15/12/2024: ✨Birthday special If you are looking for an idea of ​​an inexpensive place to celebrate your child's birthday, the Mc Do de Puiseux will be a very good choice. A reserved table, rather nice decor and above all entertainment! 1 happy meal and 1 gift bag per child + 1 special gift for the child celebrating their birthday and it's not a trinket. The children had fun from start to finish and EVERYTHING was managed by the staff. The cake is not the horrible frozen stuff you can find everywhere. A simple and effective vanilla cake. And some of the staff came to sing happy birthday with a musical speaker! That was great!

Edit: Often returned to this McDonald's, and half the time, the large fries are medium fries in a large fries package, aberrant, cf. The photo.

16/12/2024: Very slow service and a very bad atmosphere among the workers. They talk to each other without any kind of respect. We ordered 3 happy meals, a menu and 2 loose toys. When we received the order, a drink, a happy meal and the two loose toys were missing. We complain and they return the order after reviewing it. I ask the waitress if all the toys are there and she answers yes. When we check a second time, the loose toys are still gone! We complain again so in the end they end up giving us the entire order. Overall, the slow and terrible service along with the dirty and totally neglected bathrooms make this McDonald's one of the worst I have ever visited in my life.

24/08/2024: Super disappointed with the service! We ordered medium sizes (pizzas for 2 to 3 people on the site) but received very small pizzas. Furthermore, having read their offer of 2 average pizzas purchased = 2 free pizzas, I asked them if this was indeed the case TWICE, the employee confirmed it to me by even repeating the mention of 2 pizzas purchased = 2 free pizzas… AND IN THE FINAL when the delivery man arrives, I realize the excessive price so I ask the delivery man if the offer “two pizzas purchased = 2 free” has been taken into account, the delivery man confirms it to me.. but after calculation I decide to call the pizzeria which finally goes back on its words and tells me that it is an offer of 3 pizzas bought = 1 free….. PRICE TOO EXCESSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

17/08/2024: Hello everyone, I bought a medium pizza yesterday and I was very disappointed with the service. On the one hand, the pizzas I ordered were not medium but small, as if I were the only one eating them. They clearly saw that there were three of us and I paid €16 for a small pizza while the small one cost €10. I strongly recommend this place for a good weekend.

15/09/2024: Restaurant with tables that are not cleaned, trash cans are not emptied, forced to make a pile of cups to hope to be able to clear our tray. Regarding the service, we received the fries after the burger and the ice cream. Forced to wait for the fries while the ice cream is melting.

12/09/2024: This Macdo is just amazing! With each order via Uber, systematically despite the request for a covered napkin by checking the box, never anything in the bag. No mayo, no ketchups. Adding that I ordered a Fanta with my menu, I have another drink. From now on, for each error I will add a comment. This has lasted 13 years, no change. It’s sad though! Should we order from Enghien?

25/06/2025: It was already complicated, but it's getting worse and worse. I still go there because it's within walking distance. No sandwiches at lunchtime (on several occasions), no change in the register for €8??, you have to pay by credit card. The staff lacks training, and the store lacks organization.

20/09/2024: We went to take a subway on Saturday September 14th. We took 2 deli pastrami sub30, the meat was spoiled. After sending an email to after-sales service no response so far, after sending them a message on Instagram no response. Subway has really dropped in quality and especially this one! Extremely disappointed by this contempt on their part.

05/09/2024: I went to have breakfast there was 1 couple and I ordered a chocolate and pancakes I almost went to ask them if they needed help because it took so long luckily I wasn't in a hurry . So the service was a bit long just for breakfast and there was a shortage of cutlery and napkins so I went to get them. Otherwise it was clean, lacking a bit of background music 🎵.

26/08/2024: The service is deplorable the food is served cold mc do is no longer what it was before and the prices 😱 better eat at home now and prepare the same thing. Between the dry fries, the hot drinks, the half-melted ice cream and the rubbery nuggets, thank you, it will now be without me. Too bad we have to give at least one star to validate the publication.

01/07/2025: It was 37 degrees that day, a real oven. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning decided to go on vacation too: after four hours of blowing lukewarm air set to 15°C, nothing changed, except my ability to sweat like never before. Room service wasn't very attentive, and we felt like we were bothering and irritating the person by politely asking for help. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after some insistence, but it almost gave the impression that the problem was ours. In short, a disappointing stay despite a room change. Better customer service and a little more attentiveness would have really made a difference.

24/06/2025: Positive: Hotel on the CDG airport, 10-15 minutes from Roissypôle. Take the city bus: ticket €2.50 (ideally have the exact change or you can get a virtual ticket on your phone by text message). Bus stops nearby. No need to take a taxi, unless you're in a hurry😅! Rooms with basic comfort but clean. Efficient showers. Very decent breakfast👍🏼! Cons: Poor soundproofing (noise from the hallway, slamming room doors, etc.). Take earplugs! Hotel only for emergencies.
