07/05/2026: Lunch with a friend at noon. Beautiful and spacious restaurant. The Bo bun and Loc Lac were very good, but the shrimp spring rolls were just okay. We asked to replace them with chicken spring rolls, and they accepted. The waiter was polite, courteous, and kind, very professional. The service was quick and good. The place was clean. I highly recommend it.

21/05/2026: I've been to Royal Bambou several times with my husband and friends, and we've had three very negative experiences. The customer service is truly awful. The first time, we were with friends, and they made it very unpleasant to tell us it was time to leave. Then, the second time, with my husband, around 1 p.m., a woman complained that we were seated at a table meant for four… even though it was one of their employees who had seated us. And another time, my husband found an expired yogurt! So, a word of advice: avoid this place, because judging by the previous reviews, it doesn't seem to be an isolated incident, unfortunately. Luckily, the restaurant across the street has reopened!

25/03/2026: Amazing food, friendly staff, good food, a must visit

22/03/2026: To begin with, the tables were too close together, making it difficult to move around. The buffet is very small compared to the restaurant's capacity. You have to queue to get food. The dishes are cold and lack flavor. It's really cafeteria food. The grilled food on the outdoor terrace was sold out by 10 pm. So, once again, we had to queue for 30 minutes for nothing. For the price charged, this restaurant is a rip-off.

18/05/2026: Depressed staff, when you ask them for something they sulk and on top of that, they never know how to do an order correctly the first time, there are always oversights.

16/05/2026: I went to get an explanation because the "one free item with delivery" promotion wasn't working. A manager tested it with my app and confirmed that it wasn't working and that there was nothing she could do. The app was full of enticing ads, so I thought, "Oh well, I'll order anyway." In fact, I ended up ordering from a competitor on Uber Eats.

16/03/2026: I stopped by for lunch around 7 pm with a friend. It was my first time eating at this Subway. I received a very warm welcome from the two employees there. It was delicious! I recommend it!
