20/07/2026: I find the service absolutely appalling. Sorry for the harsh and unfriendly language, but it's true. We were greeted by a woman dressed in sportswear (sports bra and shorts) with headphones on. We asked her if we could be seated or if we had to wait, as we had arrived five minutes before opening time. Without even a "hello," this same person shouted to her colleagues to come and help us, then put her headphones back on as if we didn't exist. The man then "welcomed" us—and I don't call that a welcoming reception—by telling us to sit down without a smile. We thanked him, sat down, and then the ghost dance began. No one came to take our order after opening time. The looks turned nasty, so we decided to leave. (Your prices are also excessively high; perhaps you should consider lowering your profit margins.) A quick question for the owner: Is it the lack of customers that's affecting your employees' politeness? If so, perhaps they should take a trip to Toulouse to see some people; it would do them a world of good.

04/08/2026: Very friendly welcome. I had a calzone pizza with melted leeks, salmon, and new potatoes... very good (the crust was a little thin for my taste but very generously topped). I ordered the smallest size and had trouble finishing it.

23/08/2026: INCREDIBLE! The ribeye steak and andouillette sausage were simply delicious, and the desserts were too! The service was perfect! The owners are a couple from Marseille who have a real knack for hospitality and good food. Take the time to chat with them, and you'll understand why it's so good. Highly recommended, thank you!

06/08/2026: If you're sensitive to stress, don't go to this restaurant. The poor servers are overwhelmed, the owner, and incidentally the owner's wife, are always on their case and make snide remarks in front of the customers. As a result, they forget to bring something as basic as a carafe of water (even though drinks have been ordered separately, so there's no reason to deprive customers of a carafe of water), and you have to ask three times for a doggy bag. Honestly, I don't blame the servers, who I could tell were genuinely stressed. Furthermore, the owner makes comments about the customers, one of which I overheard directed at his server as I was leaving the restroom: "Don't move the dog's bowl!" This was said in a very sharp tone before adding, "The more you give them, the more they want!" The result: the woman couldn't see her dog's bowl because it was hidden under the chalkboard sign for the restaurant. In short, a disappointing experience. I feel sorry for the waiters.

02/08/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant and we were delighted. Delicious pizzas, pleasant and efficient service, more than reasonable prices – we recommend it without hesitation.

09/08/2026: 15.50 euros for a Reine pizza is really too much, even in Haute-Savoie. The crust is good and thin, but the topping is made with cheap ingredients that don't justify the price. The staff were friendly.

The quality and hygiene are impeccable, and the staff's warm welcome and smiles are truly remarkable! We're always extremely well received on the phone, with kindness, attentiveness, and a cheerful demeanor! For me, their pizzas are the best in Thônes and the surrounding area, having tried them all. They're real, authentic pizzas—everything you could want in a pizza! The prices are more than reasonable! Special mention for their chocolate mousse and tiramisu! Emeric and Florine 🤌🏼🌸

14/08/2026: I was warmly welcomed and they were kind, but don't listen to the reviews, it's inedible. I had food poisoning, stomach pain, and vomiting. The products weren't fresh, and the hygiene is appalling. I'm extremely disappointed. It was the worst pizza I've ever tasted. I strongly advise against going there. I know cooking; it's my profession, and I don't see what the problem is.
