away from the tourists.

23/01/2026: The two managers are awful, moody, and unbalanced. One day they greet you with a smile, the next they talk to you like you're nothing. Their pizzas are only good half the time. What shocks me most is the behavior of one of the managers, which is very awkward and bordering on insulting.
