05/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! A huge disappointment. I bought a roast chicken, a loaf of bread, and a ready-made meal (potatoes, peppers, and ground beef). Frankly, the meal was a disaster: it tasted awful, impossible to finish. And the bread... it was horrendous. So dry and hard you had to chew it, tasteless, truly inedible. The quality of the products is very disappointing. In the end, I paid to throw away a good portion of my purchases. First and last visit. I absolutely do not recommend it.

21/06/2026: Doner kebab, in operation since 2001, remains true to its spit-roasted tradition, prepared on-site (freshly sourced meat, sliced, marinated with various spices and natural ingredients, without preservatives or other industrial products), spit-roasted, and served the same day. For connoisseurs of authentic products. Unlike some competitors offering mass-produced doner kebabs containing chemical preservatives and other flavor enhancers or artificial aromas.

28/12/2025: I was there about 10 minutes ago... I had an espresso there... without sugar... and everything was fine... So I'm happy with that... and the mixed-race waitress (I don't know her name)... she really has a beautiful smile... I'll go back. The coffee itself... was very good.

20/12/2025: I don't usually leave many reviews, but they were all really good. The price was affordable at €15.80 for a huge tartiflette burger with a very generous side of tartiflette fries, and the unlimited drinks and sauce were truly amazing.

Most of the ceiling panels are damaged, the place is overcrowded, and on top of that, the staff are handling food without wearing gloves. I’ve never seen such poor hygiene. To make matters worse, the apple pie had a strong fishy smell, as if it had been fried in the same oil used for fish. This is by far the worst establishment I’ve ever visited. 14/07/2026: The tenders were tasteless, very salty, and had a strong oily smell. I had this problem with my previous order 6 months ago; I was hesitant then, but this time it's a definite no. €40 for this? It's inedible.

13/07/2026: I went to get a vegetarian sandwich without sauce. I waited 40 minutes (they should mention that my order was indeed registered, otherwise they never would have brought it) to be served a sandwich with ketchup. I asked again, waited another 20 minutes this time, and there was no ketchup, only mustard… I didn't want to ask again because I was in a hurry, but it's truly outrageous. 😠 Furthermore, the facilities for children were extremely dangerous; nothing was enclosed, and there were sharp edges.

30/01/2026: To buy cigarettes and that's it... Lol, don't expect a smile, kindness, understanding, or even help from the owner, who is just the most awful person imaginable... His saleswoman sold me a PCS top-up with a card that I can't top up because it's the wrong one. The voucher is valid until October 2026, but despite his mistake, he refuses to reimburse me or even find a solution... This guy is truly unscrupulous and unbearable, just like his beer, lol... Well, I'll never go back there. I can just imagine the chaos in the kitchen... No wonder his employee makes mistakes. I'm going to report him. 30 euros lost plus 14 euros for the card, and the guy doesn't care 😂😂😂 It's clear I'm going to report him. He didn't even try to call the supplier to explain the problem...

17/07/2026: I'm a regular Subway shopper... I was passing through Strasbourg, so I stopped at this one, but frankly, I was very disappointed. I asked for tuna in my sandwich, and they only took a tiny sliver of it and smeared it all over the sandwich. How can I put it? They're perfectly happy with the raw vegetables, but of course, when it comes to meat, tuna, etc.—the most expensive ingredients—they're incredibly stingy, even though the price doesn't change! Disappointed.

11/07/2026: On Saturday, July 11, 2026, around 2:45 PM, I went to grab a bite at this Subway. It was a bit of a mixed experience regarding the way and the time it took to prepare. I felt like the staff members were a bit out of their depth, but anyway, you get a good portion and I ate well, but overall, it's a mixed experience.

09/08/2026: We have been coming here regularly as a family on Sundays for years to have a crêpe or a coffee. We waited for someone to seat us, which was done quickly. I should mention that my daughter preferred to get a scoop of ice cream from Jeff de Bruges in the shopping center. Once we were seated, the waiter explained that he couldn't serve us because we already had ice cream from another vendor in the shopping center and that he asked us to leave and eat it on the bench. I would also like to point out that this isn't the first time we've come with our daughter, who prefers a scoop of ice cream to a Belgian hot chocolate. I am very disappointed by this situation, especially since we were already seated with our menus in hand. We will not be returning for afternoon tea or lunch, even though we have been coming for years.

28/07/2026: A fantastic restaurant! The quality is consistently excellent, the service is impeccable, and the staff are truly top-notch and always smiling 😃 even during peak hours. I highly recommend this establishment. The large parking lot is very easy to access and convenient for people with reduced mobility, with several disabled parking spaces. 08/08/2026: First time here and honestly, a very warm welcome. My boyfriend felt right at home. The chef was very friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was really nice. Everything was perfect.

01/04/2026: The location doesn't justify the prices at this hotel; it's terrible value for money! On the first day, there was no remote control! No proper bathtub plug! It was impossible to take a bath, and anyway, the water was barely lukewarm! Breakfast was the bare minimum! There was no light in my room! The 1970s carpet is disgusting, and that's just the beginning... avoid at all costs!
