31/05/2026: Returning from Mont Ventoux via Bédoin, starving as we were, we parked our bikes in front of Favolsa Pizza. After ordering a vegetarian pizza, I was won over by the quality of the dough, but I couldn't quite tell if it was Roman (which I suspected) or Neapolitan. I shared this burning question with the owner, who then launched into a wealth of technical details. He explained that, although the dough was Neapolitan, it rested for 48 hours before being hand-stretched, which certainly explains its airy texture. All this to say that we were delighted; the pizza toppings were excellent. I really appreciated the owner's honesty; he didn't have any burrata and preferred not to serve his burrata-based pizza, replacing it with something else. In conclusion, I recommend this pizzeria 1000%.

19/05/2026: We were quite disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, even though the food was good. From the moment we made the reservation by phone, the welcome was mediocre: I was put on hold while someone called to check if there was still space available. If only that were all… Once we arrived, the service was a bit disorganized. There were three of us, but we were only given one menu. We had barely sat down when we were asked what we wanted to drink, even though the third person was in the restroom. Five minutes later, the waitress came back to take our order, before we had even had a chance to properly look at the menu. The most annoying part was the end of the meal: at 9:48 p.m., someone who seemed to be the cook (there were only two of them) asked us directly to pay at the counter because the restaurant was about to close. No polite words, no prior information about the closing time. Luckily, we had finished our desserts, but another table had just finished as well. It's a shame... but the waitress remained pleasant and polite throughout the service. A little more effort in terms of customer service and organization would make the experience much better.

03/05/2026: Excellent restaurant! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal from start to finish. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. The atmosphere was perfect, with jazz playing in the background—kudos to Guy Martichon—making the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were lovely, a special thank you to Jean-François, the chef. I highly recommend it; you can go without hesitation!

27/03/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant completely by accident after a day of sightseeing. What a pleasant surprise!!! The decor was super cute eclectic Italian but the real star was the food… Pizzas / pastas , appetizers… all absolutely delicious!! The staff were all so friendly! I actually forgot my phone on the table, and the owner ran around the block to give it to me before we drove away!

21/03/2026: The truth is, the restaurant's decor is very nice. But the food, or at least what I tried... the pizzas weren't bad, but they were completely soulless, and for a "Neapolitan" pizza, the cornicione was nonexistent; they were rather flat. Another point to emphasize is the dessert, misnamed "Tiramisu," which doesn't live up to its name at all. The sponge cake had clearly never touched coffee, and between the mascarpone and the sponge cake was a layer of some kind of Nutella that was completely out of place, topped with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a dollop of whipped cream. I went with high expectations, and the experience certainly didn't live up to them, not to mention the price: €15 for everything—a plate of pasta, a Margherita pizza, or any other pizza—it was pointless.

That evening, it was sauerkraut night, and she offered me a mixed charcuterie and cheese board instead—perfect! We were able to stay on the terrace for a good part of the evening. A great evening.

05/05/2026: An incredible historical and natural setting, with a unique view of the vineyards, the Rhône River, the Alpilles mountains, and the Palais des Papes in the distance! The food was delicious and served in generous portions; I particularly recommend the strawberry cake for dessert. The hosts are truly welcoming and attentive to their guests; everything seems effortless with them! A feast for the senses.
