03/03/2026: Had the most perfect stay here. The room was fantastic, we got a loft style room with a nice view. Very close to aeroville mall " which we walked to" and very close to the airport. Staff was super friendly, there was a snack bar at the lobby to grab a quick drink or late night snacks, and the restaurant there was a nice convenience. Our room had a microwave, fridge and stove. Cleaning supply was provided for dish washing and daily cleaning of room was done. Id definitely recommend this hotel

08/02/2026: February 2026 I stayed here while on a business trip to exhibit at the Parc des Expositions de Villepinte. I didn't experience any issues like the "shower running out of water halfway through" mentioned in other reviews, and the room was spacious and comfortable for my five nights. Because it's located very close to the airport, there's some noise when planes take off and land, but it's not unbearable. However, I think double-glazed windows would make it even more comfortable. Also, the bath towels are very large, which is a nice touch. The room has a kitchen in addition to a refrigerator. Pots, pans, and dishes are also provided, making it very convenient for long stays. I was surprised to see that it even had a dishwasher. Incidentally, there's also a coin laundry on the reception floor, where you can wash your clothes. (It's located next to the elevator.) Since it's close to the airport, it's often used by airline staff. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

13/03/2026: Avoid this place as the hygiene is appalling. I waited 20 minutes for a steak and chicken. The steak was cold. I waited another 20 minutes for fries, and there were some left over in a very cold dish, and then they added hot fries on top. The food chain is a recipe for disaster.

13/03/2026: Absolutely terrible. It had been over 5 years since I'd set foot in Flunch, and I regretted going back and driving over 30 km to get there. The ribeye steak cost over €14 for less than 200g, and I ordered it rare, but it was served medium. The fries were more like pieces of charcoal, the merguez couscous had no taste, and the chicken was raw. I even went to the restroom on the way out; they were disgusting. And the urinals are completely ridiculous. If an adult is peeing and there's a child nearby, they can see everything. It's unacceptable.

04/02/2026: The food was cooked perfectly, a little bland, but the side dishes were good and the crème brûlée was wonderful.

14/01/2026: A cold steak, cooked completely uncontrolled, fries that looked like they'd been cooked at least two days ago. Frozen lasagna with absolutely no flavor. Avoid at all costs!

13/12/2024: Hello I came to eat this lunchtime with a colleague I am very disappointed I took a classic steak with fries the meat is full of sinews and very tough except that at the time of the bill I pay 28.50 euros for a steak xl except that the one I ate was a classic if the meat had been good I would not have given a negative opinion but here I am doubly ripped off I would not return to your place again

02/02/2026: The pizzas are very good. We get delivery regularly and have also eaten in once. We received a warm welcome. The menu offers a wide variety of choices with different sizes. The prices are reasonable.

17/01/2026: Poor quality pizzas. The delivery driver arrived without a card reader and asked us to pay at the counter (making a delivery request only to pick it up later...).

22/02/2026: I was pleasantly surprised - I had an appointment nearby - by the hotel's warm welcome, clean room and simple food for dinner.

08/02/2026: As a long-time loyal customer, I've always loved their pizzas and bought them very regularly. I always ordered the same ones: the extra-large ones, perfect for the whole family. On my last purchase, I was surprised to see that the size had changed: the pizzas had shrunk while the prices had gone up. I completely understand the price increase due to inflation, but the reduction in size is harder to accept, especially when you're used to it. Two pizzas used to be enough for the whole family, which is unfortunately no longer the case. It's all the more regrettable since I travel from Aulnay and Maisons-Alfort to buy them.

25/02/2026: I went there last night for an ice cream, the manager was super friendly, I recommend it.

08/02/2026: The owner and cooks go to Quick restaurant and learn how to protect orders and drinks. I'm a delivery driver and I always spill drinks on the road 😅

16/02/2026: Unpleasant staff, the food is never fresh; the ravioli and spring rolls are too hard and stale. Avoid this caterer.

24/03/2026: Very pleasant sunny terrace, Friendly service, Quick and efficient, However, it's very expensive for what it is; you can get a similar bill at restaurants with a more elaborate menu. For a coffee, without hesitation.

06/12/2025: Please review the food. The fries were soggy, not crispy at all. The salad was drowning in a store-bought dressing; consider using olive oil and balsamic vinegar...it's that simple. Today I had a Saint Germain and I feel sick as if I'd drunk a whole bottle of alcohol...strange... I've been here several times, but I've decided to leave a review today.
