04/06/2026: The room is spacious, however, when you turn off the main light, it also turns off the bedside lamps. The bathroom was renovated to erase the design of the old sign, and there were leaks coming from the shower! For a recently renovated bathroom, this is unacceptable!

02/06/2026: The hotel was very dirty, especially the stairs and entrance. There were no drinking glasses. Parking was €8 per day, supposedly Kiriad, but it was actually a first-class hotel.

14/07/2026: The saleswoman was very unpleasant. The sandwich I bought was very dry; it seemed like there was no sauce in it. The salad was just thrown on haphazardly. The bread wasn't fresh either.

20/06/2026: Baguette bought today in a far from presentable condition.

13/08/2026: It's very unpleasant to see the staff attending to people who arrived after us when we'd been standing at the till for quite some time. Perhaps we didn't look the right way.

25/07/2026: Excellent bakery! I had a granita, it was delicious and very refreshing. A big thank you to Rayane for his kindness, his smile, and his professionalism. I will definitely be back! ☺️☺️

15/05/2026: We like this bakery, but the atmosphere is far from welcoming. We wanted brownies, but the product label wasn't even there. The server took the order labeled "moist hazelnut and fudgy," and we told her we wanted brownies. She replied that they were brownies, and we told her no, because the labels said something else. Her colleague, who was cleaning, loudly and without any shame, told us, "It's obvious it's a brownie and not a fudgy cake." They should label their products better. Also, Marie Blachère uses three different baking methods for their bread, and that's not indicated either. They were cleaning up to finish on time while people were waiting in line. We arrived at 7:00 PM. Instead of apologizing and admitting they were wrong, they blamed the customer for not recognizing the product.

08/05/2026: It's unacceptable for a bakery to take a bill and coins from the previous customer and then grab my bread with both hands without washing them first! Where is the hygiene in a place that sells food? I think there are hygiene rules that should be followed! Furthermore, my bread didn't have the name or price displayed! Very disappointed

22/07/2026: I ordered today. I've been a customer for years. I just realized there's been a change of ownership. But I noticed it most of all on the plate… tasteless sweet sauce, sashimi that's half the size for the same price, maki with less fish, etc. It's completely gone. Our family will no longer be ordering from R Sushi.

19/07/2026: The food is good and healthy. The staff is attentive and very respectful. Delivery is available. On the downside, the prices are getting higher and higher. Expect to pay around €20 per person. Otherwise, the quality is excellent.

02/03/2026: We ordered two pizzas, but the dough wasn't cooked and stuck to our teeth; unfortunately, the toppings weren't good either. We paid for nothing because we didn't finish our pizzas.

20/07/2026: A complete disappointment. I ordered a bobun, which was very bland even with the sauce. The beef was barely cooked and poorly cut—too thick. The spring rolls were rubbery and lukewarm, inedible. My husband ordered a steamed dish and spring rolls, and they were the same. We asked for salad and mint for the spring rolls, but they didn't serve any! The waitress was unfriendly, and all the sauces were extra. Unacceptable, especially considering the noise they were making in the back kitchen. I've rarely eaten so badly at a Chinese takeout place, and I had stomach aches that afternoon. A hygiene inspection is probably in order. It's a shame there's no inspection of customer service, because in that case, they should be shut down immediately. AWFUL. On the other hand, we noticed they are very friendly with regular customers.

19/07/2026: We ordered several takeaway dishes, including vegetable gyozas for a vegan, and the gyozas contained meat! Imagine if we were allergic to meat; that would be a disaster. This time, the person is just vegan, so it's not the end of the world, but they were left without a meal—it's shameful.

27/07/2026: Purchased 3 sandwiches, 2 pain au chocolat, and 2 coffees this morning. Unprofessional service. And above all, it's a rip-off. Very poor quality pastries, barely any chocolate. Very limited sandwich selection. Sausage and pickle sandwich: 4 extremely thin slices of sausage and 1 measly little pickle - practically no butter. Ham and cheese sandwich: 2 tiny slivers of ham, 3cm wide by 5cm long. Same for the cheese - and extremely thin - same for the butter, no risk of cholesterol. And the coffee was very weak. I agree with the other reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

04/08/2026: In 5 days we have been here 7 times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I do not know why this place doesnt have 5 starts since this has been the best food we have eaten in Phuket. The pastas are extremely delicious, the Carbonara is thick and flavorful, the chili garlic pasta is perfect. And the tomato feta toast has to be my favorite of them all, fresh and quality ingredients. Don't look elsewhere, the service is great always coming to ask how the food is. Try it and let them know how good the food and vibe is. Only one thing to comment, change the inside freshener the smell is not the best.

06/07/2026: We had a reservation for 12:30 PM, but our food wasn't served until 1:45 PM, a wait of 1 hour and 15 minutes. The food was good, but clearly didn't justify such a long delay. What's most surprising is that at 2:10 PM, when we had barely been served and hadn't even finished our meals, a waitress came to ask us to order our desserts "quickly" because the kitchen was about to close. It's quite inappropriate to rush customers when the delay is the restaurant's fault. Especially since it's advertised that service is continuous until 10 PM. It's a shame, because the food is good, but this experience was largely ruined by the wait and the poor service.

07/07/2026: Fast food without the pee. The staff gives the wrong orders and says we didn't pay for the right meal. There are tons of flies on the food. They gave us the rice gratin.

01/04/2026: It was disgusting, I took two boxes of burgers and threw them straight in the bin.

11/01/2026: Comicly badly run. Staff giving out the wrong items so you need to read your receipt and request extra items like sauces that you have paid for. In my case I even had to give back items they were giving me I had not ordered. The food is soggy and cold. My burger had almost no sauce or ingredients. Despite this they over charge at this place. Go anywhere else!

28/12/2025: If there is 0 stars, i will put them. Do they have a manager to handle them !!!!!! They're very slow, the employees fought infront of us, no prestige, they are working without gloves, nothing.....hey manger wake up or you're involved in this too, Macdonald where are you !!!! Come and see what's going on !!!!!!!! Incroyable mais c'est vrai.

05/07/2026: Air conditioner did not work in the room when I checked in during the evening. The front desk said they couldn't send someone to look at it until the next day and said they didn't have any other rooms to offer. The next day when I returned very late in the evening, I found they had not done anything. The front desk said they couldn't send someone until the next day - again! They finally offered me another room. After I unpacked in my new room and went into it's bathroom, I discovered a horrible sewer smell was backing up into the bathroom's drains. Escalated to the front desk. Again - they said they couldn't do anything about it and they did not have any other rooms to offer. They finally agreed to send someone to the room who simply sprayed disinfectant into the drains. They said they would send someone the next day to resolve the issue or would offer me another room. The bathroom smell was terrible the next morning. I reminded the front desk of the issue the next morning. The associate assured me they would have a new room ready when I returned late that evening. When I returned that evening, the front desk associate said they didn't know anything about my issue and did not have any more rooms available. After I escalated to another associate, they were suddenly able to find me a new room. As I unpacked in my third room around midnight and pulled back the bed spread, I discovered the bed was missing a bed sheet. I again notified the front desk. The associate handed me a bed sheet and said I'd need to add it to the bed. On two different occasions I asked to speak to a manager. I was told both times a manager was not available to speak to. I had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend you avoid this hotel.

28/05/2026: Sorry but selling rooms that they know have faulty aircondition is not good enough. Had to get a refund as it was over 30 degrees in the room.
