21/09/2024: Always well received at Lou Castellet! The sunny terrace is super welcoming and the options are very good value for money.
Special mention to the waiter who kept his cool this evening in front of a table of very disrespectful people. They weren't the sharpest knives in the drawer.

23/07/2024: Passing through Vaison, a quick stop this afternoon at this charming snack bar where we had the pleasure of eating delicious wraps made to order. We had lunch on a small shaded terrace and the two ladies were very friendly.
18/04/2024: Very good address for those who want to eat fresh products, prepared by hand. Nice room upstairs, possibility of lunch on the terrace when the weather is nice.

26/07/2024: Air-conditioned interior and exterior under parasols, magnificent, quiet and yet close to the curtainine industrial zone, a beautiful corner of paradise. Copious plates and a great female team who manage everything with a smile! Thanks, we’ll come back to it =)

13/09/2024: The service and reception were excellent, the ambiance is beautiful and the food is beautifully served. But I thought the taste of the food was a lot less good. The starter of tarine de porc was okay but not special. The main course of roulade and vegetables was very salty and the fries were very greasy and salty. Unfortunately I was disappointed and would not recommend the restaurant.

The very friendly waiter recommended a Valréas wine to us and we were not disappointed. The beautifully presented carpaccio, parmesan, pine nuts, arugula, pistachios dish was delicious 😋 and accompanied by homemade fites (new potatoes) cooked in pure tradition in beef fat! Well done, they were delicious.
Good frozen nougat and strawberry coulis.
The team is very friendly.
The only downsides are that the service is a bit long and the prices are a bit high in my opinion.
However, we had a good time and it remains a great discovery.

24/03/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant recently and I am still in love with the exceptional dining experience I had. The royal sea bream fillet was incomparably fresh and perfectly accompanied by a deliciously creamy polenta. To top it off, the dessert, a brie with applesauce, was a real explosion of flavors. Every bite was an exquisite taste journey. The service was also impeccable, with a warm and attentive team. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good food and memorable moments.
