21/08/2026: Avoid at all costs — DO NOT CONFUSE WITH LE GRENIER! My mother and I came to Savoie for our last evening and wanted to end our trip on a high note with some comforting local specialties. While looking for a restaurant, we came across Le Grenier, which had excellent reviews. Clicking on the website link in the listing took us to the Chrismaran menu. Thinking it might have changed its name, and with the menu looking decent, we decided to give it a try. Once there: * The misunderstanding: Le Grenier was listed as being upstairs, but the reception was downstairs. The waitress (who was very nice, by the way) explained that Le Grenier is only open in winter. The website link therefore led to a different establishment… and we clearly weren't the only table that got lost that evening. * The express service: We ordered a tartiflette and a "bowl of crozets," which were served at lightning speed. For dishes traditionally baked in a gratin, this is practically a world record. The culinary massacre: * The €22 crozets bowl: Proudly sold with its "Savoy cheese wheel." In reality, boiled pasta worthy of a broke student's rushed meal between classes, loaded with pepper to mask the poor quality, and sprinkled with a bit of grated Emmental that was lurking at the back of the fridge. I could have made ten times better at home with three times fewer ingredients. The only survivor of this disaster is the slice of cured ham placed alongside it. * The tartiflette: Boiled potatoes, three measly stray pieces of bacon, and a bit of Reblochon rind placed on top without the slightest hint of a gratin. A feat of insipidity. If we were going to eat hastily reheated frozen food anyway, a trip to Picard would have been much better and significantly cheaper. As a result, we decided to cancel the set menu and skip dessert, as our appetites had completely vanished. Spending €50 on food that a student could prepare better in their kitchenette and ruining our last evening of vacation is a bitter pill to swallow. We've reported the misleading redirect to Google. Avoid this place without hesitation!

14/08/2026: ChrisMaran is truly an excellent restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend! The food is incredibly high quality, and everything we ate was delicious, from the appetizers to the desserts. A huge thank you to the team for the impeccable service and warm welcome, which made for a wonderful experience. The restaurant has a really pleasant and lively atmosphere, making it an ideal place for a family meal. Above all, don't leave without trying the desserts: the chocolate mousse and the panna cotta are absolutely divine and well worth the trip. We will definitely be back!

29/04/2026: English people (who work there) are asking friends who are 30 years old for their ID cards – absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this place! And the happy hour... you wait in line for 20 minutes when there are only 10 people, only to be one minute late, so you don't get the offer! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Great customer service, keep it up! 👍👍👍👍👍

15/08/2026: We bought a baguette yesterday. It was okay, but you could definitely tell it was mass-produced, so nothing special in terms of taste. On the other hand, the granitas are a great idea, especially since there aren't many around here. We'll definitely come back for some next time! 😊

12/08/2026: The cookies are so hard you'd need a hammer, not a glass of milk. Impossible to eat them, ugh!

14/07/2026: A very good restaurant, ideally located with a beautiful mountain view and a large terrace. The decor is typical of mountain restaurants and the atmosphere is pleasant. The only downside is that the restaurant is quite noisy when it's full.

13/05/2026: I ordered a warm goat cheese salad (without the country ham). While eating, I saw a few small dead insects in the salad greens, and when I turned it over, I saw a large insect with wings crawling around in my dish. I showed the insect to the waiter, who took my dish back to the kitchen, and then they told me there were no insects, even though I clearly showed it to two other waiters who confirmed it. The receipt shows the salad was charged at €20, and we had to argue with them to get a 50% refund.

20/08/2026: An absolute must-visit in La Toussuire! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I come to Le Cairn very often, and it's by far my favorite place in the resort. Everything is perfect: The team: The staff are always super friendly, welcoming, and warm. The food: Their pizzas are simply the best around! The setting: The terrace with its lounge area is incredibly pleasant for relaxing in the sun. The atmosphere: The bowling alley and pool table are a real bonus for spending quality time with friends or family. If you're looking for the best place to go in La Toussuire, don't hesitate for a second!

13/08/2026: Avoid this place; the staff are extremely unfriendly to both children and adults. This is unacceptable; it shouldn't exist, but as we can see from the various reviews, we're not the only ones who have noticed this. Sometimes, you have to be able to question your own practices instead of attacking the customer.

22/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The setting is very pleasant. The Ricard is served with a smile, thank you Nomaï, we'll be back!

20/03/2026: We only had lunch there. Ideally located. A warm welcome, good food. Everything is there for a very pleasant and relaxing time, especially enjoying the sun on the terrace at the foot of the slopes.

30/03/2026: Good location and decent food, however the service is less than welcoming. We felt like we were bothering the servers with our presence, which is surprising for a business. The friendliness and hospitality need improvement. The restaurants in the immediate vicinity are much more welcoming.

02/01/2026: We stayed three nights at the Auberge de Savoie in Moûtiers with friends. The welcome was very good, and the staff were pleasant and smiling, which was much appreciated. However, our experience was severely marred by serious issues with comfort and cleanliness. From the moment we arrived, there was an extremely unpleasant sewer smell in the room. Air freshener plugs were already in place to mask the odor, but they were toilet air fresheners, which still left a persistent and very unpleasant smell. So much so that all our clothes left smelling of it, even those in our suitcases. The carpet in the room was in a deplorable state: numerous questionable stains, a very dirty appearance, to the point that we didn't dare walk barefoot or in socks. It clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The box spring was also stained (including with blood), which is unacceptable. Other negative points: • No safe in the room • The two single beds were not at the same height, and the mattresses were very worn • We had pushed the beds together to sleep as a couple, but housekeeping systematically separated them again • The trash was not emptied • The blankets were barely made, giving the impression of sloppy cleaning On the positive side, the bathroom was reasonably clean. In summary, despite a friendly welcome, the overall condition of the room and the lack of cleanliness do not meet the expectations one has for a multi-night stay. Significant improvements are needed regarding hygiene, room maintenance, and odor control.

19/12/2025: Excellent inn, 100% Savoyard. I highly recommend it. And above all, a very good restaurant.

25/06/2026: €11 = Tasteless and poorly filled tacos. The meat was defrosted and undercooked (mushy tenders that weren't crispy at all). The sour cream was lumpy with a bitter taste, and the sauce... nonexistent. I couldn't finish it; I was very hungry, but the taco gave me a stomach ache.

05/06/2026: The service is awful. They barely respond to greetings, as if they're trying to get rid of you. The kitchen is unhygienic, with a cook spitting and a server who wasn't even aware of who it was. Their tacos have no flavor.

15/07/2026: Very nice place, smiling and friendly staff, excellent smoothies, view of chairlifts.

09/04/2026: A lovely establishment with a beautiful view of the Les Saisies ski slopes. Good food and friendly staff.

08/08/2026: A very good experience. The savory buffet and the wok station were excellent. However, the sweet section left me a little disappointed, with desserts lacking in flavor.

04/08/2026: It's an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant. It's great that they stir-fry the ingredients for you once you bring them over.
