07/09/2024: Toujours tres bien ce Flunch a Franconville. Un petit coup de rafraichissement du batiment serait top. L'accueil est chaleureux et les plats sont bons. Continuez ainsi.

02/09/2024: I ordered a grilled chicken fillet, it wasn't grilled at all, visually like plastic, no taste, missing vegetables, and what was there didn't make me want it at all. Never again!

22/09/2024: The meal was good. Arrival at 8:45 p.m. Our starter was not finished when the main course was already arriving. We struggled to get dessert as the kitchens were closed. I won't be going back.

14/11/2024: En arrivant avec mes amies, j'ai apprécié l'accueil de la déco. super joli, juste à dans le hall d'entrée. Ensuite grande salle, placée à l'entrée donc courant d'air. En entrée n nous avons pris des planches beignets et charcuterie. la rillette avait pris chaud. Nous avons toutes pris le gratin de morue (bacalhau de natas) alors je crois que je n'ai jamais mangé une morue aussi salée de ma vie. Mes amies ont dû commandé du riz pour faire passé le gout!!! Je ne savais même plus si c'était salée ou poivrée. le dessert bien. 35€ ou 40 € avec la boisson. On a dansé. c'était sympa. trop de monde pour petite piste car les clients viennent que pour danser et boire un coup. du coup ca s'entasse. Résultat de la soirée : j'ai tout vomi en partant. La serveuse nous a indiqué que la semaine d'avant des clients se sont plaint également de la morue salée. Avis mitigé.

16/07/2024: Came for a concert and more particularly for Jorge Ferreira. Poor organization, with the changing weather no barnum, complete chaos during the buffet. Basic buffet more than average. And above all this singer did not sing. At 2am still nothing and no announcements! Refusal of a commercial gesture in view of all this. In short, money pump on the back of the Portuguese community.

14/09/2024: Very disappointing. I understand the negative reviews. No choice. For the price of €34.90 this is not normal. And if you arrive too late you will have what is left available (No more duck breast at 8 p.m., everyone had flank steak and... no more flank steak 10 minutes later... there was veal escalope left for the next people). I give 3 stars for the person who takes care of clearing the tables who is friendly and raises the level of service. In terms of atmosphere, we ate in the dark in front of people waiting in line. The Center Parc Les Hauts de Bruyère market is much more appetizing and the staff is much friendlier!

15/09/2024: 2 nights spent in this hotel. Paid with a wonderbox. When we arrived, the gentleman at reception told us that we only have our pet and tourist taxes to pay because breakfasts are already included in the wonderbox. Completely normal and fixed on arrival!! Then on the day of our departure, another gentleman told us that there were more than 60 euros to pay for our breakfasts and again for our pet. Concerning the rooms, we arrived, fries on the desk... unacceptable... And the cleaning between our two nights was poorly done (floor not cleaned or may have been poorly cleaned). And the aging bedroom shutter which gets stuck and doesn't close.. Unprofessional staff, knowing that several people were full on the day of our departure.. I do not recommend!

12/01/2025: Pas aimable du tout à l'accueil presque envie de repartir. La nourriture qui manque de qualité, les brochettes avec un goût suspect. Qualité et accueil en baisse, çà ne donne pas envie.

11/09/2024: Pour commander un couscous, nous avons choisi un restaurant marocain à emporter en suivant les avis. Malheureusement, nous avons été profondément déçus par notre commande de 55 euros, qui comprenait un couscous royal, un couscous brochettes de veau et une brique. Nous avons dû ajouter une portion de semoule pour avoir deux assiettes de semoule raisonnables. En tant que clients, nous avons été consternés par la qualité de ce repas : Le plat manquait cruellement de goût, ce qui est impensable pour un couscous. Les portions étaient incohérentes par rapport aux standards attendus. Le bouillon de légumes n’était pas frais, probablement réchauffé plusieurs jours de suite, ce qui est inacceptable. La qualité de la semoule était médiocre, loin de la légèreté et de la finesse attendues. Les briques semblaient avoir été décongelées juste avant la cuisson dans un bain d’huile, ce qui a ruiné leur texture. Gênés et profondément déçus, nous avons voulu partager notre frustration avec le restaurant de manière courtoise. La seule réponse que nous avons reçue a été : “Voulez-vous plus de semoule ?” C’était hallucinant et totalement irrespectueux de notre expérience en tant que clients
