Nous y avons dégusté de très chouettes assiettes préparées sur le coup avec beaucoup de fraîcheur.
Les brochettas sont copieuses , bien dorées et garnies .

We were a family of 8 people + 2 dogs. Fresh and hearty dishes + water for the doggies. Smiles, good humor and availability. Fast service. We recommend this establishment.

The service from the very friendly young man is top notch!

11/10/2024: Very warm welcome, very friendly. ++ Next to the beach...wherever you go you can't miss it.....In the rooms, air conditioning, roller shutters and blinds remain practical for very hot summers..in summer access to the hotel remains complicated ..because too many people ..a large parking lot (paying is not required). ---too bad, the rooms lack charm, ordinary bedspread, soft bedding, very small bathroom, toilets stick to the shower, it's really not great...besides, they weren't clean for 80€. .(supporting evidence) ..sorry but I can't ignore it.the restaurant at that time was closed..so we didn't try it.
24/09/2024: Family hotel with adorable owners. Family cooking too. 3 Small downsides. No fruit at breakfast. Nothing to put things in the sink. A cuisine that is sometimes “inside” compared to our habits. Nothing serious but we must not relax our efforts!

29/11/2025: What a shame! We go there occasionally. We wanted to spend New Year's Eve there, but the room rates have tripled, and the menu and drinks are outrageously expensive, bordering on indecent. However, the staff and the quality of the rooms are impeccable.
I don't understand these abusive business practices!
14/11/2025: Charming little hotel just outside Banyuls sur Mer with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Les Elmes is a wonderful place to settle and to hike from. Fantastic trails, beautiful weather and most of all, the staff is incredibly welcoming and accomodating. Finally, the gastro restaurant is amazing.

01/10/2024: We had lunch at the blue stopover and had a very pleasant time.
We followed the chef's recommendations, my wife had a fish fillet and I had the pork (puma I think) which was really very good. The fish was also good but the quantity was far too limited. Good deserts and a café crème + a long drink to finish.
90€ with a bottle of San Pellegrino.

20/09/2024: We had the opportunity to have a drink during a walk by the sea in this restaurant and we decided to have dinner there before we returned from our vacation. We recommend this restaurant.
Very good atmosphere, very pleasant and very helpful waitresses. They didn't fail to take great care of our son by offering to draw him a drawing or even give him a small gift ☺️
We ate very well.
We will not fail to recommend this restaurant to those around us and we will not fail to return there if we have the opportunity to return to the area
20/09/2024: The place to recommend, I will explain to you why: we went to this restaurant during our summer vacation during the village festival in August 2024, there were a lot of people everywhere, we opted for Kosmo'beach to eat in the evening with our 2 young children. We immediately appreciated the warm welcome and we found the table available easily, a big plus the children's menus were served very very quickly, the parents will be able to understand me as it's advantageous when the little ones are very hungry. The portions are generous and of good quality and the dessert - also well done especially with lots of fruit and not just with lots of whipped cream like in most restaurants...We have received our total bill as quickly: a very good experience for us, I recommend because the staff is really attentive and does everything to make life easier for young parents. Well done!

29/10/2024: A friend who is in treatment introduced us to this place... It's a beautiful place to meet up, we live in Carcassonne and he lives in Toulon.
It’s a small, charming restaurant! The meal was very good, made with quality products, certainly organic, you can taste it. I congratulate the cook for the meal, made with seasonal products. The menu was unique, but I found it very user-friendly.
I really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant. It is true that the tables are a little close, but it created a warm atmosphere and I was surprised to see people talking to each other, from one table to another... in the times we live in, it is It's extremely rare!!! I loved it!!! And then a big thank you for the welcome, the smile and the kindness are there...
We left with warmth in our hearts and not really wanting to leave, it must be said.
Well done Audrey and Karine and I hope that we will have the pleasure of coming back to see you, probably next year, if our friend comes for his care.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

At its head, a director: a smiling, efficient, caring and professional human! Like its entire reception team and technicians!

This year, “joy” also made its entrance with great fanfare (that’s for Luka!😜) thanks to a great program of activities for the kind spa guests: karaoke, aquatic gym classes, pilates and quizzes!
So obviously, we would have to change the installation of the electric hobs, add washing machines and shelves in the laundry room and add parasols and deck chairs around the swimming pool.
But every year for the past 4 years (as part of my spa treatment) if I come back to the pine forest, it is not for its facilities! That said, the studios are very well appointed and equipped, the swimming pool is magnificent and the hotel benefits from an exceptional green setting with one view of a pine forest and the other of the valley!
If I come back to La Pinède, it is because we are welcomed there like a loved one, a member of a family, with the same attention and availability and that is priceless! THANK YOU ALL!
