26/09/2026: A disgrace. I've never seen anything like it. A one-hour wait for a €13 meal, when it was simply a quick delivery order in the parking lot. After 30 minutes, when we asked about the order, we were told, "It's busy, it'll be here soon." Fine... except that 30 minutes later, still nothing. Then we had to wait even longer, then spend 15 minutes trying to get an employee's attention before finally getting an explanation. The "Every customer is important" sign is rather ironic in this kind of situation. You almost wonder if it's there just for show. My phone was then passed around among several employees trying to track down the order. From what we gathered, it might have even been sent somewhere else. In the end, we were simply given the order with a "have a good evening." No thank you, no apologies, not even a gesture of goodwill, nothing. Not even the bare minimum to acknowledge the problem and apologize for the inconvenience. What's even more regrettable is that by remaining calm, waiting patiently, and simply trying to get some information, nothing changes. Do we really have to raise our voices for a situation to finally be taken seriously? An experience like this clearly doesn't make us want to return and will certainly make us think twice before choosing this establishment over the competition. I sincerely hope that this review will be read by the account managers, as well as the restaurant's management, so that this kind of situation is taken seriously and doesn't happen again.

26/09/2026: The only words that come to mind are incompetence, theft, and lies. They've already raised their prices considerably, and then to be ripped off by the manager herself is the last straw. The manager is extremely unpleasant and a liar. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!

14/03/2026: Having been regulars at the resort for several years, this restaurant was, despite everything, a very pleasant surprise. From the warm welcome of the staff to the quality of the food and the cozy atmosphere (especially the table we were seated at in the cabin), we had a wonderful time.

03/05/2026: Excellent food and service, all in a cozy setting inside and a sunny terrace outside. And all with a smile from the owner. Go for it!

22/04/2026: April 22nd, lunchtime with my children. Clearly avoid this place; there are much better options elsewhere in the resort for the same price. I ordered the Milanese-style veal cutlet, and the pasta served with it was inedible, far too overcooked. The tomato sauce clearly came from a completely industrial container. We pointed this out to the waiter and asked for a replacement, but they gave us the same pasta even more cooked, claiming it was cooked "the French way." The fries were more like cardboard than potatoes. In short, a huge disappointment. It was very good last year.

26/04/2026: I really didn't enjoy the experience. The waiters and managers were particularly unpleasant, refusing, among other things, to offer me a glass of water with my coffee.

19/04/2026: A very pleasant restaurant, extremely friendly waiters and excellent food! We were also lucky enough to be seated upstairs with a view of the sunset and no one else around, I highly recommend it!

04/11/2025: Great time with the family, we were right to arrive early. The meal was perfectly fine, the desserts were nothing special.

01/11/2025: Stopped by several times for a coffee or a drink, small platters... alone, with family, or for a business meeting. After several years, I've concluded: a lot of turnover, very young servers, probably paid a pittance according to the pay scale, and the same managers rotating through the chain's establishments (you rarely see them in the dining room, not even during rush hour). In short, the recipe for toxic, cushy management that damages the city's reputation, and which should be replaced by people passionate about their work and who know how to run a business. And also, probably, they should pay them properly to avoid driving away their staff and discouraging young people from this wonderful profession. I recently remember a young woman, Lola, I think, who deserves to be a manager. Quick, professional, smiling, but stressed. You can feel the stress of the servers and the difficulties they face. People clearly come here for the setting, the proximity to the Parc Floral. It's magnificent. So it's justified on the bill, nothing shocking. BUT, the staff is underpaid and exploited. There are long delays between The moment we were seated, the moment our order was taken, and then we were served—even during quiet periods. But during rush hour, it's terrible. Every time, it saddened me to see the waitresses (and sometimes waiters) running around in all directions, left alone when people arrived in groups, without time to clear and clean the tables, constantly being called away. And with no colleagues coming to help, they had to deal with the discontent of customers who had the wrong people. I know I won't return to any of the Epikur group's establishments until the management changes. And I advise both locals and tourists against it. One of the few quality restaurants, L'Estrade, has closed; we won't find that same quality at La Rotonde, even though it has everything to be an exceptional establishment because of its location. A huge waste.

23/08/2026: Terrible experience! The food wasn't anything special, but what really made it unpleasant was the wait! There were four of us, and we were brought exactly three pieces of bread. The water arrived after an hour, and we really felt completely ignored… If you want to save time, I highly recommend avoiding this place.

07/07/2026: Opening of L'Iseran on June 12th, 2026. One of the only restaurants open, packed with people but very nice for a burger and draft fries dinner.

28/05/2026: Great food, service leads a lot to be desired, you would nearly think the staff are being held against their own will they are that uninterested maybe a slight bit of humour or a smile wouldn’t go amiss

31/07/2026: Personally, I like this store. It has everything, isn't too crowded, and most importantly, it's not as chaotic as the L in the industrial zone.

17/04/2026: Having used the automatic machine, we ordered two Savoyard pizzas, but received two Reine pizzas… Furthermore, the Savoyard pizzas we ordered were listed as containing potatoes, but unfortunately, we didn't see any. Nevertheless, the rest of the pizzas we ordered were enjoyable, and the morning baguettes were good.

08/04/2026: A very nice little bar and restaurant in the Aguile Grive area of Les Arcs. Very good pizzas.

05/08/2026: Excellent pizzas, we've been ordering from this pizzeria for years and have never been disappointed!

16/07/2026: The welcome was good, however the pizzas were awful... the dough tasted like cardboard and the toppings, despite trying three different pizzas, were completely tasteless. A failed attempt...

15/08/2026: Savoyard salad, the second photo says it all, superb salad. Very pleasant terrace, hard to leave. Fantastic atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. Enjoy your meal.

30/08/2026: What can I say… Overall, a negative rating! Very poor service. A woman of about 80 (and apparently deaf) takes orders, but you have to repeat things three times. We had to ask for napkins because there weren't any on the table. The salmon steak was the worst we've ever had. The tartiflette was passable, but we found a bit… Plus, it's very expensive. Avoid it!

23/08/2026: We went to eat fondue and were not disappointed. An excellent dinner, and a place to remember!

19/08/2026: Sir, not at all friendly, no greeting, no smile, very cold. I asked for a pain au chocolat, he served me a chocolate macaron, he didn't even separate the apricot tart from the macarons. Coughing, so it broke. Unacceptable!! I do not recommend at all

30/07/2026: I was delighted to find a vegan option (a very good Asian-inspired bowl) in addition to a vegetarian bowl! It's a real shame they didn't recycle, though, and the air conditioning was too strong. No vegan desserts, except for melon.
